We would never use these people again! A simple job of changing the water filters and a sink cartridge became an ordeal. BUT the real creepy thing is that they wanted my credit card number, before the job was finished--this is a real heads up. More than a week of leaking faucet they call and say the part is in, and yes want my credit card number before they come out... sent them a check for the half done work and cut my losses.

Brian arrived on time. He followed cleanliness procedure before entering my home. Went over what I needed done. He took pictures before giving me an estimate. He gave me options to complete the job.What I liked is the two things that I needed were listed separately.After giving Brian the go ahead, he went over the scope of the job, again.I then signed the contract and submitted the funds.It was easy to talk with Brian. I felt like I was with an old friend.The area he was working at was clean and ready for me to install the Toilet.If I ever needed plumbing work again, I will request Brian.My only issue was the cost of the job.

Easy to navigate website. Called them up and they were able to give me a quote over the phone for a hot water heater replacement. Great information overall!

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

I was having difficulty scheduling a day with any plumber to come look at a leaky toilet (nonemergency) until I called Accurate Plumbing. I appreciated Mike finding a time on the busy schedule to send someone out for a relatively minor issue and John for the excellent work and feedback while he fixed the issue at my house. I'm really quite thankful for both the quality work and customer service Accurate Plumbing provided when I wasn't getting it elsewhere.

I would highly recommend Carpenter heating and cooling. For this main reason!! I had a competitor come out and wanted to charge me $1600 or $1000 (if I got on their service plan to fix my air conditioning unit). I then called Carpenter heating and cooling and they fix my problem for $198. ** It wasn’t even the same actual issue. CHC did say that I do have an older motor that could be replaced for $415. But I should wait until it goes out. The competitor wanted me to replace the fan only for the $1600.00. Enough said!

I was in need of a new hot water heater, because my old one died with water all over the basement. I looked up Angie’s list and got about 6 calls from different companies. Some wanted $80 just to come out. I think if a company wants your business there is no need to charge them even if you do not choose their company and Please, do not go into their homes and start saying THIS ARE THAT NEED TO BE UP TO CODE. We as home owners don’t know, are care at that time about codes. A BIG THANKS YOU to WATER HEATER NOW! SHOUT OUT ,THANK YOU goes to John who talked to me over the phone and had me take pictures of the damage and message them to him, and another Big THANKS YOU goes to Paul who installed my water heater. Paul came in and put on plastic shoe cover, laid down floor covers from the door all the way down the stairs and into the furnace room. Paul also cleanup behind himself. Paul also left a little surprise which was hiding behind my curtains. It was a thermal coffee cup! THANK YOU SO MUCH, WATER HEATER NOW!! Count on me. I will be passing you name wherever I go!!
