Great service from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was very friendly. I needed to have the water lines in my bathroom shifted in order to install a new vanity. This was by no means an emergency so I wasn't expecting any service that day. They showed up 30 minutes later (they called first of course). I was amazed.I met with Trevor to go over the issue. He knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a few options. He never tries to pressure me to go with the most expensive option and was very patient in explaining all of them. He was kind enough to answer all my questions and even gave me maintenance tips. I never felt rushed to make a choice. He made sure I was comfortable with my choice and got me on the schedule right away.The quality of work was as good as the service. He cleaned up after he was done and explained what he had done to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I even got a follow up call a couple of days later to ensure that all was going well. Great service! I highly recommend using Apex!

These guys are amazing!!!!! I highly recommend them. We had problems with our plumbing and they came out and they did a incredible job. They are very nice and very professional. If we have anymore problems in the future we will diffently call them again. They guarantee their work. That is comforting to know.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Gave false information to my insurance company about the repair needed. Technician smelt horrible, he had a huge hole in the back of his pants like he was attacked by a dog or something. While giving this false information to my insurance company he sat outside (which was ok because he stunk) but never came back to communicate anything to me about the work that needed done he just drove off leaving my door unlocked (I thought he was coming back in).
