The tech arrived as planned and was very professional and told me just what he would do. He completed the job promptly and made sure that everything worked fine. There was no mess and he was even careful not to roll the machine on my lawn. It cost more than I expected but I haven’t had this done before so maybe I was naive. Very happy with the service and I will recommend them to all!

The technician were on time and pleasant. They covered with me how they would replace current water heater. During installation an issue came up with the venting. They explained to me options and they ended up correctly the issue. Overall very please with the service from Fritz Baumann & Sons

First let me apologize for my late review. I can't remember my 2 technicians names, but they both were awesome, professional, honest, upfront, and very nice. I had no idea how big a job it was going to be, but worked together like hand and glove and knocked it out in the time frame they said it would take...even after running into multiple issues. Yesterday's visit was for my annual furnace inspection. The technician, Jacob Clark, did the inspection thoroughly and efficiently, and gave me a report on his findings as the Atlas staff always does. I've been using Atlas Butler for all my HVAC and plumbing needs for several years, and plan to continue.

I had 2 leaks, 2 Bidets and one refrigerator water line to be hooked up. Vic and team did all the work quickly, wearing booties on their shoes and masks on their face the entire time. They are clean, professional, and thorough in their work. Will use again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!
