Had a great experience with getting my sump pump replaced in a quick and timely manner. John was also very courteous and respectful by wearing shoe covers so not to mess up the floors in my house.

We've used G&M a few times in the last couple of months and our experiences have been good. They came out to a home that we were selling in order to replace a few faucets. After realizing their work ethic and excellent prices, we decided to use them again at our new home for some sump pump work. The plumber was honest and didn't try to convince us into purchasing anything that we didn't really need. Again, they provided a repair in a timely manner and the cost was fair.

Loved our experience with Fritz Baumann & Sons! We called them to assist with some kitchen plumbing after having granite countertops and new sink installed. Not all heroes wear capes, y’all. Even though the granite install didn’t go as planned, Fritz Baumann & Sons plumbing was super flexible and accommodating to the updated schedule. Blair got our garbage disposal and faucet installed and all the under sink plumbing re-hooked up and got us back in working order in a short amount of time! Pricing is super fair for the quality work, professionalism, and flexibility this company provides. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing needs!!!

Jonathan Mickley did a great job for us. He came prepared with a new faucet but before he installed it he ran it by me. The one he had was nice but could not be hooked up to our dishwasher so Jonathan immediately went and got a different faucet that would work. He noticed both the trap and incoming water pipes were also leaking so he offered to fix everything and we agreed to go ahead with all repairs. Very nice and personable young man. Very neat and clean work. Demonstrated how everything worked. Provided faucet paperwork. Told me there is a one year guarantee and just call if any problems. Overall great experience. Price seemed sort of high but this was the first repair in 30 years so it was worth it.

The cost of the repairs was crazy, plus they had to reschedule us for random reasons, so we were without running water for 12hours. We were initially scheduled for 6pm to 10pm on Saturday, and they called around 7pm to tell us they had to reschedule us to Sunday between 9am to 1pm and then showed up at 1:45pm. They were at our house for 20 mins, and it cost $517, and most of the cost was for labor, the pair only cost $40 according to the receipt, I'm sorry that is a lot for a 20 min job. You can't convince me that their flat hourly rate is what... $800 an hour? My husband and I felt powerless and had to pay for the repairs. My husband is a kind man, so he didn't want to argue the price. However, we are extremely upset about this pricing. Although we will never do business with them again, I would never discourage others from working with them; however, I recommend discussing pricing before scheduling the repairs.

Roto-Router, there is so much technology out there to allow you to video chat assessments with your customers, and you could even create a
video chat helper program to help the homeowner with their repairs for a fee. Please do better and be better for your customer.

The two technicans who came out very quickly, were two of the nicest and professional young men, very polite, did the needed work, cleaned up area and again I want you to know how much we appreciate the work they did. One was named john and the other one was dilon,

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. I have worked with Accurate Plumbing for the last 5 years. They have always been quick to respond and service. Unfortunately we had an incident of black mold generating from a broken seal at the base of commode. I already had an Appt the following week to unclog drain, but when I called Mike and explained the situation he had Bill out within hours. Bill was great about resolving the issue and cleaning up. (As well as fixing the items I already had an Appt for!). Highly recommend!

I first browsed online because of a main sewer back up at our home. Checked the ads by major plumbing companies in the area.

Looked at the *asterisks* that rarely apply to their low priced deals and was skeptical.

Called a retired professional plumber I knew and he advised to call Hesson to check. Got an Immediate response.

Got my drain in service in short order. Have a bad situation with a damaged 50 year old sewer line with a large tree on top. More work will be in order at some point.

This is a hands on family business. I got an HONEST assessment which was appreciated most of all. We will check things in the coming months and address the issue as needed. These folks aren't out to sell big jobs.
They have all the same capability, tech and take a reasonable approach.
