Best New Water Heaters in Columbus OH

Hot water tank went bad and needed it replaced ASAP. Called The Waterworks on a personal family recommendation and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Got a hold of someone right away who got me scheduled for the following day at noon. Got a call around 11am the following day from dispatch stating that the tech could come earlier then noon - awesome! Tech was professional and worked quickly and took time to even explain what happened and why. Got a new tank installed quickly and made it a point to clean up which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend if you are looking for dependable quality service at a fair price!

Tom removed our old hot water heater and found leaky pipes. He replaced the pipes and installed the water heater with a pan because our basement is finished. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would call Fritz Baumann Plumbing again!

Our shower had been dripping for some time. A previous plumber had refused to tackle the job because of the difficulty. Mike from Accurate Plumbing overcame the difficulty. It took some time but the job was finished, and now the shower seems to work better than when it was new. Mike also repaired a toilets that I had asked him to look at. The charge for these jobs was more than reasonable.

Called Drew and in an instant had his tech call me ( Mick ). Both guys were excellent to talk with and very responsive. I highly recommend reaching out to them for any of your plumbing needs. Thanks Guys!!!!!

The last review from a William Reed is a ignorant as they come. He is giving a review of a business based on his opinion of a driver. He isn't even from the Columbus, Ohio area, nor did he ever use Plumbing Solutions for the service they even provide. If he had a legitimate concern about the way a employee was operating a company vehicle he would have first and foremost called the company and spoke with someone, especially if there was a safety issue. Second if it was that serious of a issue, he should have responded to the business that responded to his comment. However, he choose to ignore them. William is nothing more than a troll, look atbhis profile and all his other reviews. He is just looking for attention.

The plumber that I contacted to help me with a broken pipe was dismissive of my concerns and basically told me “No”, then left my house without surveying the area and seeing what I needed help with. 0 stars.

I left an online inquiry the night my water heater went out. They responded first thing the next morning and were out the next day. Installation was quick and prices were slightly better than a competitor I shopped with. The guys who came out were friendly and kept the floor clean which is a plus for me. Will definitely be using them again (hopefully no time soon lol).

As you can see the service isn’t good. Any there drivers are allowed to have road rage and hit your vehicle and then play crazy like you hit them. Be careful of how you spend your money and business you support in your community

I live in Westerville and selected World Class Services when my hot water heater went out because they are proximate to my home. I was pleased to learn they also live up to the high standard set by their name. My outage occurred on my Sunday. I tried to fix it myself all day Sunday. I gave up and, found them on the Bradford White website and called them Sunday night. To my surprise, a live-person answered the phone and scheduled my appointment for 10 am Monday morning. Shane Fahner, my technician, arrived on time and took the time to diagnose my situation and explain my options. I decided to go with the tankless system. Shane scheduled the job for the next morning. The installation was extremely professional, my wife and 3 kids love the new limitless supply of hot water. I was impressed with quality of workmanship in the installation and the space freed up by getting the 50 gallon tank out of the middle of my basement. Based on my personal experience I strongly recommend Shane Fahner and World Class Service for your Plumbing, HVAC or electrical jobs. They are a company and technician that I have found to be competent, fair, and trustworthy. We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

BH&C does an excellent job. We've used them since we moved into our new condo 14 years ago. I've recommended them to a number of our friends and neighbors.

These guys failed to get the correct permitting and inspection on a hot water heater they installed....were more than happy to sell us a service plan and offer a free 12-month cleaning on the water heater, but it's crickets...zero response...the phone number appears to not work and they have not responded to any of the half dozen requests made online. So, we have a gas tankless that has not passed inspection...despite repeated attempts to reach this company we have had zero response. Our next calls will be to the consumer protection bureau of the Attorney General. To make matters worse, the condensate drain basically fell apart and water drips directly onto the floor. This is really suspect behavior from a reputable company.

We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!
