The technician( Patrick) showed up and looked at our problem, another company was trying to charge us over 10K to tear up our basement and “ fix” our problem. Patrick carefully explained to my wife and I what was going on and that we did not have an emergency on our hands. His honesty and integrity saved up a lot of money and stress. We will be lifelong customers.

Rob was able to fix my shower with minimal damage to the tile after a different plumbing company told me my shower would have to be rebuilt in order to fix it. I am pleased with the job he did. He was honest with me and was good about explaining things. I would definitely use Apex Plumbing again.

We experienced a blockage of a kitchen drain, so began to call plumbers for assistance. Most plumbing businesses were giving us a 4-6 day wait list. Roto-Rooter said they would be out the next day, between 10am and 2pm on Saturday. At 11:30, we received a call that the plumber was running behind.

By 5:30pm, we received no further word, so I called their office. I was told we were not forgotten. Nothing the rest of the night.

Sunday morning, I called them at 9:30am to see what was going on. I was passed to several different people before hearing that we were again on the schedule between 10 & 2. At Noon, I received a call that the plumber was again running behind. He showed up at 4pm and got right to work. He was very nice, polite and answered all the questions I had. He even provided tips to avoid drain issues in the future.

Then came the bill, which was $440. Definitely not pleased by the wait time, the lack of communication and a stiff bill. At no time did we argue or raise voices. It was an overall polite experience on the phone.

Our plumber was very nice and have nothing bad to say about him. My disappointment was lack communication, coordination and the dispatching of his services. I’m sure he was only following orders.

Still, not sure I will use them again or even recommend them.

I have been using this company as my #1 plumbing services for a while. As usual, they provide both quality service, and professional customer service! I highly recommend them, and I will keep using their services in the future.

Rep Eric Andrews was prompt, professional, and pleasant as he repaired the faucet leak below our kitchen sink. I would recommend him for any plumbing repairs needed.

This company is not following COVID-19 orders that have been put in place by the governor. Three guys showed up in the same van to fix my water heater. Definitely not social distancing. Then they all come to my door and ask if its ok if they all come in. A little clueless! I said sure, but it was a lot of guys just for a hot water heater. I didn’t want one guy in my house much less three, but I didn’t have any hot water.As far as the actual appointment, I was given an appointment window of 12-2. I received a call wanting to come at 11. I told them I wouldn’t be home until 12 and they said they would call back then. I finally called them at 2:15 and they said they were on the way. Five minutes later the crew of three showed up with no call.I gave them two stars based on the fact they did fix the problem. I thought the service call charge of $150 was high. They gave me two insanely high estimates for parts to repair the problem and another to replace the tank. I will not use this company again.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

Office personal and plumber that showed up were professionaland friendly. I called in the morning and they were out here that day. Because I knew what was wrong(hopefully) I had the right part, it was installed and finished in just over an hour. Great job people!

Hot water tank was leaking so I called Benjamin Franklin requesting someone to come out and fix it. They sent a guy out on Wednesday april 27th and his name was Kelly. You don't want Kelly. I was at work when he came and it was just my mother and grandma home, my mother told him about seeing some water spurting out from the back from a pipe. He paid no attention to her and said we needed a whole new hot water tank, and quoted $1300 for the tank and installation. When I got home I called Mr Rooter to come out and look at it and they found the leak and fixed it right there same day. This company is a joke and trying to take advantage of old people who dont know better.

Everything started off great per usual. Then there were three straight days with no call, no show, call the office and get an excuse as to why the technician couldn’t be out that day. We had a large scope of work which included roughing in plumbing. They placed the shower faucet on the wrong wall which I had to ask to be corrected mid-job. The toilet flange is 9.5” from the wall. If you can find me a toilet that will fit, I’ll consider taking this review down. We eventually got sick of getting the run around and stopped working with them. They became very responsive when it came time to collect payment to which they were asking for the full contracted amount. They did maybe half of the work that was originally agreed upon. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

He's the pro I worked with. Good work! From planning to the actual appointment, the customer experience was excellent from start to finish! I appreciate you explaining the problem with my shower not working properly and I am also grateful for explaining the various repair options. This will save your contact and most likely reuse it. I have worked with two other plumbing companies and they were not as good as this company!

I was having a water issue in my bathroom, they scheduled me promptly and came at the time frame promised. Highly recommend!
