John (owner) was very compassionate in the middle of the night and tried to walk me through what I could do before determining that I definitely needed a new shower valve - I damaged valve previously, trying to get very old stuck cartridge out.
They came next morning and fixed everything correctly - retrofitting to new style valve.
They were great (knowledgeable and professional employees) and more than reasonable for the amount of work required in my situation!

The work done was excellent and done quickly. The price was very expensive. Had them come out on a Saturday to get an estimate on replacing to old water heaters. The starting price was about $2000.00. They would be installing one 40 Gal. He said he had one on the truck and could do it now. He said the price would be another 250 more. Then again another $225 By the time he was finished it was a whopping $3300!

Jake is fantastic! He made time for me on a very busy day, and resolved my broken pump problem quickly! Last month he installed a new toilet for me. He's so nice, he gets the job done quickly, and does great work!

Absolutely Amazing Friendly and Professional Service. I had a big name company come out and want to replace the main Sewer line for over $3,500. They said the line was broken and there was no other options. Drain Master came out same day and was able to snake the drain using the same equipment as the other company and remove all the tree roots and the plumbing is working perfectly.

Alex and john did a great job. After 2 years of problems and a couple estimates from roto rooter and some no show plumbing companies. Alex and his team saved me about $15k off our estimates. However, I was not pleased with the technician sent out (I will not name him here). I felt like my issue was not a terribly difficult one, yet he wanted to go the most difficult route to solve the problem (it felt like he was trained to handle all cases that way and he didn't have the depth of knowledge to get creative). Overall, my plumber seemed to lack experience and the ability to troubleshoot. On top of that, with paying him hourly, he seemed to just sort of hem-haw around when I was trying to discuss options and get some honest perspective. His attitude and demeanor did not instill any confidence in me that he could do our job to my expectations.

Also, pricing seemed like such a mystery to this plumber, he was constantly calling someone to get prices, rather than having a cheat sheet for pricing (which, I explained they were coming for a hose faucet, so not sure why they didn't have some pricing for common repairs?). I've worked with other plumbers and HVAC folks in the past that could say yeah, I have that part on my truck and I think it runs $20, but will double-check. This guy did not exude that level of confidence or breadth of understanding with pricing.

Ultimately, one leaking piece was fixed, then another piece started leaking. I told the plumber to just settle up the bill with me and be on his way. I will look for a more experienced plumber if that small leak becomes a nuisance.

Today we had Martin and Domiyc (who isn't currently on the review site list to select his name, come on guys) from Mr. Rooter come to our residence to give us an estimate on a job. We had waste water and sewage backing up through a drain in out house. They weren't the cheapest estimate for the job, but they were definitely the best choice. They explained my options to me in detail, answered all my questions, even walked me out to the truck and showed me the equipment and explained how each worked and how the choices would work for our situation. This was all before I made the decision to use their services.Our issue turned out to be much greater than we expected going in, but these gentlemen helped us as much as they possibly could with clearing everything out. We found out that we have a huge repair job ahead of us replacing part of our sewer line. We couldn't start that job today, but they got our sewer line running again for the price they quoted us at the beginning.These men are my heroes today.Thank you Martin and Dominyc.

The Local Plumber communicates well, responds quickly, and does a great job explaining what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. You never feel like you're being ripped off or scammed, but that you know exactly the problem and the solution, and he fixes it quickly.

I would highly recommend Carpenter heating and cooling. For this main reason!! I had a competitor come out and wanted to charge me $1600 or $1000 (if I got on their service plan to fix my air conditioning unit). I then called Carpenter heating and cooling and they fix my problem for $198. ** It wasn’t even the same actual issue. CHC did say that I do have an older motor that could be replaced for $415. But I should wait until it goes out. The competitor wanted me to replace the fan only for the $1600.00. Enough said!

Answered all questions. Explained what was discovered and how it was repaired. Would definitely use this service again if needed.
