Plumbers were great, but issue was not fixed. Had sewage backing up the same day they were out. Called to have them come back, and was going to be charged ANOTHER $600.

This is a small business, but small means to talk directly to the owner when there are questions. Steve spent the time to explain the job, to over things with old plumbing that could go wrong. and how they would charge for the work.
Plumber was Tim—34 years experience, friendly and would answer any questions as the job proceeded. When he got into a little bit of unexpected work, there was no complaints—he just competently worked his way through it.
Job was started as scheduled; I got a call from Baumann at 7:30 am when the City of Columbus was on its way to shut off the water at the curb , and I got a call when their plumber was on his way.
I bid the job with another company, and Baumann was more than competitive.
This company provides great service, and live people answer their phone.
This is a A+ company that deserves its 5 star rating.

I wish I could remember names!! I would ask for these 2 men for future plumbing issues. They were personable, professional, and timely. They replaced an outside hose bib that wouldn’t turn off

My flood pump broke and i found out before it does any flood in my basement, I called this company, they sent two technicians, i told them how urgent it is, they asked me to go and buy new pump and they will replace it for $510 just replacement, it's expensive but I went ahead and bought new one, just to avoidany flood. I called him to comeback and fix it, the dispatch asked to wait, waited more than 5h, he didn't come and nobody showed, I called the company again they asked me to reschedule for the next day and I have to wait until the next day, I told them how urgent it is, how my basement would flood if rain falls, and it's bot right to let me down after waiting all that time, I could've called another company to come in and fix it...etc.
During the night, there was rain fall and my finished basement flooded, carpet damaged, smell...etc. it was nightmare.
I was very happy to find out about the pump before any flooding but because of this very unprofessional company, my basement got clooded anyway. I won't forgive them.
Do yourself a favor and Stay away from these people

Absolutely Amazing Friendly and Professional Service. I had a big name company come out and want to replace the main Sewer line for over $3,500. They said the line was broken and there was no other options. Drain Master came out same day and was able to snake the drain using the same equipment as the other company and remove all the tree roots and the plumbing is working perfectly.

Drain Master saved me over $3000 and were friendly, knowledgeable and on time.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I recommend them highly and they will certainly be my plumber for life.

This review is for a technician named Jeff who works for ARS Columbus. He was totally knowledgeable about the equipment he used to jet my downspout lines from the house to the street. Very pleasant guy and personable. Got my job done on a Saturday afternoon with no fuss. I usually am a DIYer and when I detected this problem I was considering on going to the local big box hardware store to rent a snake. I would then have to figure out how to use it, wonder if it was tearing through my drain lines, and return it back to the rental place 4-6 hours later already tired for the effort. Jeff came to the door and within an hour had the job done. Thanks Jeff! You made my Saturday a much easier day.

I used Mr Rooter to install a new tankless water heater, snake a slow drain and replace 3 outdoor hose bibs. Jason R. was knowledgeable and professional. Their water heater install was comparable in price to other people I know that had a tankless heater installed. The hose bib replacement seemed a little high. However, and this was important to me - they met my scheduling requirements. They were willing to come the same day I called. I will gladly use them again even if some of their services are a little pricier. In the past I've had to wait 3 weeks for local plumbers (if they even call back). That is not an issue with Mr. Rooter. And the workmanship was top notch.

CLB did not show up to the appointment they scheduled. I called the office and left a VM which they never returned. I called another company who was able to disagnose the issue over the phone saving me $75.

Called late at night were here within an hour and did a great job! Thanks for everything!

Josh and Montana replaced 5 toilets in my home in a timely manner. They explained to me the work that had done and the cost of the parts that they had to use…This company has done 3 jobs at my home in the last month and the workers have all been very professional.

Doug was very polite and responsive to voice message. He called me back right away and got me scheduled for the very next morning. Doug was able to fix the toilet. I would highly recommend him. Great price and customer service!
