Roto rooter cleared out tree roots from main sewer line. Chad was nice and efficient, did a great job. Was able to assess upstairs water drainage. Situation resolved well.

Not a great experience. Initial service call scheduled between 10am - 2pm and serviceman arrived at 2:20pm. The shower in our master bath would not completely shut off and what I thought might be a simple repair turned into a service fee of $113 with no resolution other than the need to order parts for a shower system that was not a local, name brand system. Was told that parts could take up to two weeks to be received. After waiting two weeks I called and was told the service man needed to talk with me before placing the order and that he would call me back, that afternoon, as soon as he finished his current assignment (a Thursday afternoon). Monday arrived and still no call back at which point I called the service number again. Apologies for lack of follow-up resulted in me being referred to local plumbing supply stores where I could order a complete new shower system. Angie's List touts The Waterworks as one of the best.....certainly not my experience. at all.

Overall experience was great, they were able to quickly replace an older water heater one day after we contacted them about the issue. Installers were professional and were forthcoming with information as additional charges where encountered given it was an replacement of an existing unit that required some rework of the gas and water piping. Only negative was the prices charged for some the parts not initially quoted as they seemed high compared to what they would cost at retail. Would definitely use them again for other projects.

Called DrainMaster when a waterline burst due to freezing. Within 2 hours they had a crew there fixed the problem and made some helpful suggestions, and the price was very reasonable. The two men who arrived at my home (I didn't get their names) were professional and courteous. I would recommend DrainMaster for any plumbing problem.

Our sewer backed up yesterday evening and needed a plumber to come out immediately to snake our line. I called ARS and they assured me that someone would be able to come out that night to fix the issue. 3 hours after my initial call, I called the dispatcher back to get an update on when someone would be out. They said they'd have the worker give me a call ASAP. No one called, not even this morning. I could've had another company come out, but instead wasted my time waiting for this company. Still no word from them.

Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

These guys are awesome! They did such a good job with my shower that when they left I couldn't even tell they had been there. Great team!

I called McDermott Plumbing for a second estimate on a new water heater after getting a bad feeling from a high pressure sales pitch from Atlas Butler for a new water heater. Mike was very professional when inspecting the unit and gave an honest assessment about the cost to repair vs cost to replace. I ultimately went with installing a new water heater and the cost was about $500 less than Atlas Butler. Mike did a great job explaining everything and cleaning up afterward and I would definitely call again!

My washer was not draining and backing up. I called G-tech, and they were here the same day and were very nice/professional. They were able to find the problem, fix it, and cleaned up afterward. It has been working ever since. Would definitely call them again.

Exceeded my high expectations! We needed our water service line replaced. They showed up on time, were friendly and informative, and cleaned up so well I could barely tell they were here. Definitely the best condition I have EVER seen a plumbing company leave a yard after digging two holes with a backhoe. I couldn't find anything to straighten after they left! Spread some grass seed and I'm done. CAN'T BE HAPPIER!
