Best Shower Installation in Columbus OH

I had a leak in my main water line in my house. When I called in, I was pleasantly met with a real live person on the other end. The dispatcher quickly and effectively shared my options from a scheduling standpoint. The Service Rep that showed up to my house was on time and prepared. He quickly accesses my problem, gathered necessary tool and materials, then work very efficiently and resolved my problem quicker than I thought. I couldn't be more pleased about my experience and no doubt be using Plumbing & Drian Professionals for all my plumbing needs.

The plumber was ok, although didn't wear booties or any sanitation, had to wash carpet after he left, and he missed what another plumber saw in one second later as to what was leaking under the sink. Dealing with dispatch to finally get a plumber was a nightmare. I took two days off work to finally have one show up, you call into a 1-800 number that transfers you all over and ultimately tells you the dispatcher is on the phone. They advertise 24/7 plumbing but wouldn’t have anyone come out after 4 when they missed their own 12-4 window. I asked about this 24/7 service and they said when they are overbooked they don’t send someone - they should not advertise services they can’t deliver. Prices are over inflated as well as someone else said on here - charging $459 labor for an hour work on a 197.00 garbage disposal is way too expensive for a simple remove and install. Their labor costs are robbery.

They came promptly, replaced a galvanized drain pipe, hooked up new sink and dishwasher and ran supply lines. Professional, fast, respectful, and it cost nearly half as much as a quote from another plumber. Highly recommended.

While disconnecting outdoor hose for the winter I heard a snap and the sound of water rushing into the basement. I had to shut the water off to the house as there was no shut off valve. That was 2pm on a Saturday. I called several other plumbers and was put on a wait list for Monday.From the first interaction when they picked up the phone there was no doubt they understood going 2 days without water wasn’t really an option. They took all my information and said they’d send the next available technician out. I was expecting Saturday night. He was at my house at 430PM.He took a look gave me options to fix it. Explained in depth why it broke and within. A couple of hours had water back onIt’s been awhile since I’ve been able to leave a 5 star review. We had the Service People come to our home to fix various leaking faucets and a toilet through our home warranty. The faucets were not fixed, though the wax ring replacement for the toilet held (the only thing worth a one star rating). Plus with each service call that we had to make, because they didn't fix the initial problem properly, they over charged us on our deductible. So, in the end, we paid extra to get gypped.

Had my sink and faucet installed. Very quick scheduling for installation. Called on a Saturday and had new sink and faucet installed on Tuesday. Very professional, on time, quick and thorough. Will for sure be using for any plumbing needs in the future!!

As a single mom and business owner, having an emergency plumbing issue was something I needed dealt with in a timely manner - even if it was Saturday. Chris came out quickly, was knowledgeable, and he fixed the problem. He was professional and efficient. He set realistic expectations with me over the phone for timeframe and cost.
