Best Sewer Line Repair Columbus in Columbus OH

I was happy with the results. Our tub was clogged up and I had no idea what to do. Pulled these guys up in google and saw the good reviews so I gave them a call. It was after hours but they have emergency 24 hour plumbing services so there was someine here in less than a hour. The plumber that showed up was named John. He knew his stuff and was in and out after he unclogged our drain. I think he could have been quicker but maybe I am just picky.

They were on time they did a great job and did it quickly he double checked and flushed the system afterwards and thoroughly explained what to look for if I have a similar problem in the future and also explained how everything is connected in my sewer so I now know if nasty water comes up through my floor drain again that means my system is clogged, and I know who I'm going to call Roto-Rooter Thank You...

Said they would be out in a window to fix my broken kitchen sink. 1.5 hours after the end of my appointment window they called to ask if I still needed service. They overbook appointments and understaff. Go elsewhere.

Adam was not only on time, he was 15 minutes early, and that was much appreciated!After explaining what my challenges were (leaky tub and toilet), Adam gave me a few quotes, explaining that it may not go the way he thought and would therefore need to do a few more things, which would possibly cost more.Once I initialed the estimate(s), he got right to work. I think it took him six minutes to put in top-off-the-line parts in the toilet to fix the leak, and another twenty to attack the tub leak. Once finished, he realized that the fix didn’t work in the shower/tub and he would need to shut off the water so that he could replace the cartridge in the tub element.Since this is not possible but one day a month in my building, he readily agreed to come back out on the only day the water would be shut off. I didn’t even have to call the office, wait on hold, and/or do any of that myself…Adam said he’d take care of that, and he did!I wanted to pay cash for the work done, but we somehow forgot to take care of it once the work was completed, so he is literally driving to my other house first thing in the morning to collect. He likely won’t get paid for having to do this but was still highly amenable to doing it this way, just so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced.Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, hard-working, and honest.I’ll never go to another plumbing company, so long as they keep sending me guys like Adam and Chase!

Bryan was very courteous and thorough in his description and gave us all options available to us. The service was great, they respected distanced, wore booties and masks, and constantly gave us updates. Would recommend to anyone who has plumbing needs

If your problem involves ANYTHING more than a drain, get a real plumber instead. I called them in to look at a leak and next thing I know, they're trying to sell me a remodel on the entire bathroom. They even brought in their restoration team to try to milk my homeowners insurance to pay for the remodel. On top of all that they charged $600 to do a recaulking job that had to be redone a few weeks later by someone else. Again, save a ton of money and get it right by calling a REAL PLUMBER. If a company sends a technician, send him back.I only clicked one star because the review wouldn't let me use zero or better yet, negative stars

Fixed a leak in the pipe coming from my hot water heater quickly and efficiently!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

I had a fantastic first experience with Carpenter Heating-Cooling-Plumbing-Electric (HCPE) today. I had a strange partial power outage in my small business medical office over the weekend and I needed to solve the problem before office hours started on Monday morning. I was not able to arrange service with any of the previous commercial electricians who have worked on projects for me in the past. I’d recently heard radio commercials for Carpenter (HCPE), so I called, and they responded quickly. To borrow a sports phrase, the best ability is avail-ability. When I needed help, they were there! When Alan arrived, he patiently listened as I explained the unusual pattern of the partial power outage. He then quickly identified the faulty wire in a place I never would have expected. I appreciate Alan solving the problem and getting my lights turned back on so quickly, but as a physician, I even more value the thoughtful, systematic, and decisive manner in which Alan efficiently diagnosed and treated this electrical issue for me. It gives me peace of mind to know that such a strange electrical occurrence will not happen again. Going forward, Carpenter (HCPE) will be my first call, and I’ll request Alan again too.

Technician found leak quickly - waiting for report and repair quotes

Kevin and Justin from Flush Drains were excellent at explaining the issues for some leaks and water pressure issues we had in our new home. Being first time homebuyers, they were patient and helpful with our numerous questions and used cost-effective solutions for our problems. I would highly recommend them!

I definitely see all the negative experience from customers regarding Calhoun Plumbing. But I had an emergency, which I considered an emergency, I call a little after 11:00pm and spoke with a lady who definitely was sympathetic to my situation and was able to awake a plumber to come out and resolve my issue.

He came and was done by 1:00am. I appreciated first, her answering the phone and secondly the plumber coming out to resolve my problem. It is my hope to use this service again if I need to resolve any other plumbing issues....with the hopes of the same customer service.
