My husnband and I have put off our flooded basement for nearly 2 years fearing that the cost to fix our damaged pipes underground would cost a small fortune. Dustin was very professional and arrived earlier than scheduled to fix a leak that had quickly become a serious problem. He quickly identified the problem and went to work fixing it. He kept us well-informed of what was going on and what he was going to need to do to remedy it. He completed the repairs timely and also took a look at a couple of more minor issues that we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dustin for any additional plumbing work we may need.

It's less than a week before we close on the sale of this home, and of course we just found water leaking in our basement. I called 1-Tom-Plumber at 7AM and was able to get a same-day appointment in the 11AM-1PM timeframe! Our technician David was friendly, courteous, and thorough. The source of the problem was difficult to detect and it took a little while to figure things out. I appreciated that David started out with the least invasive (and less expensive) approaches. Ultimately he did have to cut a hole in the wall, but he only cut what was necessary and managed to perfectly center the location of the leak -- a pinpoint hole in a copper pipe. The diagnosis and repair took less than 2 hours and David did a nice job cleaning up the mess that was made. I also appreciate that David pointed out another spot we should keep our eye on for potential future issues. I thought the pricing was fair and I wasn't being sold on unnecessary extras. What an unexpectedly pleasant experience!

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!
