Best Sewer Installation in Columbus OH

I have been using this company for all my drain needs, I have a maintenance crew and when they tell me they can't clear it or stop it from leaking I know I can trust them to give me a fair price. The only call I ever get from them is job is completed. Great bunch of guys doing what they're great at.

Quick to respond, on-time, professional and did an amazing job! G&M Plumbing moved a gas line in our kitchen and worked on our plumbing. The technician called us before arriving, was ONTIME and did a great job, zero issues! Highly recommend - I will be using them again for another project

Requested an urgent visit due to a frozen pipe. The dispatcher assured me that they had the staff to come out within a four hour window. When they didn't show, I called and was informed I had been rescheduled for the next day. Yet again, no call and no show, even after calling twice to confirm somebody would come out.I get it- during a winter storm and a holiday weekend short-staffing may occur. Don't provide false assurances that you can provide a service, only to cancel at the last minute. Twice.

John Davis at The Waterworks is a saint!! We just moved into our new home and found an intense list of problems that our home inspector didn't catch. The previous owners/flippers did almost nothing properly. He showed up on time, was extremely helpful and professional, fixed EVERYTHING and even found some new problems and took care of them on the spot. I am incredibly thankful that he understood the assignment of helping us fix what we could without breaking our wallets and I will definitely be using the waterworks for any of our future plumbing needs.

Amazing company and wonderful employees. I can't say enough good things about Keenan, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and explained the whole process and went over option for me. Another great thing is it took just under 2 hours from the time he got here and looked at everything to give me a quote to the time it was installed and ready to go. This is the second time i used them for a plumbing issue and won't be the last. If you want fast, reasonable and competent work, i don't see how you can go wrong with this company. What can I say- but Wow! Called yesterday. Came out yesterday. Fixed today. I was given deadline notice from the water company for me to repair. I was really stressed and worried about the cost. They took care of everything. Utilities marked, permit, inspection. Lots of friendly communication along the way from the office, Charlie, and the guys that did repairs. Professional Dependable Reasonable price.

Had a water main emergency on a Saturday. We called a couple others and they would not come out until Monday. Rescue Rooter were the only ones that would come out that day to see if they could help us out.They were at our house within an hour! Although they could not get the equipment necessary until Monday, they were able to identify the problem and suggest a solution , provide an estimate and book us for repairs Monday afternoon at the latest.Tommy and Brett showed up at 10:30 and had us all repaired and inspected by the town by 1:00 on Monday.I will definitely call them FIRST next time we are in need of a plumber. The technicians were friendly, respectful of my home (wore booties to keep the floor clean) and knew what they were doing.

Muetzel had installed our old water heater for the previous owners which lasted FOREVER. When it finally blew, we called them to install new one. The front-line person who answered the phone, Sonia, was so kind and sympathetic to my situation. She said she had to be realistic with scheduling and so they weren't able to fit me in same day but she scheduled me for first time on the next business day. She agreed to call me if they had cancellations and she expressed understanding when I told her I was going to call around to see if I could get someone sooner. We ended up finding a plumber closer to where we live who was able to do it quicker, but I will always remember how easy it was to talk with Sonia and definitely would use them if (God forbid) we have more plumbing needs.

Mr Rooter virtually honored an estimate from 2016. Who does that? The project ran into a few snags, through no fault of the Mr. Rooter crew, as the company that marked the utilities failed to mark the water supply line to the house and the shutoff valve in the yard was inaccessible due to rocks in the access pipe to the box. We ended up having to replace another 30ft or so of sewer line for which we were given a 20% discount. I would definitely use them again, but hope I never need to.

My water heater was at the end of its life and I needed help QUICK. We were about 1.5 weeks without hot water, during some chilly days this winter and I went through my home warranty and got The Service People.
I was antsy to get my water heater fixed/replaced and worked with them to do it asap. I mostly worked with Matt and he did the best he could with the tools he was given by my warranty and thank goodness, he was able to fit me into his busy schedule and tried to minimize our wait time.
Matt helped explain things to me the best he could and came by to fix the heater temporary. Though the temporary fix didn't last, he worked to help me get the permanent solution fairly quickly.
He was able to install our new water heater and walked me through the steps of this new water heater if it were to malfunction and what I should look for. Very helpful, very efficient.
My warranty pretty much covered all my services, but their pricing seemed competitive. Except for a couple things, I was ae to afford the entire service and that was so helpful, to save thousands for service.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! I have a friend who was in need of a new water heater, but was going through some financial strain. I called Mike at Accurate Plumbing to see if he and his crew could give me a quote on a water heater so that I could help them out.
He sent someone out promptly to the house and was able to not only quote them a new water heater, but he found a larger, more efficient water heater, and did not try to oversell on a more expensive or tankless one. Accurate Plumbing had the best price out of three companies I contacted. The team installed the water heater the next day, and my friend was very pleased with the work. Mike also helped with the cost of the water heater, which was so kind and generous.
Even though I did not personally use this company, as this was for a friend, I will definitely use Accurate Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I have at my home.

Found out the hard way (water all over my floor) that I had a drain issue while doing some laundry. Happened this past Sun. Mon morning I did a Google search for 'best plumbers in Reynoldsburg, Plumbing One had the best rating and great customer comments. Also looked them up on BBB website. They have an A+ rating! I called Mon morn and was set up with a Tues morn appointment. Tom came on time, introduced himself and then listened to me describe the issue I had. He got right to work and found the problem was from my washing machine drain line not draining properly. Turns out I had a very stubborn clog in the drain and a crazy 'older home' drain line set up so Tom had to use a few different methods to get the drain clear. He din't give up and really went the extra mile to be sure it was done right. Thank you soooo much Tom, I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Use Plumbing One (ask for Tom) you'll get the best!
