Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Columbus OH

I woke up this morning to find water in my basement. A friend from work highly recommended this company so I called and to my surprise the owner answered my call at 6am. He insisted he could send a technician ASAP but I was already on my way to work. I was very grateful they were able to work around my schedule and was able to take care of my problem on my lunch break. It's nice to find a local plumbing company that offers same day service. Very Impressed!

Sump pump failed, called Roto Rooter since they originally installed it, technician came out reviewed it he issue called a manager who came out and said that everything was covered, they fixed the issue with the sump pump replaced the hot water tank and called the the clean up crew out, they disposed of the majority of the damaged items then cleaned and sanitized the basement came to my home daily to check the drying process and keep me updated on the process.Major issues like this they will be my first and only call.

Brandyn Wallace at Apex Plumbing was the most professional, competent and best technician we could have asked for to take care of our newly purchased home. After our inspection company had failed us, Brandyn fixed multiple gas leaks in our home and replaced our sump pump that was not functioning properly. Brandyn worked with my husbands work schedule to be able to do repairs in our home at times that worked best for us. Brandyn was informative about every step of the process and made sure to communicate thoroughly with my husband and I regarding the problems we were having with our home. Brandyn completed our repairs in a timely manner and was able to put my husband and I at ease, knowing we would be moving into a safe home without gas leaks. Fast friendly service on a holiday of all things!

The guy showed up looked at my toilet then went down stairs and checked the drain. Told it would cost $125. Then unclog the toilet and we talked for a bit then he left. He made sure not to make a mess and told me how to fix my problem so I don't run in to the same issue in the future

I called in for service in the am, and they had me on the schedule for the same afternoon. I received a call from the service tech, Will H, that he was on his way, which was within the timeframe I was given. From the moment he arrived, he was very professional and kept me informed at all times of the status of my problem as well as what options I had. He also welcomed and answered any questions I had. Adam C, also arrived and was very professional, assessed our situation and status, and made certain that we were fully aware of everything being done and that we understood. Adam and Will were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I appreciate service professionals that show their customers that they are important to them. Great job by this team!

Matt from The Service People was the third company that came to fix our gas leaks to the stove, furnace, and water heater. The first one never came back, the second company spent an entire day here and it wasn't fixed. Then I called The Service People and Matt came out and fixed everything in a very professional manner. He was very knowledgeable! I will be call them for future plumbing needs.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

They always do a professional job at great rates, responsive and get the job done. Highly recommend them.

Our shower had been dripping for some time. A previous plumber had refused to tackle the job because of the difficulty. Mike from Accurate Plumbing overcame the difficulty. It took some time but the job was finished, and now the shower seems to work better than when it was new. Mike also repaired a toilets that I had asked him to look at. The charge for these jobs was more than reasonable.

Office personal and plumber that showed up were professionaland friendly. I called in the morning and they were out here that day. Because I knew what was wrong(hopefully) I had the right part, it was installed and finished in just over an hour. Great job people!

The crew sent in was very polite and worked well around my needs. They worked fast and clean. I am enjoying our new, safer shower. They worked easily with the VA for payment due to my disability. I highly recommend this business for all of any plumbing needs.
