I have owned hundreds of apartments over the years, I have used many plumbing companies with the exception of the WARERWORKS all the plumbing companies either showed up late gave me a written estimate on the price and when the job was finished the original estimate was always more. And most important many times the plumbing companies I have used did not correct the original problem or diagnosed it incorrectly. I have found the WATERWORKS to be ethical honest and dependable.

Can't say enough good things about this team. They were prompt and had fantastic attitudes and great craftsmanship. The longer story - we were in a bind during a basement renovation when our last contractors began work without an approved plan from the city, so they weren't able to pull permits. I found Apex Plumbing on HomeAdvisor and they were quick to come help us out after we had a new plan approved. They consistently made sure I was happy every step of the process. Here's some photos of the plumbing rough-in and the concrete cover-up (they even added a new floor drain to get it out of the way of the hallway we're building in the finished basement). Passed inspection on the first try. Nice job!

These guys are honest, reasonable, trustworthy and do excellent work! They replaced a bellied sewer line under my garage.

I had a terrible backup in my sewer main line, and the response time and effectiveness of this company blew me away. They kept me up to date on what time they were arriving and everything went great. I can't speek highly enough about my experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Columbus! I caused an issue with a bathroom drain while remodeling and it was an emergency situation on a Sunday evening. I called three other local companies and not a single one answered the phone. I found Mr. Rooter on line, gave them a call, and an actual person answered the phone. The said they would have a technician there within an hour and sent me a photo of the person who would be arriving. The technician actually showed up early and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue and did so without extra fees for afterhours service. Keenan and Corey were both great and did an amazing job.

Great service all around, Tom and JD went beyond the call of duty to help with servicing my parent's leaking sink. I would trust and will use this crew again!

Water heater wasn't working. They were at my house within 2 hours when majority of other plumbers had a waiting list of 6 weeks on average. Very friendly, and fixed my water heater within an hour. Definitely recommend

Great communication, and calls if there are questions or things that haven't been discussed vs. doing what's easiest. Takes pride in his work, which is hard to find in this field.
