I woke up this morning to find water in my basement. A friend from work highly recommended this company so I called and to my surprise the owner answered my call at 6am. He insisted he could send a technician ASAP but I was already on my way to work. I was very grateful they were able to work around my schedule and was able to take care of my problem on my lunch break. It's nice to find a local plumbing company that offers same day service. Very Impressed!

Fritz Baumann Plumbers repaired a leaking pipe behind my washing machine and reconfigured piping under tub. Technician Blair was able to troubleshoot the problem areas quickly and solved my plumbing problems. Both plumbers were professional and very knowledgeable. So glad I contacted Fritz Baumann & Sons. We had a wonderful experience working with everyone at Apex Plumbing - from scheduling and arrival notifications and working with the pros themselves. We had a lot of work done: a drain fix, gas line installation, outside spigots fixed. It was all done in one day and their prices were very reasonable. We’d recommend Apex to anyone looking for plumbing services. PS their radio marketing worked - that’s how I found them.

This crew came out and looked over the issues with my plumbing. They quoted me a price that was very reasonable and were in the following week for two days to complete the work. They went above and beyond my expectations with the quality of work that was performed and I would definitely recommend this company (especially Russel and Ridge) for your plumbing needs. Chris was amazing! He was super helpful,very honest, Professional, on time and worked respectfully in my home. He made me feel comfortable and was very friendly and funny. They didn't even come out to the house - the weekend tech trouble-shot with me over the phone so I fixed my own hot water heater. I am so very pleased to find a company that isn't trying to oversell me and upcharge me. Muetzel is my new go-to plumbing, heating and cooling company.

Wouldn’t have thought this job could be completed in one day but he found the leak and had it repaired within a couple of hours. He had to cut the ceiling and repair drain pipes and replace toilet flange. He was very nice and respectful of my home and cleaned up the mess. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a few things. I was so worried about calling the right plumber but I must say I’m happy with the result. Makes me feel good about spending my money with the right people even though it hurt my pockets a little. I need to retract this critical review as Plumbing One did this job correctly. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the issue. They sent out on of their techs who reviewed everything with me today.
I was wrong and apologize for this misguided review.
So, with that would recommend this company to do any work requested.

We recently had a water heater installed by Plumbing one as a contractor through Home Depot. After the installation was completed and they had left I noticed that the line leading from our home humidifier no longer had a water control valve on it. I’ve contacted Home Depot’s service about this with no resolution. I should have known better than to go through HD for this. It is such a hassle when there is an issue with the work that was contracted.However, It is ultimately up to Plumbing One to resolve this as they did not complete the job correctly. Be careful using them.

Had a sewer line issue at 10:40p. Made a call to Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they were at my house in 20 minutes. Saw the problem and alleviated the immediate issue, had a crew back to my house the following morning and solved the problem completely. For the work that they did, the price was good.
