I had called a couple of the larger plumbing companies first and they didn't have anyone they could send out for at least 24 hours. P & D Professionals are locally owned and operated and that makes a big difference - your business really matters to them.

Roto Rooter has saved us twice in the last 2 months. They came out quickly to replace our broken water heater that leaked all over, fixed the way it was set up and got our floor cleaned up quickly and efficiently. Our tank was broken when the new floor was put in and Roto Rooter came out within hours to fix it properly again. So very thankful to finally have a company we can trust to do the job correctly at anytime of the day or night, weekday or weekend.

Good company but some of the techs are inexperienced and lazy. However my experience was improved by awesome customer service and I'll definitely use water works for all our companies plumbing issues

I can’t recommend Apex plumbers enough. I called this morning needing my bathroom drain cleaned as it had standing water and my parents are staying with us for the weekend.Tommy our technician was here within an hour of me calling and the drain was fixed immediately. He was very professional and took the time to show us the issue to prevent further clogs. I am so thankful I called Apex!

I called today for a semi-emergency situation at my home in Upper Arlington. They were able to get someone out within a few hours and give me a very reasonable and comprehensive opinion on a basement sump pump/water situation. They are clearly customer-focused and not sales-focused. And they quoted a full sump pump installation at a reasonable rate. I will definitely be using them in the future based on my experience today. Thank you, Drain Master!

Horrible customer service. Called to get an estimate for a job. Joe Muetzel stopped out to my business and said he'd send me the estimate in a day or two. I've called and left messages. Never heard a thing back. It's been three weeks. If I ran my business like this, it wouldn't last long. Extremely disappointed.

I used Mr Rooter in November to jet a pipe as we were having sewer smells in the house. If it occurred within a year, we could have it done again. They came back last week, incredibly professional and found that we need to change the degree of the pipe that connects to the sewer. This should stop items from being stuck in our sewer line. Great job, very responsive and they're back next week to do the fix.

Matt came out through my home warranty company to fix some water leak issues I had. He was very professional and actually went above and beyond what he was supposed to do to get them fixed. I've seen some bad reviews but people must understand, they can only do the work that's covered through warranty so you must read your warranty fine print. If your not willing to pay the extra of what's not covered then you cant expect them to just work for free for you. Matt fixed all my issues and didnt mind me breathing over his shoulder the whole time. He even went over some of my other plumbing I didnt include in the service report and let me know where I may eventually have issues and what I should change. Top notch if you ask me.

We’ve used Benjamin Franklin plumbing for our hot water tank, shower leak, and replacing a leaking water meter. Always on time and very reasonably priced. Usually same day appointment. Highly recommend.

I tried to use this business. I live in Pickerington about 1 mile outside of Franklin county. We're still very much a part of the greater Columbus area. They wanted to charge an additional $55 to go that one mile into Fairfield County. In these times with prices going up and up I just feel this is an unreasonable charge. I find it hard to support a business that obviously doesn't care about customers. Hopefully some day they will reevaluate coming to Pickerington. There's a lot of homes here and probably a lot of business. I'm glad there's other companies to choose from in the area.

Hiring David to do my Plumbing and gas line was probably the best thing I ever did. He is meticulous. A bit of a perfectionist and I value that part of his work. He is honest, and certainly knows his craft. His communication is stellar. The work he did in my cabin, a new build, was perfection. Fast drains, great water pressure, gas lines secure! You get what you pay for, hire some flybynight cheap guy you get a mess, but David is a professional who provides a truly professional job! No other plumber will ever set foot on my property, David set the bar pretty high!
