Best Sewer Cleaning in Columbus OH

I never give reviews. However...... Plumbing and Drain Professionals replaced my two 12-year aging hot water tanks today. Moose and Pat were both very professional and courteous all around and very pleasant and respectful. Their professionalism wasn't phased by my annoying dogs or the fact that the job did turn out to have some complications (not their fault, trust me). Moose is very good at customer service..... explaining and answering questions when I requested. Will call them back for any plumbing service I need.

A wonderful technician by the name of Ray was sent out to our home and was here in less than hour from when we called. He was very knowledgeable and had our problem fixed within a short time. We are very pleased with the whole experience we had with Roto-Rooter from the moment we called, to right up to when our clog was cleared. I would highly recommend them.

He was quick efficient and answered all my questions. I will use him again. I appreciate his attention to detail.

James was awesome. He was so polite and very professional. I had a kitchen sink issue. He fixed it immediately. I then asked if he would install a new disposal. He installed a new disposal in record time. I would recommend Apex for everything.

I had a stopped up drain. I waited a full day for a competitive plumbing company to show up and at the end of the day they finally called only to tell me they couldn't be there until two days later. I told them to forget it and called Roto Rooter and they had someone out in a few hours.

The first tech could not get the drain cleared but he left a quote and scheduled a more experienced tech to come the following day.

The second tech arrived at the promised time the following morning and looked at the quote i had received and kind of freaked out as he said it was over 50% on the low side. The work to be performed was to clear the drain and to install a new toilet. To the company's credit, they honored the low quote. The tech got the drain flowing and the toilet installed. Everything good.

Two days later ( a Sunday morning) the drain starting to flow very slowly. I called them and they had a third tech out there within a couple of hours. He was able to clear the drain and actually removed a large hair clog that must have just been loosened and pushed further down the drain. There was no charge for the third call

Six days later and all is good.

DrainMaster has done repair work on a couple of my rentals. They are knowledgeable, customer oriented and have fair pricing. I will continue to call them for my rental needs.

I can’t say enough great things!! They came out and showed all of our options for replacing our leaking hot water tank. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive!! They were able to have it replaced the next day and were on time!! I would highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter! Wonderful staff each one of them that handled our service!

The tech Brandon was super friendly and helpful. Came and removed an old water softener at my parents house. Worked quickly and did a great job!

Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

Had a water heater that needed replacing and Accurate Plumbing was out the same day. We also had Atlas Butler and the Eco Plumbers out for estimates. Accurate Plumbing beat both companies by $900 to $1200. Accurate Plumbing had everything done by noon. Call these guys first.

They determined we had a clog in our downspout line, excavated it and replaced pipe. Super nice techs. We will call them back

Had a pipe start leaking and water coming through my family room ceiling at 10:30 on a Saturday night. They showed up in about an hour and took care of the leak with minimal damage to the house.

We called CPR Drain out to our business because of a slow drain. They sent 2 employees the first day that had no idea was what going on. They left and said they would bring their boss back the next day. So all 3 came back the next day. They all left again on that day but not without getting paid $360.00 with the problem not fixed. Said they thought the line was frozen. We have had 3 days of over 50degree weather and the problem still exist. I called to talk to them and they still insisted the line was frozen and they wasn't coming back out until the weather breaks. The employee was VERY rude and told me to just never call them again.

2 toilets issues. Called and got a same day appt. Technician worked and worked to figure out the issue with the one toilet. Very pleased with outcome. Thank you.
