My wife called me telling me the tub was leaking into our kitchen. I called around and everyone was closed or unavailable. I called these guys and they answered immediately, told me they had guys in the area, and sent someone over within 30 minutes. They inspected the leak and showed me how I can solve the issue quickly WITHOUT CHARGING. They could have fixed it and charged me anything or charged for the trip out here.
(we all have experienced plumbers that charge without rhyme or reason). I'm gonna fix the issue today but they have a customer for life.

Called Mr Rooter (and 03 others) on Sunday 5AM for a backed up kitchen sink. Was contacted by Megan (Owner) by 8AM that morning. She was very nice and stated she could have a plumber out within a couple of hours.By 9AM(ish), Steve was at the house ready to mitigate the issue. He was very professional/personable and explained what would be done along with theservice cost. About an hour later, I had clear drainage and a new pipe which was very much in need of replacement. He provided some very useful preventative maintenance information when asked and insured everything was clean and clear upon leaving.To have someone available on a Sunday morning Same Day and to have the owner (no answering service) call and set up the appointment is rare and I feel an outstanding example of staying in touch with the customer.Will definitely call again if/when needed. Ty!!

Called and explained to the person anwsering the phone what my problem was and they scheduled an appointment. Sent tech out and the tech had now idea what the problem was. Charged me $55 dollars and then referred me to another company. Do your self a favor and just call another company and save yourself time and money.

Hired this company to create an exterior wall dryer vent. They came quickly after my call, were super professional and efficient in their quoting and price was reasonable relative to other outrageous ones I’d received.

When I called to schedule the service, they were able to send out the next day the same tech who did the quote. He was on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself.

Super happy. Will use Carpenter again for other services.
