Horrible; these guys are in for a quick cash, I had them to come over to look at a low-pressure problem, he told us we need to install buster pump. We decided to call another company and get a second opinion, second plumbing company came in (Documented everything with pictures) and noticed water valve was halfway closed. Didn’t need anything at all.

Christian did an outstanding job when we called G & M for clogged drain repair. He was on time, courteous, explained everything he did and charged a reasonable price. We'll ask for him the next time.

I got in way over my head swapping out toilets for my elderly dad. Things went south real fast after I got the old one out so I had no choice but to call in reinforcements. On the holiday weekend I figured this would be a nightmare. Mick made this anything but. This guy is a rockstar! When he called with initial eta he warned me that he may not get to us until 2 am because we were 4th in line. He got there just before 8 pm. He had me and dad laughing the whole time. He's got so much personality. Mick made this ordeal as quick and painless as possible! Thanks Mick for saving the day!

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have now found my plumber! Tim came & fixed my garbage disposal & clogged sink. They were able to get me in the same day, and were at my home less than half an hour. Tim was very informative and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold or scared into buying anything additional. I will definitely use them again, and recommend to friends.

Dave was great! I love how his website is set up, it made everything easy. I was able to text him to set up the appointment, he asked the problem, and I was able to send him a picture of it. He was able to fit us in the next day. Very knowledgeable, had great recommendations for the rest of the project, and completed the job quickly. Friendly and easy-going, easy to talk to, didn't make us feel stupid, and affordable. We are definitely making him our go to plumbing guy!

Nice folks but the person who showed up to fix my plumbing problem seemed to have a significant lack of stock in their truck. This impaired the ability to fix or replace parts of the project. They did respond immediately on a Friday afternoon to my home when I developed a leak.

Worked efficiently, found leak in a place we never suspected. NOW,
onto the repair!

Flush Drains were excellent when I contacted them. They sent a plumber to my house right away. We are more than happy with their plumbing service and the cost of it.

Very professional and did a great job on a complicated problem outside. He didn't try to upsell me and try to tell me I need to replace everything. He just cleared the drain and we're flowing again. Highly recommend.

Hayder was wonderful! Extremely professional, consistently made sure we were clear on what was happening and constantly asking if we had any more questions. Was very thorough in checking everything and anything, making sure everything was in order and there were no more problems. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that has an issue inside their house!

The only qualm I have is not with Hayder, but with the scheduling aspect with Eco Plumbers. The first time I scheduled I was given a date and no time, just that jt would be first available at any time that day. The second appointment, although having a very pleasant conversation with the scheduling agent (she was very helpful and nice), my timeframe that the technician could arrive in was 6 hours. It was very hard working around the timing from these!

Overall though, great experience!

Mike did a fantastic job. Came out within an hour of my call. He quickly found the leaking gas valves and replaced. Pressurized lines and showed me. Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again. Thank you again Mike!

I had a drain pipe that was clogged. Calhoun said they would be there between 8 and 10. They never came until after I called to remind them. After the tech arrived he couldn't get the job done, said he needed some additional tools to remove the sink in order to get to the pipe. He said he could stop over the next day. Next day came and went with no show from the tech nor any phone call. I called to see what's up. The person at the office said the tech would be there the following day between 8 and 10. Again, no show, no call. I guess the tech didn't know how to fix it. A waste of three days. Poor customer service.

I can’t say enough about this company & their staff! From the welcoming sound of Stephanie’s voice on the phone, to the professionalism of Cody who has installed a hot water heater and sump pump at my house this year. They are outstanding! Stephanie goes above and beyond to be helpful in every way possible. Cody has been professional, arrived efficiently, explaining details well & works efficiently & quietly. My home has been respected by all employees & the work space is left clean.
