Best Outdoor Plumbing in Columbus OH

I called these guys to fix the toilet leak at the floor. Plumber tried to fix the leak but it still didn't work but he still charge me $190. I understand he deserves to have his labour paid and all his purchases paid but all out of customer's pocket even when solution didn't work??

I always get fast service when I call The Waterworks Company. The technician is always courteous, and is very efficient and knowledgeable in the service that he is performing for me. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Have used Waterworks for years.

I had a toilet drain clogged up from an accidental flush of a toilet cleaner head. I tried everything I could but it was beyond my reach with the limited tools I had. I called the office and they were very professional. They fit me in their schedule as soon as they could and were able to fix the issue in less than an hour upon arrival.

Very trustworthy business and I highly recommend their services if you ever need them. My biggest thing when selecting a plumber was having a business I can trust and Fritz Baumann & Sons is that business for me!

Justin did a phenomenal job, was very professional and courteous. He had to crawl in the snow to get to the broken pipes and was in that position for well over 40 minutes. He went above and beyond. So grateful for his service. Highly recommend

Totally bogus I will never call that phone number again they wanted to charge me $500 for something I repaired myself in a half hour with $30 worth of parts and I am not a plumber I have never done that kind of stuff before but it was that simple they wanted $430 for labor Flockhart I called Ben Franklin Plumbing they told me they would fix it for $160 so you tell me who you're going to call I will never call Roto-Rooter guaranteed

When my water heater died, I called the plumbing company I've been using for 25 years at 8am on Friday morning. They were not going to be able to come out until at least the following Thursday! At the recommendation of a friend, I called DrainMaster. The gentleman I spoke to was very courteous and professional, and he made a quick call then returned to let me know they could get me in that day. The guys arrived early that afternoon, and I think they were in and out in an hour! Again, they were very courteous and professional, went right to work, and cleaned everything up perfectly. Not a thing was left behind! In addition, they found another leak in the same area and took care of it without charging me an extra dime over what I was quoted. The cost seemed very reasonable and included not only the warranty on the tank, but also a one-year warranty on their labor. I'm so pleased with everything about this experience! DrainMaster has earned a loyal new customer!!

From the time I called to have them come out just for an estimate to install a waterline/shut-off valve for my refrigerator, until the actual job was completed, only took them 3 1/2 hrs., all in the same day, on a Saturday even!! Unlike 2 other plumbing companies that had me scheduled for just an estimate 1-2 weeks out!Vern and Jacob were very courteous, professional and informative as to my options. Also cleared vent stack. Matt is a Godsend. Our previous plumber had retired, and we are grateful to have found Matt at The Service People. He handles the smallest projects to complex ones with the same expertise and care. He provides accurate estimates, arrives on schedule, completes the work in a timely manner and has a well stocked truck. He left no mess upon completion. He is a master plumber capable of any job.

Was having a panic attack thinking it was the roots from a tree in my mainline and I was going to half to have a backhoe come out in my backyard for three grand. Guy came out and told me that 90% of the time this machine takes care of it and to calm down and not panic. He was right and pulled out a lot of roots from my main line and got it totally clear. then he told me what to buy at Home Depot and Lowe's once every month or two to stop the routes from growing in my line. So not only did he keep me calm but he fixed the problem and then told me how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I have a friend from Roto router who I went to high school with who was going to charge me $375 for the Exact same thing that this company did for $205 exactly. It kind of upset me when I found out rotor router gets paid off of commission and that I wasn't getting a deal from them but my so-called friend was making a couple hundred off of me. These guys were complete strangers and did me better than people I have known my whole life. I have an older house and I'm sure problems will reoccur especially with cast iron pipes but I am a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing customer for life or at least as long as they are around nothing short of amazing.

Needed a century old water line replaced in a historic neighborhood. Tight working space in and around buildings and gardens did not make it easy. Robert put me at ease every step of the way, explaining as he went. Along with James they prepped the site for boring crew. Bob and Kyle from Sure Shot are the Mac daddies of boring. They landed within inches of their mark. Robert finished the job and I had water before dinner. They charged a fair price. They were efficient. They were professional. Riley came to finish the job and left the property just as they found it.
If you need a water line replaced these are the guys to call.
