Best New Sump Pump Installation in Columbus OH

This company is amazing at what they do! I will never use another plumbing company. They came after hours from home whenever we needed them to for our kitchen leak. I would 110% recommend to anyone!!

After a frustrating time watching YouTube videos one night, I gave up and found them online. I filled out a form at 1am and got a call back around 8am. They were out at my place in a few hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. Had it repaired in. I time flat! Fair price to fix a nagging problem.

Installed a new gas line to convert existing wood burning fireplace to gas. Very knowledgeable and had zero reservations with the quality of their work. Highly recommend.

Tried to schedule online, was given a 6 hr window. Took 2 texts, 2 calls & all day to get it changed. Got a call saying plumber was 40 mins out, 1 1/2 hrs later he arrived. Very pleasant but quoted $400 to snake kitchen drain. Advertised price to clear main drain $83. Decided to go elsewhere for better price. I asked for estimated cost but was told I had to schedule appt. If I would have known it would be so much I could have saved 2 days time.

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

These guys were great. Plumber just left, got a new garbage disposal installed for a great price. 300 below some places. Plus, they were able to get in 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Would highly recommend.

We had a new clothes washer installed because the old one had stopped working properly. We had a week's worth of dirty laundry, too since it took several days from ordering to delivery. When the installers hooked everything up, suddenly the faucets leaked when they had not before. I called MB Plumbing since they had installed a toilet for me a year ago and did so with great service. This time, they not only responded quickly, but also they had the same guy, Joe, come out the next moring and he he fixed things up within minutes. Love these guys. I would highly recommend.

Around the end of Dec. I contacted Cantrell for a diagnostic after noticing water on the floor where the hot water heater is located (they did the replacement I recalled the diagnostic trip charge was about $80).The tech stated he was in the immediate vicinity.Upon his arrival the first thing that struck me as unprofessional was that he glanced at my shoes on the landing,my bare feet, and continued up the white stairs and across my hard wood floors in his muddy boots.He turned off the main water, placed his finger in the drip pan and stated it couldn't be the water heater because the water in the pan was cold. He asked me to plug the kitchen sink, fill it with water, and then unplug. We were about 5 feet from each other and when I unplugged the sink I noticed the water begin to rise in a tube in the laundry room.He suggested I remove the water from the drip pan with a towel and bucket.I placed a liner in the trash and he removed the liner stating in a sarcastic tone doesn't it make sense? (to remove the liner). He wrapped up by stating it would cost $140 to snake (plus the trip charge fee), to call in the am, and left, all within 15 minutes tops.I resolved with drano.On 1/18 I received an invoice for $265.At 4:43pm I called the office and spoke with an Eleanor who stated that can't be right....we charge $70 for the trip charge and $68/hr for services. She said the trip charge could sometimes double on weekends..understandable but still didn't add up($140, $208 tops).She asked for the initials on the description, I told her TR, she responded oh, the owner I will have to call you back on Monday. No return call but I received a duplicate bill with $265 highlighted in bold.I contacted several plumbers and their response was a $265 15 min diagnostic trip charge was far from standard, even excessive. Inconsistent pay practices? Beware

Building a new home and did an excellent job very professional and great work. Is one of the trades on the job I would recommend.

This is a great company . They are kind, knowledgeable, caring, hard working, and they don't charge outlandish prices. They were all wonderful and helpful when my sister had to have her outside service line replaced.. I highly recommend them.

Don't count on these guys to show up when you're scheduled for. They never showed up for my first appointment even after double checking with them on the same day. Not a good way to treat a new customer. I can't spend a good chunk of my day waiting around for you to show up! I even took off work to be at home for it. Extremely frustrating!

Called Eco Plumbers last night just after 8:00, was put on a wait list. They called back in less than a half hour to do the job. Zane, who installed a new sump pump with battery backup, quickly diagnosed the problem as an old dead pump and replaced with a new one.
I was given three options without pressure to choose the most costly one. He explained each choice and when I chose the pump I wanted, he got right to work. After the installation, he showed me everything and explained how the battery backup works. He was professional, friendly and very responsive to my questions. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Would recommend him

The response to the home warranty service request was quick . This was the second contractor to respond to the problem. The first contractor came out twice and could not find the problem and was not willing to clear the stoppage from the drain. SewerQuest technician diagnosed the problem and resolved it. immediately.
