We had technician Moose come out he provided outstanding service, and was very honest. They also have reasonable pricing and I love the fact they are local.

Needed a professional plumber called G&M. Appreciated the straightforward pricing structure, the friendly call agent and plumber. Will use again next time needed. Took bids from a few other firms, some never even showed up while others weren't on time, was happy to use G&M with their quality product and competitive pricing.

Our sewer line began backing up so we called Roto Rooter to come and assess what was going on. While they did give a big window (9-1) they sent me a text 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the technician. The technician was thorough and forthcoming without being pushy or trying to up-sell me, which is very much appreciated! Luckily, it was nothing more than a line clog but it definitely gave a trust level should we need to use them again. I would definitely recommend.

I have been using Fritz Baumann & Sons since 2002 and will continue to use that company for all my plumbing needs. The company is reliable and dependable. You should use them too.

Plumber was nice and fixed the leaking pipe. The actual work they did was great. Issue is their cost. They charge more than double other quotes. Lesson learned for future issues

I wish I can recall the reps name but who ever came out to my awesome. He was very professional and polite. He also explained everything and unclothed the drain quickly.

I reached out to have my vent stack cleaned/cleared. They came out and quoted a price to do so, and proceeded to not address the vent stack, waste time in their van doing nothing and suggest progressively more elaborate services that were non-related to my request. The issue I called them for was not addressed at all and I had to pay for the guy to sit in his van for an hour talking to his 'supervisor'. Terrible and unprofessional experience that wasted my time and money.

Tony was wonderful! Fixed the plumbing issue quickly and perfectly!!! And was pleasant to work with.

They were awesome, they fit me into their schedule when nobody else could! I am very happy with the work that was done, and will not use anybody else in the future. Thank you G-Tech for accommodating me so nicely :)

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Great customer service!!! Fast and efficient!!! My business had backed up drains at 11pm. I called plumbing one they were out in about 20min did a quik assessment of the problem wasted no time got the problem fixed and saved me from closing down that evening!!

We have recently used Calhoun plumbing, and Rob who came to our place to fix the water heater, took time to explain the problem, how it can be rectified and what are our options. He was punctual, called ahead of time. He was able to find parts the same day and install the next day, and offered to tune up for no additional charge. I had good experience using Calhoun plumbing and will definitely use them in future and will recommend to friends and family!!!
