The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

I called this company at 7am today to install 3 lights and by 10am this same morning they were in... I'm gonna use this company again. The guy was really nice, down to earth and the price was right.

They did a great job repairing our ceiling, and the final cost was even cheaper than we expected. Great communication from the office as well.

Finally have someone to call when I need something repaired around the house and not trying to rip me off! His quality and professionalism is what others should strive for!!!
