The unclog sewer line was fine and the sewage clean out was fine. Service was fast, quickly scheduled and the office staff polite. HOWEVER they were so inefficient in correcting a few minor issues that took place that we have decided not to use them for the sewer line repair. Their communication between staff was pitiful. I probably will not use them again.

Bradley was fantastic! Very professional and even taught me a couple things. He has been to our house twice and each time has been great. I would highly recommend him and Waterworks for and household plumbing needs

Had then hydro snake a gutter drain pipe for me today. The gentleman who provided the quote, and the gentleman who came to do the work was very friendly, and did the work in a timely manner. No hidden charges, and I felt they were honest. I will definitely call them again.

Had a coupon for $83 for main sewer line clean out. I called for an appointment, the scheduler asked if it was an external clean out access. I said no. He said it maybe additional charges and the person who comes can tell you that charge. I set up an appointment for 6-8 pm...I received a call at 3:40 asking could they come earlier....Uh ok.Two men showed up within 15 min. I presented the coupon and showed them the basement. One of the guys looked at the price and said that's not right. ...is it for the main line? I said yes....He then looked at the coupon to see if it was expired? It wasn't...I knew something was up....we spent 9 minutes in the kitchen, he was trying to get a hold of the office. He had to call back several times. He was speaking then speaking to a manager and he handed me the phone. She said there is an upcharge for an interior basement sewer access. I said ok how much....she said she didn't know because she was driving but the guys could look on their tablet. After he looked on the tablet, it was an additional $325+the intial $83. Ah no thanks, bait and switch. I know it can be around $275....I will make an appointment w DrainMasters. They are upfront with their pricing. $295 total. Go with drain masters and don't waste your time here.

We've used Muetzel many times in the past. They're our first phone call for larger plumbing issues. This was a big job, major blockage, and the team was professional and communicated with me every step of the way. This was a two day job and it was determined that they weren't going to be able to complete the job. Extra services were going to be required, possibly excavation requiring the city's involvement. I was very pleased that they refunded our money for day #2 of services since they were unable to resolve our issue. I'd recommend Muetzel over many of the larger companies.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Hot water tank was leaking so I called Benjamin Franklin requesting someone to come out and fix it. They sent a guy out on Wednesday april 27th and his name was Kelly. You don't want Kelly. I was at work when he came and it was just my mother and grandma home, my mother told him about seeing some water spurting out from the back from a pipe. He paid no attention to her and said we needed a whole new hot water tank, and quoted $1300 for the tank and installation. When I got home I called Mr Rooter to come out and look at it and they found the leak and fixed it right there same day. This company is a joke and trying to take advantage of old people who dont know better.

After the freakish cold spell in December (2022), several of our pipes shattered despite us dripping the faucets. Turns out the handymen that flipped our new house didn't do things correctly or to code. Surprise surprise!

I had worked with Trevor a couple times before when we first moved into the house in March 2022. It was very glad that I had his number still in my phone because he was able to come over the next day to get everything remedied. He had to completely repipe probably about half the piping in our house. Thorough, honest, and friendly to work with. I'm hoping we're all set for a bit, but I'm glad to have him on call just in case!

On time and works quickly! I've had him out to fix a leaking toilet seal, my leaking shower and replacing washing machine valves. He answered all my questions and was thorough in testing his work after it was completed.

Had a terrible clog effecting my mainline, G-Tech came out and cleared the line. Thank goodness for such professional, kind, and efficient techs. I will certainly be using them with any plumbing needs!

Great company! I had another company come out before Carpenter. They told me I needed to replace the heater and A/C for &12,000.00. Carpenters team came out and found nothing wrong weigh either. Very honest, friendly and professional! When I do need to replace my hvac they will be my first call.

I had a drain pipe that was clogged. Calhoun said they would be there between 8 and 10. They never came until after I called to remind them. After the tech arrived he couldn't get the job done, said he needed some additional tools to remove the sink in order to get to the pipe. He said he could stop over the next day. Next day came and went with no show from the tech nor any phone call. I called to see what's up. The person at the office said the tech would be there the following day between 8 and 10. Again, no show, no call. I guess the tech didn't know how to fix it. A waste of three days. Poor customer service.
