This is a wonderful company. They have come out three different times for multiple different issues (icemaker line leaking, pressure tank leaking, upstairs water leak, install new water heater) and have done a great job each time. They were able to come out very quickly compared to other companies and their prices were more than fair. The plumber, Chad, was wonderful too. He was the best representative for the company that he could have been. I have had no issues with anything that they touched. I would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone.

Called with a back up clog on a Saturday afternoon. Had Chris at my door within 2 hours. He did a great job - very professional and extremely personable. Would absolutely have him back.

I rent an apartment in downtown Columbus and my landlord calld Waterworks to unclog multiple drains in my unit. Not only were they fast and tidy, they took the time to make sure my new kitten was safe and secure before they left the premises. Awesome work!! Very much appreciated!

!!!!!!!!!!I would give these people no stars if possible.The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

Generally satisfied but the after hours contact person (Shana in Houston) assured me that the service man would definitely come with a sewer machine AND camera. Wrong! No camera, camera man came out the next day.

Jason came out and gave estimate then installed a new tankless water heater. They also fixed a pipe that was leaking. They were very thorough and keep us up on progress of the jobs. The job looks great and they did an excellent job cleaning up after their work

Antwan Allen with JA Mechanical arrived within the expected time frame for appointment made same day. He was professional through out the appointment, and fixed the leaking shower and replaced a corroded sink faucet.

Discount plumbing had a professional out the same day. They were also reasonably priced and they fixed the problem within an hour. Will defiantly use them again over some of the more expensive plumbers that just try to sell you on a big fixes so they can make money. A+++++ to Discount plumber.

Just had Grant and his business come do work for me. I had a leaking water line and couldn’t get ahold of any other plumbers that day. G-Tech plumbing was able to come out that same day and fix my leak. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend their plumbing business.

Hired this company to create an exterior wall dryer vent. They came quickly after my call, were super professional and efficient in their quoting and price was reasonable relative to other outrageous ones I’d received.

When I called to schedule the service, they were able to send out the next day the same tech who did the quote. He was on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself.

We used Calhoun Plumbing to repair a pipe burst in our first-floor bathroom. Calhoun repaired the pipe, and our contractor came in to retile the shower wall and floor. Upon finishing the job and testing the water flow, our contractor found that the Calhoun plumber had not connected our toilet to a water supply. The pipe used to fill the toilet tank was not connected to anything, stopped in the middle of the wall, and was covered entirely in spray insulation. Our contractor also found a small hole in another water line. Calhoun did not complete the job and did not test to ensure water was flowing and not leaking into the bathroom, which is precisely what the contractor found.

I called Calhoun and was told to email their estimates department. I emailed and was told I should have called Calhoun to fix it. I understand, but they didn't do it correctly the first time. And then didn't check their work.

Since he was on-site, our contractor finished the job and restored the water flow. I asked Calhoun to refund a portion of what I paid them since they didn't finish the job. I reached out to Calhoun on May 5th, my first email was answered; and since then, I have sent five emails checking in on the status, and none have been answered.
