The technician, Bobby, that came to the house was professional and more importantly honest. Had an issue with the sump pump. He did not pressure a sale or repair but gave his honest opinion on the situation at hand and answered all of my questions. Top notch customer service. The young man who came out twice to conduct test with the camera and smoke to examine the pipes, water lines, and stacks did a great job. He reviewed the videos with me in detail. One of my two stacks needs to be replaced; however, it would only resolve some of my problems he could not resolve other issues, but would do further research. He telephoned the office to speak with the person who was to telephone me to come out and provide a written estimate of the work to be done. After 2 weeks and not hearing from Waterworks, I telephoned the office to ask if I would still receive a written estimate. I was told someone would contact me to arrange to come to my home. No one phoned to make those arrangements. I will eventually start all over and contact another plumbing company to hopefully work on resolving my plumbing issues and receive a written estimate.

The service I received was excellent! Drew was professional, knowledgeable and ensured trust. I think his recommendations were right on target and I went with them. He was very focused and got the jobs done. He left everything much better than he found it and it was greatly appreciated. He was kind and patient with a little old lady. Our store was going through change of ownership with the health department and the day the inspector was there the hot water would not work. He said he would be back the next day and if the water wouldn’t run hot then he would fail our store and make us go through the application process again. We called RotoRooter because it was already late in the day and they had 24 hour service. Bobby came and found that the heating element was bad. The next day he ordered the part but it wouldn’t be there until the following day, so I called the inspector and he agreed to postpone one more day. The following morning Bobby changed out the heating element and gave us the hot water we needed to pass the inspection. Thank you Bobby from RotoRooter!

We had issues with our water heater on Sunday (yesterday). I was pleased that we could have someone come out to take a look and let us know what we needed to do. The office offered a 30 min call ahead prior to someone arriving (which we did not get). The gentleman that arrived looked at our water heater and stated he didn't have the parts necessary to fix the problem. Fine. We set up a window to have a tech come out this morning between 8-12, ***requesting a 30 min call ahead*** at roughly 11:50 am we had heard nothing, so we called. We were unapologeticly told that they were just about to call us, they were slammed with emergencies and would need to change our window to between 2-6pm. It would have been nice to have a heads up. It would have been polite to do that for customers that have been waiting all morning. The woman who answered the phone simply interrupted the concerns voiced and was rude. I've worked in customer service for 13 years. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If you cannot take the work, simply voice that. It's understandable. We would have made other arrangements. I've been at home all day and have not heard from them. It's after the 6pm window. We FINALLY received a call at 6:30. They have inconvenienced my entire family.

We have used Mr. Rooter exclusively for many years. They are trustworthy and timely when it comes to appointments. We especially like working with Jamie. He is so kind, friendly, and very professional. We will always request Jamie...he is great!

Matt from The Service People was the third company that came to fix our gas leaks to the stove, furnace, and water heater. The first one never came back, the second company spent an entire day here and it wasn't fixed. Then I called The Service People and Matt came out and fixed everything in a very professional manner. He was very knowledgeable! I will be call them for future plumbing needs.

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

Had the owner come out and assess the issue with my downspout and sump pump at the end of the week. The following Monday, members of his crew came out and quickly resolved all my and my wife's concerns. They are very reasonable priced, go out of their way to be helpful and informative, and were extremely professional and respectful to our home. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.
