G and M have come out to our house twice. Once to replace a water heater and once to fix some corroded faucets for our washer hook-up. On both occasions they were fair and upfront. They worked quickly and efficiently and they are our first call for our plumbing needs. Even better is their honesty. We recently contacted them about some plumbing renovation work and instead of trying to do a quick job, they were honest that they were stretched pretty thin and wouldn't be able to do the work before the fall. I appreciate how straightforward they are and will absolutely work with them again in the future.

Trevor was very polite. He explained all of our problems. He got our drain unplugged and replaced wax ring. However we believe the toilet was still leaking when he left. Phones need to be upgraded to Verizon…. Poor service

Mike was on time for the appointment. We appreciated his very positive attitude in all that he did for us. He had a particularly hard time when removing a stubborn tub drain. During this entire time, he never lost his cool! He is an excellent example of the kind of people we enjoy working for us.

DrainMaster was a gem to find. To start, Charlie was very responsive and clear about the timing and the price I would expect for an emergency call, which by the way, was reasonable for all they did for us. Rick arrived and fixed the problem within an hour. He was professional, respectful and thorough, and we will definitely use DrainMaster in the future for plumbing and drain work.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

Had Mike out today and he did a phenomenal job, exceeded my expectations by a mile! The work looks amazing and best part is that I finally have water pressure again. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing work. Just look at that craftsmanship, I wish I had pictures of how bad it looked before. A1

Plumbing One was able to come out rapidly to diagnose the source of my leak. When I realized that the problem was something that I could fix myself, they only charged me a nominal amount for the service call. Their expertise and clear explanation saved me hundreds of dollars (not to mention equipping me with the knowledge I needed to fix the problem). I would highly recommend them.

I tried to use this business. I live in Pickerington about 1 mile outside of Franklin county. We're still very much a part of the greater Columbus area. They wanted to charge an additional $55 to go that one mile into Fairfield County. In these times with prices going up and up I just feel this is an unreasonable charge. I find it hard to support a business that obviously doesn't care about customers. Hopefully some day they will reevaluate coming to Pickerington. There's a lot of homes here and probably a lot of business. I'm glad there's other companies to choose from in the area.
