I've used Roto-Rooter in the past and always had success. I can't thank the company and Austin enough for today's repair. Austin was on time, very pleasant and professional. He worked as hard as needed to find the blockage and did an excellent job clearing the blockage. He also did a great job explaining everything to me and did a terrific job cleaning up after himself. I can't thank you enough.

Bradley was very professional and did a great job identifying & fixing my water leak. He made sure I understood the issue and was comfortable with the steps needed to repair. After the repair he gave me a breakdown of the costs so I knew what I was paying for. It’s comforting having someone you can trust working on your home!

My 7 year old water heater stopped heating and it started gushing water! I called Fritz Baumann & Sons and Brett patiently walked me through step by step of what I needed to do to stop it. He then asked for pictures of my current set up to see what he needed to help remedy the problem. I received a call a short while later saying he found all he needed and would be out that afternoon to replace my water heater and update my existing associated plumbing to new code. They were timely, neat, and very communicative. Its almost unheard of to get such quick service these days. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone. It was also nice to learn that Fritz Baumann & Sons is family run and a 4th generation company.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. I spoke with them as they closed yesterday and they came first thing this morning. I'd had faulty work done by a friend and instead of blaming me for it, they were extra kind. They fixed everything and were nicer than I could have expected. I highly recommend this place.

Came out to do preventative drain cleaning to city lines and sewer drains from the house. Professional, pleasant personality and engaged in respectful conversation about the process of the service with me (Home owner). Highly recommend this company.

Great service. The technicians were fantastic. Easy to schedule a tune up and get my furnace ready for Winter. They were on time, friendly, and provided an overview of what they did. Great pricing on top of it all. I will be reaching out in the future for any additional HVAC needs.

Ryan Rose replaced a garbage disposal, two shut off valves, and a shower cartridge. We exchanged text messages to aid in scheduling the work and he arrived exactly when he said. The charges for these services were a good value. I highly recommend him.

I would certainly not recommend this company. We had a guy come out over the winter to install a sub pump. He did a great job but said he wanted to come back in the spring to check for gaps from the outside and to call and make an appointment. We called in May and the lady that answered said she had no record of that visit and would need to look into it so we could have the same technician. After a few days, I didn't hear back so I called again. She said she found me in another system ( um ok) but would have to call me back to schedule the appointment. I wasn't sure why but I agreed. This lady is VERY hard to understand and seems to mumble all of the time. So again, I never heard back from her and had to follow up. When I spoke with her the next time, she said that technician was on vacation for the next month and then booked until the end of July. I was shocked and told her I was glad this wasn't an imminent issue and confirmed the appointment. About 2 weeks before the appointment, unfortunately, we had to reschedule. My husband called and made a new appointment. I was grateful he got through and seemed like everything went smoothly. Well, the morning of the appointment, he called to see if he could find out approximately what time in the 4 hour window, the technician would be there. The same lady said she didn't know but he would receive a call about 30 minutes out. The lady never asked for his name or address. As it got later and later in the day, we never heard from anyone . Both my husband and I called and left several messages throughout the day but no one ever picked up or called us back. No one ever showed up either. It has been several weeks since then and we still haven't received a call or explanation. Needless to say, we have reached out to other more responsive companies. I am just dumbfounded by the lack of urgency and complete failure of communication and would never reach out to or recommend them.

Flush Drains always delivers great service. Very professional, reliable , and reasonably priced. He always gets me scheduled in a timely manner and leaves me a happy customer once he leaves, everytime! I wouldn't spend my money with anyone else. He makes the fact you have to spend the money worth it. Last but not least he's knowledgeable on what he does and always willing to explain everything to you as he goes!

He came right in and started testing everything to give us the answers we needed and made sure to explain what was bad and how much it would cost to get and repair it. He def. Did what he came here to do … happy we found out what was wrong with it so now we can get it fixed
