Tommy was great. He immediately recognized the problem and identified a solution. He went to work and had everything fixed quickly. We even had him do a second job on a leaky valve, just because of his expertise. RR is exorbitantly expensive, but water is unforgiving. You get what you pay for with plumbing.

The tech arrived quickly and he was masked and gloved. He was able to tell us that both furnace and hot water heater were fine despite the basement flooding. He showed us how to light both after they were dried out. And he left not charging us anything!!

The team they sent were very polite and quick in inspecting and repairing my heat.

I am writing to give Tina & Eric a rave review! They were thorough, tidy and friendly. I have had my sewer line cleared many times, but they were the best by far. They used their hydro jet and camera to make sure our line was clear from the house to the main sewer line. Thank you so much for coming out so quickly and for doing such a great job. And, for wearing masks.

I have never used this company's services, yet they persist in harassing me on the phone, calling me 2-3 times a day, despite my repeated requests for them to stop calling and the fact that I am on the National Do Not Call registry. This is probably the corporate office of this company, but that office's email feedback form does not work.I have contacted the National Do Not Call Registry several times on this matter and am ready to take legal action to stop the harassment. So hopefully someone from this company will see this post.I would NEVER do business with ARS Rescue Rooter simply based on this. I believe they purchased my phone number from some list somewhere (because I did use a similar company). But still, they are like a dog with a bone and won't leave you alone!!!

Water Heater was found with a significant leak about 10:00 PM the night before Memorial Day. Called on Memorial Day and technician arrived within the hour and replaced the heater in less than 3 hours.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

My water heater stopped working, the plumber knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part and came over quickly to install the new part on my water heater. The price was affordable, the service exceptional and the plumber was nice. I am thankful.

Glad I called Carpenter Heating. Ashton and Nick installed the Bryant furnace in 4 hours. They did a great job getting the old unit out of the attic and installing the new one. They made it look easy, I know it was harder than it looked. They did a great job of explaining throughout the process. Everything was squeaky clean when they were done.
