Best Main Line Repair in Columbus OH

I called these guys to fix the toilet leak at the floor. Plumber tried to fix the leak but it still didn't work but he still charge me $190. I understand he deserves to have his labour paid and all his purchases paid but all out of customer's pocket even when solution didn't work??

Technician was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciated how he explained the problem and his recommendation for repair. Leak was fixed quickly and tech was great!

They came out on a Sunday evening to replace a shutoff valve that would not close completely to stop water from running out of the broken dishwasher feed.

I called other businesses and this was the first who would come out same day.

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable... He took the time to find the problem and fix it...

Devin was courteous, clean and professional! He arrived on time, explained the things that could be the culprit and explained my options. He was never pushy and provided a quote before the work started. The work was done quickly with no mess left behind and all my questions were answered. Devin also explained that Rescue Rooter does more than plumbing through thier other branches so I will be using the company for all my household reapirs in the future.

I called saying that water had poured down through my ceiling when shower was being used, and was with out use of my bathroom. Person answering the phone seemed disinterested in my issue, and somewhat annoyed that I even called. She said that it would be a week until they could fit me in, unless I paid after hour rates. Guess I will be moving on to the next number on my list.

I would like to thank Will H. and Joe M. as they repaired my main sewer line in my home. Without them asking questions on what I was experiencing, all my problems may have not been addressed. While they addressed the main concern with tree roots at the transition line, what I did not realize there were two other problems which were discovered by Will and Joe. The main water valve in the house was leaking and the main house drain had a hole about 12 inches long and six inches wide. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to any questions I may have had. I would strongly recommend either of these men.

Called this company to replace a garbage disposal after a plumber from another plumbing company with the initials RR gave me an estimate of $500.00 to replace the garbage disposal although I provided the replacement unit. Tommy and JD came to the house and after a few minutes Tommy got the garbage disposal working again. Returned the unit that I had already purchased. A week later Tommy and JD returned to the house to replace the kitchen faucet and fix a leaking shower head. They were professional, worked quickly and Tommy even cleaned up the mess under the sink from a badly corroded faucet. I highly recommend Plumbing One and will use them again whenever a need arises.
