I manage Eastpointe Ridge Apartments and we use Plumbing & Drain Professionals anytime we need them. Normally, we call them worst case scenario and each time they have been here quickly and their techs are very knowledgeable!! Its hard to find a company that runs the way they do and with the people they have working. They are great!!

My experience has been a nightmare that’s lasted over 3 months and keeps getting worse. April 16th I had them out to replace my upstairs bathroom faucet under the home warranty. Job was completed and then 3 days later I come downstairs to water coming out of my ceiling. I called Apex and they got someone there pretty quickly and I learned that the guy that replaced the faucet didn’t tighten a water line. To their credit they did get All Phase restoration out the same day to start the drying process. 8 days later after everything was dry, they told me that the construction crew would be in contact to set up a time to repair the damage to the drywall and ceiling . Fast forward to July 21st after the lame duck construction crew gave me the run around for 3 months- they finally come to install the vanity in the bathroom-they got it in but again left everything else unfinished. I come downstairs this morning and surprise surprise there’s water coming out of my ceiling under the vanity they just put in yesterday. The nightmare basically starts all over again. During this process I’ve had to reach out to Apex after never getting a follow up unless I call first. No owner or manager has ever reached out on their own, until this morning when the situation became unbearable and I had to call again. If the situation somehow gets rectified I will update my review to let people know. Until then please beware of what you’re getting into with this company. 2nd picture is from April, first and last are from today, the nightmare is getting worse.

Drain Master is my go-to for anything plumbing they're always quick to respond and prices are very reasonable

I've had three different technicians come out on separate occasions and all of them were very knowledgeable ,polite and seem to care about my problems

I have a big tree in my front yard and the roots continuously get into the main line so I have to call them out a couple times a year to clear the line until I can get the drain permanently repaired

Each time I called they came out the same day or the very next day and took care of the problem very quickly
They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and they carry a lot of common parts on their truck so they can fix Minor details while they're there

We had some nasty plumbing work done this summer. I just want to commend ARS and all the team who worked on our mess. Everyone was so kind and respectful. I especially would like to thank Jacob who really went way beyond our expectations to make sure everything was done correctly. I am just so thankful for this team and their commitment to great service.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Muetzel. From the customer service on the phone to the technicians that came to my house, everything was great. They were able to get to my house quickly (they even called me to move my appointment up a few days when they had a cancellation). The technicians were very friendly. Getting a hold of anyone here is quite difficult, even if you're already in the middle of a repair.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

Contacted Accurate on a Monday to schedule service on my sump pump (which had gone out)...Mike squeezed me into the schedule for the following day. Service Rep (Mike) came out promptly and installed a new sump pump - very responsive, knowledgeable and quick! Definitely recommend them...Thank you!

I have now found my plumber! Tim came & fixed my garbage disposal & clogged sink. They were able to get me in the same day, and were at my home less than half an hour. Tim was very informative and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold or scared into buying anything additional. I will definitely use them again, and recommend to friends.

Used them for a second quote after another company told us we needed a major repair. They came out and said it was an easy fix and the other company was incorrect. All is fixed, they were fast, friendly, great priced, and didn't try to up-sell us on anything we didn't need. They will be our plumber go-forward.

Clogged tub/sink in 1900's rental property in Lancaster. Sounds like piping at some point was put in incorrectly and it took 2+hrs to get the drain open, but they did it! Will definitely call them again!
