I never give reviews. However...... Plumbing and Drain Professionals replaced my two 12-year aging hot water tanks today. Moose and Pat were both very professional and courteous all around and very pleasant and respectful. Their professionalism wasn't phased by my annoying dogs or the fact that the job did turn out to have some complications (not their fault, trust me). Moose is very good at customer service..... explaining and answering questions when I requested. Will call them back for any plumbing service I need.

Joshua was amazing! He was able to fix a bizarre clogged drain we had. It took longer than expected but he didn't hesitate to stay until the issue was resolved.

Bradley was fantastic! Very professional and even taught me a couple things. He has been to our house twice and each time has been great. I would highly recommend him and Waterworks for and household plumbing needs

Dave is an experienced professional that answered a ton of questions I had and he never tried to “sell” me or blow smoke. Real straight shooter and nice guy. The work was super quick and professional as well.

I had a great experience with Roto Rooter. My technician John Gleason was very good at explaining what he was doing and did a great job cleaning up the area. I was pleasantly surprised when I called at 9am to get an appointment and someone was there by 10:30am. Overall a great experience.

The young man who came to my home was very polite. He took a look at the issue I was having with water backing up in the sink next to the washing machine. He explained what the problem was and gave me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote and how quickly he fixed the issue after a neighbor who had the same issue not long ago was charged a lot more by another company.
I will definitely be recommending and contacting Drain Master for any future plumbing needs.

Corey came out and did a great job getting the sink that was backed up cleared.

I called saying that water had poured down through my ceiling when shower was being used, and was with out use of my bathroom. Person answering the phone seemed disinterested in my issue, and somewhat annoyed that I even called. She said that it would be a week until they could fit me in, unless I paid after hour rates. Guess I will be moving on to the next number on my list.

Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

They always do a professional job at great rates, responsive and get the job done. Highly recommend them.

Hot water tank was leaking so I called Benjamin Franklin requesting someone to come out and fix it. They sent a guy out on Wednesday april 27th and his name was Kelly. You don't want Kelly. I was at work when he came and it was just my mother and grandma home, my mother told him about seeing some water spurting out from the back from a pipe. He paid no attention to her and said we needed a whole new hot water tank, and quoted $1300 for the tank and installation. When I got home I called Mr Rooter to come out and look at it and they found the leak and fixed it right there same day. This company is a joke and trying to take advantage of old people who dont know better.

I found these guys through the internet. We had them replace our failing septic line from the house to the tank. This involved a lot of digging, cutting of concrete and other issues they could not have envisioned. But they stuck to the original estimate with no surprises. In fact they did more than they said they would.

All I can say is they were responsive, professional, pleasant and polite, and very cost effective when compared with larger companies. And given the scope of their estimate mirrored what larger companies were quoting me, a difference of 3000 from the “Eco” bunch that seemed so popular…using them was a no brainer. But I’d call them again in a minute.

They also cleaned up after themselves. Many contractors don’t. So that’s a big deal!

I’d recommend these guys any day.

Trevor was great! He is very professional and efficient. He responded quickly to our call and was prompt with his appointment. We are so thankful to have a plumber we trust! Will be using him again soon!

These guys are consummate professionals. I don't bother bidding plumbing jobs anymore. The job is always completed in a timely manner and the work is always high quality.

Gary showed up on time. I explained the issue I was having. We agreed on a price and he got to work. After he finished we both agreed I needed a new toilet. He said he would go to home depot buy the toilet and I would just reimburse him for it. Here is where Gary earned 2 stars. Time to pay. Me Gary how much was the toilet? Gary $250 me OK can I have the receipt? Gary I'm writing it up me I need the home depot receipt Gary starts to get upset and states he owns the receipt because he used his credit card and that he had lost it. I state if you wanna get paid for the toilet I need to see the receipt. He finally produces an E- receipt . Cost of toilet $160 plus tax. During his rant he claimed he bought a 6 month warranty. That was also a lie. As a small business owner my self I know how valuable this reviews are..,Gary, I normally tip $50 on a bill like yours . Your greed now has you looking like a lier for everyone to see.

My washer was not draining and backing up. I called G-tech, and they were here the same day and were very nice/professional. They were able to find the problem, fix it, and cleaned up afterward. It has been working ever since. Would definitely call them again.

Scheduling was easy and the most impressive thing is that I had an issue with the bill. They addressed it immediately, turning it into a great experience. Will not go anywhere else for electrical, plumbing needs.

Would never use this place because of the drivers that represent the conpany. One of the drivers (license plate no: pkl-2302) not looking, cut me off almost causing a wreck without so much as even looking or having any concern. Unacceptable
