I found ARS online when searching for a company that unclogs drains. ARS had a coupon and didnt charge a late after hours fee. I called when I came home and the technician was here in less than 30 minutes. Evan was polite and professional, he said it was the shower drain and not the main line. He had it cleared and cleaned up quickly. I couldnt have ask for a better experience. Plus he wasnt pressuring me to buy drain products like the other companies. I would recommend both ARS and Evan to do work for anyone who would need a plumbing service.

They were able to get to my house quickly (they even called me to move my appointment up a few days when they had a cancellation). The technicians were very friendly. Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

Will hire again! Really great customer service experience. I hired Ben Franklin to rough in two half baths in my duplex and they did great work. They worked around my scheduled and let me know exactly what they were doing each step of the way. Cleaned up afterwards as well.

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible customer service and the lady on the phone who called to schedule was completely rude. I was like ummmm how can you be so mean and short with me on our first interaction? TO SCHEDULE!

so she scheduled and told me that they would arrive between 4pm and 6pm and that the technician would call me on their way to my house. Cool!

So 4pm rolls around and I decide to leave work just to beat them to my house. I get a phone call right then that says they are at my house. I explained that I was supposed to get a phone call when they were en route and I would leave work then. He said to me well we are usually very punctual ok? But I was instructed I would get a phone call. ANYWAY! I said I am on my way home I will be there in 20min will that be a problem? And he said no we will wait

Pulled in the driveway exactly 20 minutes later and they were gone.
