Best Pipes Emergency in Columbus OH

These were my go-to plumbers until I had a basement clog in a drain. I was told the work was warranteed for 30 days. It reclogged 3 weeks later but I was told that the warranty would not cover it because it had to have been caused by stuff going down the drain. Isn't that what a drain is for?? They said this without even examining the drain to see what caused the problem! And I had never had problems with this drain before. Beware, this company will use loopholes to avoid honoring their warranties!

Follow-up: the owner contacted me immediately, honored the warranty and his staff did a fabulous job of repairing the drain clog! Thank you!

Josh was very professional but friendly at the same time. Most importantly he was knowledgeable and fixed what two other companies could not. I was frustrated but Josh the plumber at Roto-Rooter came through and fixed it.

Wow, what great experience.When I called I was quickly scheduled for the next morning to accommodate my schedule. I received a confirmation call the morning of to relay the expected time of Dan's arrival. Dan arrived on time . Dan was very attentive in listening to my concerns and went about hius business in an efficient manner, constantly communicating his findings. At the end of it all I felt that I had been well served. I know Waterworks will get my call next time I need anything in their ranges of services.

Recently had a shower leak that went down into our kitchen. Everyone was extremely quick to respond and helpful. They have came everyday to check equipment and working hard to get my floor/ceiling dry. They even got me a first aid kit when I accidentally cut my finger while they were at my house! Second time using this company and definitely will for any other water related issues.

Drainmaster gets 5 stars for their prompt service, attention to detail and knowledge. We own an old home (1950's) with an equally old septic/drainage system. We were having back-up issues in the kitchen sink and toilets. We had two plumbers out who looked at the problem and didn't even put their tools down. They didn't know what to do. Dylan came out and was immediately able to diagnose the problem. When he ran into a snag Charlie, the owner, personally came out to make sure everything was corrected and problem solved. By the way, this was same day service. I'm a Realtor - Drainmaster is going on our highly recommended list to homeowners.

Website says drain opening is $79. They wanted $240 when they got here.

Mark was professional and did a fantastic job on our kitchen sink. It was backed up and he unclogged it in a timely manner. He also kept me in the loop on explaining what he seen. We plan on using him in the near future for other prodjects.

Had Jess from Plumbing One come to my house for a main water valve replacement, significant leak on an outdoor hose spigot and a tub spout that I couldnt remove on my own.

Couldn't be happier with the service and results. Highly recommend Plumbing One and will use them for any future needs I have.

My sump pump needed replaced they came out the next day and were able to install a new the same day they came out. They were in and out within a hour. I will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

After posting my review, the owner of the company reached out to my husband to rectify the situation. He was very apologetic and instantly refunded our money. We appreciate him taking the time to contact us personally and immediately offer solutions.

Will unfortunately never use again! Had a drain back up and they came and unblocked (so we thought) on Friday. I went out of town Sat-Tues & upon returning the blockage was back again. They came out again and went thru the main drain this time and charged us Again! We were charged twice for a job that should have been fixed the first time only 5 days prior!! While blowing out the pipes they backed up a drain in another room. They put down paper towels and never cleaned them up. They just left them on the floor. They left a mess in my basement along with dirty water up and down my stairs. The crew that came out worked hard and were nice, but they should clean up after themselves.

Tech did a great job in my root removal. No issues with him. I thought the service was extremely expensive though. I did not like (without warning me) them sending out a water damage specialist beforehand and trying to sell me on a $5K-$10K job on basically removing wet carpet and pad and removing a small patch of drywall. Kept pushing you would only pay your deductible angle. Just left a bad taste. Then after cleaning the line and getting flow the tech felt maybe the line had a pitch' from settling and he was concerned and thought best to camera the line the next day. I really had no issue with that, it gave me an impression that he was looking out for my best interest. BUT the next day he returned with a water mitigation specialist to camera the line. However: they again ran the snake down the line to the main without issue but could not camera because the line was full of water and nowhere to go because the city line was backed up. They agreed to come back and camera once the city flow caught up. Here's the kicker, they charged me for the camera videoing without even performing the service. So I basically bought a $150 service without it being performed. That didn't set well with me. So in summary, if you can afford an expensive service, constant collateral services being pushed at you in the beginning and the end of the process then go for it. The tech did a good job doing what he said he would do.

Mike was on the job within two hours of my initial phone call and I was 30 minutes away. The repair was completed quickly, neatly and professionally. We had a pleasant conversation while he worked. I highly recommend.

Flush Drains always delivers great service. Very professional, reliable , and reasonably priced. He always gets me scheduled in a timely manner and leaves me a happy customer once he leaves, everytime! I wouldn't spend my money with anyone else. He makes the fact you have to spend the money worth it. Last but not least he's knowledgeable on what he does and always willing to explain everything to you as he goes!

Seage was super knowledgeable and helpful with the plumbing issues I was having. He went through multiple remedies and the quotes for each. I have used Eco Plumbers in the past and have always b super happy with their service. Seage definitely lived up to their level of professionalism and helpfulness.
