Sump pump failed, called Roto Rooter since they originally installed it, technician came out reviewed it he issue called a manager who came out and said that everything was covered, they fixed the issue with the sump pump replaced the hot water tank and called the the clean up crew out, they disposed of the majority of the damaged items then cleaned and sanitized the basement came to my home daily to check the drying process and keep me updated on the process.Major issues like this they will be my first and only call.

Jose was amazing! Midnight and our basement was flooding from a blocked main drain. Jose showed up after a very long day and quickly assessed our issue. He had to snake several drains and never complained even when he didn’t finish until almost 3am!!

Chris was great! He explained what the issue was and educated me on my options. When my husband had questions later, he went through the info a second time. Highly recommend Apex Plumbing.

Great and quick work done today. We didn’t know if we’d be able to get our broken pipe fixed on July 4th, but our repair was completed in about 3 hours. Very satisfied!

They arrived on time, gave an estimate and were able to complete the work in the same day. I had 2 external faucets replaced with water shut off valves added, as well as a cap for the gas line.

Steven arrived on time. Told me exactly what he was going to do and discussed terms of service. He was friendly, unclogged the drain with 40 ft snake, and recommended enzyme pipe cleaner for further maintenance.

Very impressed with service received. Called company and was told that Steve was immediately on his way. He was prompt, courteous, used boot covers. He was able to fix our temperature coil on our hot water heater and the leak on two faucets. I will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I had an emergency plumbing leak. Had to turn off the water to the entire house. This guy was prompt, friendly, knowledgable, and very personable. He was finished quickly and reviewed everything he worked on with me so I knew exactly what the job entailed. Just awesome!

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

We emailed Antwan on Monday and he was able to come Wednesday (not an emergency repair). He was on time, super professional, and did an excellent repair on the pipes beneath our kitchen sink. I needed an AC person cause my AC froze and was blowing hot air. Mike came out and explained my problem and some possible solutions for the future. He informed me of options on my furnace which is getting very old. Didn't try to sell anything but he was so informative, I will be calling him and the company this fall when looking to purchase new units.

Got a new garage disposal they were quick and professional. They were also there ON TIME!
