Best Sewer Cleaning in Columbus OH

Yesterday, my cleaning ladies accidentally lodged the head of a toilet brush into my toilet.
I called in and was able to get on the schedule right away. Plumber Chad Flack gave me a call this morning about 30 minutes before he arrived. He told me exactly when he would arrive, he showed up 4 minutes ahead of what he advised! Super awesome! Under promise and over deliver.
Plumber Chads demeanor was courteous, respectful and he was cautious when handling the toilet water tools.
He went even further and showed me (if they issue had not been resolved) where I would have seen the problem.

This company came recommended by the previous owner of our new home. We will pass on the recommendation because these plumbers are prompt, do a great job and charge a fair price. What more can one ask for?

The technician was friendly and professional, very helpful answering my questions. He did a great job reinstalling a toilet and fixing leaking shut-off valve so I could move back in after a water leak required removal of all bathroom flooring and I am waiting for restoration work to begin.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. In October they came out to install a battery for my Watchdog battery backup for my sump pump. By March the battery backup began beeping incessantly. I added distilled water and the system kept beeping. I knew that the Waterworks technician had run to Home Depot to buy the battery he replaced. So I a) Called Waterworks who said, sorry, you're out of warranty. and b) Called the Watchdog battery backup company who told me that the Waterworks technician installed the wrong battery type and that it would continue to malfunction as a result. When I asked why the system had worked fine till now, Watchdog said this is typical - but the system will eventually break down.Today Waterworks came back out and told me I was out of luck because they only warranty the parts/work for 90-days. I suppose I should be happy they didn't charge me their $60 fee for visiting my house to tell me I was out of that $300 I paid them to install the wrong battery.I have a lot of plumbing choices. I've used Waterworks for years. NEVER AGAIN.

We had a 2nd floor bathtub when draining pouring through the ceiling in our downstairs 1/2 bath. Apex Plumbing was recommended to me through a family member who had used their service and I am so glad they did. Jason came out, evaluated the problem and gave a very fair estimate. Jason was polite and courteous when working in our home and not only that he fixed the problem!!! We waited quite a while before we called someone out to see what was leaking. I wish we called sooner. Great company and great plumber. Thank you Apex Plumbing.

I called six plumbing businesses that said they are 24/7 in their advertisement. They all said we are 24/7 to answer phone calls not to work. Then called MrRooter. They said they would be there within 2 hours only to call me back after the 2 hours to say they were sorry they wouldn’t be able to come. By this time it is after 7 pm. Called RotoRooter. They said they would have someone to fix the plumbing but it would be a few hours. Emmanuel showed up and fixed the problem. Not only was he professional, he was knowledgeable regarding plumbing and was friendly. I will call them for all my plumbing needs!!

Quick response, completed job in timely manner. Stayed true to quote on phone.

I had the need for a plumber in a non-emergency situation. They came out an hour later and fixed my problem. Great service at a reasonable price.

All three of these technicians were great. Mitch W. in particular was really helpful. Our basement had flooded and it was a pretty stressful situation. He was very sympathetic of the situation, but still tremendously professional. He happily rescheduled aservice call when a conflict came up. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him, and the company in general.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.

Advertised as 24 hour service. Called last night, said they would be here around 2-2:30 am. We stayed up until 3:30am and no one showed up. Disappointing and frustrating.
