These guys are fantastic!! They get me scheduled quickly, are professional and polite, and their pricing is awesome compared to other places I’ve checked. They are knowledgeable, honest and don’t try to repair things that don’t need it just to make a buck! Which my bank account appreciates lol. DrainMaster was one of the top rated Google companies. After calling my 'go-to' companies that were unavailable for days (and long conversations about the call center representative trying to understand the problem), I called DrainMaster and was greeted with an understanding of plumbing issues by the person who picked up the phone. They were fully booked, but understood the severity of the problem and were able to adjust some schedules to get Shane to the site immediately. Shane was professional and worked with us to understand the issue (shared condo pipe, which adds difficulty) and was able to assess and call in the right people and services from his team. The owner (Charlie) even got involved to make sure everything was going smoothly and I know that they had to change some people and their schedules around to solve our problem! (THANK YOU!) When I received the invoice, I was not shocked by any of the costs, as they were reasonable and explained to me proficiently. (The next day, I had a scheduled appointment at my house and one of the other major companies cost me the same amount for an appointment where they left without fixing anything.) I will be using DrainMaster in the future!

Amazing service

This company will lie, cheat, and steal from you. Then they call you and blame your spouse for all their issues.
I had city water added to my property. They told me I had to have a back flow system installed. back flow systems must be inspected once a year at a cost of about $100 After speaking with Delco this was not necessary. Guess who charges the inspection fee. It takes longer to pull in the driveway than it does to test the back flow.
My fault, I called them again about replacing my septic lines in the back yard. Long story short they have been 2 my house twice charged me over $1500 to clean out the lines and now my system is back up again because the lines are still in the ground.
I highly suggest moving on to a company that stands behind their work and doesn't make excuses for their failures.

Honestly I am beyond amazed on their level of service from Jesse and team. They have constantly gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions and I will always recommend them to anyone that is in need of their services. Amazing team and always willing to help and be there anytime any day. Definitely recommend these guys.

DJ and Daniel were very professional and explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I had been working on the problem myself and didn't have the skills or equipment to remove a metal pipe that had collapsed in on itself. A common problem with older homes. They showed me the cutout old pipe, installed the proper new PVC, cleaned it up all nice and shiny, and I thought that for a plumber the price was very reasonable.

I called many times and left voicemails to have my garbage disposal fixed. They never returned my calls. If you need plumbing fixed urgently go somewhere else. I waited over a week before contacting somewhere else. I did not have a professional feel from this company.
