Mike was very professional and efficient. He arrived on time; quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of it. This is consistent with all of my experience over the years with the Waterworks.

I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company. And from the owner no less. If you want a company to stand by its work, don't use Fritz Bauman. We had called the company back after a leak continued. They would not leave without collecting $150 and no work was done. If I could leave no stars, I would. They don't stand by their work and so unprofessional when trying to work things out.

The technician did a terrible job of clearing the clogged main line. As soon as he found small roots he quit. Then a salesman showed up working a scam on their part. He claimed that pipes needed replacing. The estimate was over $6,000 without doing any investigation. He simply took a picture from the corner of the house and said it was to blame. So poor quality service and a salesman that tried to majorly upsell a minor issue. They also left the area inside the house dirty and nasty.We called a second plumber I'm and he had the issue solved within an hour. Amazingly no pipes needed replacing.I would not recommend Apex plumbing to anyone.

We had the pleasure of dealing with what could have been a disaster tonight. I called Mr. Rooter first. The associate who took my call was polite and professional! They informed me they had a small wait and would let me know when someone was on the way. I got a call when he was on his way and they emailed me his picture and his name. Connor W. was just as professional and polite as the phone associate. My husband and some family members were able to avert the crisis before he arrived, but he was very comforting and reassuring that him and his team can come back and assist if needed. They even provide free quotes. To top everything off, we’re in the middle of a pandemic and he got here in a timely manner, offered to wear gloves and a mask, and he wore slips over his shoes before entering our home. I’m literally blown away. Mr. Rooter will always be first on our list in the event of another plumbing crisis.

Mark was professional and did a fantastic job on our kitchen sink. It was backed up and he unclogged it in a timely manner. He also kept me in the loop on explaining what he seen. We plan on using him in the near future for other prodjects.

Office personal and plumber that showed up were professionaland friendly. I called in the morning and they were out here that day. Because I knew what was wrong(hopefully) I had the right part, it was installed and finished in just over an hour. Great job people!

Will hire again! Really great customer service experience. I hired Ben Franklin to rough in two half baths in my duplex and they did great work. They worked around my scheduled and let me know exactly what they were doing each step of the way. Cleaned up afterwards as well.

I had a pipe burst in my basement last Friday evening and I called Hesson Plumbing. David showed up within an hour and fixed my busted pipe. He was very professional and courteous. David fixed my leak in my basement and for a good reasonable rate too. I called him back out today to check another plumbing concern. David responded on time as my appointment time was set and advised me of what the problem was. I highly recommend calling Hesson Plumbing if you need to have a plumbing issue repaired with confidence and for a fair reasonable price.
