I had a leak in my main water line in my house. When I called in, I was pleasantly met with a real live person on the other end. The dispatcher quickly and effectively shared my options from a scheduling standpoint. The Service Rep that showed up to my house was on time and prepared. He quickly accesses my problem, gathered necessary tool and materials, then work very efficiently and resolved my problem quicker than I thought. I couldn't be more pleased about my experience and no doubt be using Plumbing & Drian Professionals for all my plumbing needs.

Our service tech showed up on Sunday and was very pleasant. He came to the door, polite and professional. After looking at the situation and our plumbing, he recommended his resolution. Gave us the cost and did not hesitate to get started. He had our problem resolved in less than an hour. He cleaned up the mess, and left everything in great shape !! He knew his job and did it very well. I would highly recommend Brian and this company.

Replaced entire kitchen drain system. The office person was extremely nice and tried to work me in same day but my fault. They did show at appointed time and took time to explain and fix issue at same time. Have me a receipt for every part used and time was accurate.. they are now my go to folks

I would highly recommend DrainMaster! I initially spoke with Charlie who arrived at my home within 30 minutes after I contacted him and addressed an emergency plumbing situation that I had. He rushed out to get the part needed to do the repair after a quick evaluation of the situation. He had Russell and Ridge come back out with the part to perform the work. They were very courteous, professional, and did an EXCELLENT job on the repair. The entire process took less than 2 hours from the initial call that I made, to them going out to get the part and getting back to complete the job. They are the only ones that I will trust to come in to do high quality work at a reasonable price from now on!

John and his crew were responsive and helped get us back up and running quickly. They did everything that was needed, (or what I was told was needed), which I appreciate.What I do wonder about now that they finished the work before 6pm is the cost. I was quoted a “flat rate” of over $7000. Extremely expensive. I appreciate the responsiveness and how they came out same day and repaired everything within a few hours, (I called around 1:30pm and they left my property before 6pm). I also get it is extremely close to the weekend, but it’s still NOT the weekend. I wonder if I wasn’t taken advantage of since I needed the repair right now and couldn’t shop around, and they knew that. We had no ability to use toilets or anything.EDIT: So the more I look the more I think I was heavily overcharged here, especially since I called at 1:30pm on Friday and the job was finished before 6pm. Also most of the area was already excavated, (they brought and used a backhoe, but I think this was done because they knew I was paying over $7000. The replacement and break was only a few feet long. They added a cleanout and supposedly cleaned my line to the street, but I’m guessing this was done to help justify such a high charge… changed from 5 stars to 2 (not 1 due to the promptness…), but again, I had no choice here. Either accept the $7000 price or go without toilets and showers all weekend.I also was never given a breakdown of the charges.2nd EDIT: now that I have a look at the work, it’s far more simple than I would have thought and exactly what I would have done for less than $100 in materials. I would have used a piece of PVC connected by 2 black rubber couplings (no cleanout), and called it a or have it day. These prices and the way things were explained to me were predatory. They knew I was in a situation I thought was much more serious than it was, and it was heavily played up. Sure, I wouldn’t have known to pull a permit or had it inspected, (because I wouldn’t have known), but these prices and the work that was done is ridiculous compared to the prices. Do not call this company.3rd EDIT response to business response: saying you’re not the “cheapest” isn’t even close to the issue at hand. This is predatory and price gouging. There is a clear difference between “being expensive” and ripping customers off, especially customers who may be in dire straights or not know the situation. I was charged an “flat rate” $7115 for a job that should have cost me likely between $500-$2000 from what I’ve gathered.Btw, the phone number for “quality assurance” you provided isn’t even in service!!!

I had the privilege of getting Matt assigned to my service request through my Home Shield home warranty. Matt came to fix a shotty repair (shower and toilet leak) done by the previous repairman assigned to me by Home Shield.

It's evident that Matt does the job the right way, not the fastest or easiest way. He is also nice enough to explain things.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

Plumbing One has done a great job. I work for Franklinton Farms and they have given us excellent service and rates for our plumbing installation needs. We did have 1 small issues with 1 of the jobs, but they were out immediately to fix it. Definitely recommend, and will use again in the future.

Jim and his team are fabulous. They were on time, and fixed everything we had wrong quickly and didnt cost an arm and a leg. They will be our go-to plumbers going forward.
