Best Main Line Repair/Replacement in Columbus OH

We had several people out who were unable to fix it, but Nathan was able to figure it out. It makes such a difference when a service provider is a problem solver. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating is that Rotorooter took several days to get someone to come out.

This was wonderful. Basement was Slightly wet from old pump not working. Very professional and quick.

James was awesome. He was so polite and very professional. I had a kitchen sink issue. He fixed it immediately. I then asked if he would install a new disposal. He installed a new disposal in record time. I would recommend Apex for everything.

This is my first time with Roto-Rooter. John Gleason came in to diagnose and fix the kitchen drain. Excellent service, very professional, and left the place nice and clean. I will most definitely call Roto-Rooter if ever needed again!

We didn’t end up using them because we had an immediate situation and another company could guarantee coming today but they followed up on a missed call which is greatly appreciated!

This is the second time we used them and they are awesome. I called on a Saturday night around 1030 PM and was surprised to hear someone answer the phone. They were able to arrange for someone to come out the following morning arriving at around 900 AM. They were quick to establish the problem and fix it very quickly at a reasonable price! On a Sunday morning! They will always be our go to anytime we have plumbing issues!

I cannot believe I am writing this but when you get great service above what you expect you just have to let people know. The completed work was excellent and the customer service from Adam Cocroft was fantastic! I was very thankful to have him to complete the work and I could tell he cared about doing the work right as if it were his home. Thank you Mr. Rooter for employing high quality character and skilled service technicians such as Adam! I am a first time customer and it is people like him that really make the Mr. Rooter brand shine. I have used a competitor in the past and really was not happy with the work done and including most recently an independent contractor which was even worse so I saw the commercial and I felt the President was sincere and passionate about the company so I gave you a try and I am so glad I did. They cleaned out a deep clog in my main sink drain line. Was super impressed with the two men who helped me. They are on my goto list now for any other future plumbing needs.

Charged us $185 to snake a bathroom sink drain.
Mike broke the flange on the sink.

Took no responsibility.

Follow up (different guy), said there was NO WAY that snake could have broken the flange.

Would have cost them about $20 and 10 minutes to replace it.

Deny, deny, deny.

EDIT: They came back and handed the $185 check back. We still have a broken drain assembly.

We had several plumbing issues and Hesson Plumbing spent a lot of time going through our house to identify the cause of the problems and explaining how the issues could be resolved. Five stars!!!!!

G-Tech Plumbing has been an amazing experience to work with. I had just purchased a home, and needed multiple things updated and replaced. I had called to set up an appointment, and my technician Grant was here within a few hours of me calling! Great service. The technicians were fantastic. Easy to schedule a tune up and get my furnace ready for Winter. They were on time, friendly, and provided an overview of what they did. Great pricing on top of it all. I will be reaching out in the future for any additional HVAC needs.

My company built a multi family building which presented a leak which no other company was able to find. American leak detection came in and located the leak in a very strategic fashion without any damage to the structure. It was captivating to watch them work. It was very methodical and they explained why they were doing what they were doing every step of the way. I just wish we had called them earlier before we cut drywall and removed flooring to try to find the leak our self. I would absolutely call them first in the future. I had a lot of work to be done. Ted arrived in the morning for some of the work and did a good job. Later in the day Dave (tech2416) showed up for the big job. Both gave quotes after a quick inspection. Dave did his best to stay close to quote. Dave had to remove dishwasher and cut into the wall behind to repair a leaking waste stack. It was a tight spot and lucky behind the dishwasher and not the cabinet. He was great in telling me info maintaining my plumbing and informed me that my dishwasher (which is old) was very tight to get out. I would need to do detailed measurements for the new one. I am very happy of the service provided and the timely manner they were able to get out here and Finnish. I would say to negative is the price. The first plumber had to remove and reset a toilet. The cost was a bit of a shock.

Alex replaced our water heater through our home warranty and was very courteous in our home. He helped me put down a carpet protector on my floors to make sure they didn’t get damaged. Linda was very helpful in getting the process started so we could get our water heater fixed as quickly as possible.

Considered sewage backup in my rental property not an emergency and did not want to come out at 7 o' clock at night. Last time using these guys.
