The service provided by the company was timely. A tech was sent within 3hr of our call requesting service. The service tech Leo was outstanding. His knowledge and work ethic made sure that the gas leaks were identified and resolved. His efforts made sure we had heat restored to our home in a timely manner. We appreciate all of his hard work. He has a great personality and would be the person for any future work.

They resolved the problem quickly and professionally. It was a reasonable price as well. I would highly recommend this business.

I've relied on The Local Plumber LLC twice now - water heater install and also to mend a leaking pipe - and both times were exceptional. Trevor was responsive and quick to get me on his schedule, his prices are fair and most important - he is honest and looks out for you. When he installed our water heater, he went above and beyond by checking the surrounding area and found an exhaust pipe that had disintegrated and was leaking carbon monoxide. He didn't have to take that extra step, but I am so grateful that he did, for our safety! He explains your options well and doesn't pressure you. And he's just a genuinely kind, sharp and capable guy. He's who we will always call first!

My technician Hayder was friendly, professional, and did a great job on a complicated bathtub faucet leak. Eco Plumbers is on the expensive end of plumbing costs and encourage technicians to upsell premium parts and services, which is not something I’m looking for in repair jobs, so just do your homework to know what’s worth the cost. In scheduling I wasn’t given a time frame whatsoever, so I reached out myself for updates, but once I got my 30min heads up call, my technician was on time or early.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

Brian Merrill was my technician and he was superb! He is extremely knowledgable and installed a new garbage disposal, removed and re-sealed my large kitchen sink and fixed my kitchen faucet quickly and effectively. He is the BEST!!!! I highly recommend him for any plumbing job you may have.

I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.
