These guys are fantastic!! They get me scheduled quickly, are professional and polite, and their pricing is awesome compared to other places I’ve checked. They are knowledgeable, honest and don’t try to repair things that don’t need it just to make a buck! Which my bank account appreciates lol. Dave came out very quickly with short notice. He knew exactly what he needed to do to fix a leaky shut off valve under the sink for the dishwasher. Brian from Roto Rooter was very professional and provided me all options that would work in the best of my interest. He thoroughly guided me through on what could be going on in my downspout drainage while cleaning. Although, there wasn’t much of a blockage but he was able to diagnose that there is water retention due to belly formation in drainage. Brian was very courteous and very informative. I have hired this company twice through IGS Insurance.
They are very fast and reliable. The plumber was very good at fixing things. The service is really good.
The price not through the insurance company is a bit expensive, but compared to The Eco Plumbers, the hydro jet drain cleaning fee was 1/4 cheaper than Eco Plumbers.
I hired on May 17th for main sewer Drain cleaning from The Eco Plumbers, the problem was not solved and only money was wasted.
On May 18th DrainMaster came and solved the problem. Since then, no problems have occurred to this day.
The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because a plumber, who came out on October 14th, not only spoke unkindly and bluntly, but also did not listen to explanations and made an incorrect diagnosis in the first place.
I met 4 plumbers from this company, all 3 were friendly and professional.

The workers who came answered my questions and explained what they thought the problem was and what hopefully will resolve the issue. Time will tell I guess. However the timely of response was less than adequate. The first was unable to actually handle what he thought the issue was. A second person was to come the next day and it was delayed another day because the job he was only was going to take much longer. That happens. then when someone showed up the following day it was another person to evaluate the problem but not someone who actually resolved the problem. Quoted me a price for the fix and then had to wait for actual tech to repair. Was scheduled for 2 to 4 the same day. Received a call at 3:30 job taking longer someone would be there from 4 to 6. No call until 6:40 and then was only on the way so I said no I sat around for 6 hours waiting for this and had a prior appointment for the evening. Received another call and scheduled again for next day between 8 and 10. Finally a tech showed up who could actually do the work ran a snake down to clear out the drain and hopefully this resolved the problem. I feel I should get a discount on the price of this job for the failure to show up multiple times and twice with no call I called them. They seriously need to work on their customer service skills cause they are horrible

The business I work for had a main valve block, and not only did Muetzel come out at night, they came back out in the morning to finish. Very nice to work with. We will be using them again.

Called Mr Rooter after my sewer main was backing up. They were out within an hour. Torrey was professional as could be. He was prompt and explained everything perfectly. Got my line cleared in no time.

Great customer service!!! Fast and efficient!!! My business had backed up drains at 11pm. I called plumbing one they were out in about 20min did a quik assessment of the problem wasted no time got the problem fixed and saved me from closing down that evening!!

I had a HVAC contractor quote an entire replacement of both the air handler and heat pump condensing unit. When I asked Carpenter H&C for an estimate, they suggested that the air handler didn't need to be replaced since it was less than 3 years old and was rated for R-410a. I went with Carpenter's quote which was about 45% lower than the first quote I received which seemed an overkill of a job, and now I have a functioning heat pump. They seem to live up to their address (Integrity Drive). Great service and I'll consider them in the future again for sure.
