I looked around for vent/duct cleaning service and found they had a great reputation. Our technician was timely, courteous and communicated effectively with us. We have large dogs that we had to maneuver around the house as he worked so that was important. They sent us before and after photos which made me relieved I spent the money to have it done properly. Great customer service from our tech Mike G.

Andy was very professional. He explained everything he was checking on our heating system and why. Andy recommended an air purifier for our Heating/air conditioning system. Since we have breathing issues I took his advice. I’m very excited to have less dust particles and cleaner air to breathe in our older home. Andy was very respectful, friendly and on time. He is a great asset to the Atlas Butler company. Thank you so much.

Zach was one of the best technicians I've ever worked with. He was respectful, kind, answered my questions clearly, and even talked with my my cats! When he finished installing the new hot water tank, he explained the controls and how to drain the tank annually.Throughout the hours he was here, he worked efficiently. He replaced the closet door that needed to be removed and cleaned up after himself. I'm grateful for his skilled expertise.

They are taking advantage of senior citizens for a 45 minute job replacing two parts that can be bought the exact Parts at Home Depot for $80 they charge $631 this really taking advantage of Senior Citizens I could have had the whole faucet replaced for half that price I think somebody needs to report them to the Consumer Affairs of the state of Ohio if they've had this issue I know I am. Any other taking advantage stories?

Christmas weekend, coldest temps in recent memory, and our furnace stops working... Gave Atlas a call, and they got us back up and running! From Josh who answered the phone when I called, to the technician Will who did the job for us, everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Will was very thorough in explaining the issue we were having, and our options for addressing it. I never felt pressured to replace our furnace rather than repair it, and I felt confident in coming to the decision I did because Will was so willing and able to answer all of my what if? questions. By far Atlas Butler is way ahead of other local companies. The were very responsive, on time and educated. They were well prepared when others advertise 24/7 Atlas truly is. I dealt with 4 individuals and each were phenomenal. Highly recommended! The installation was awesome!

Great customer service. Honest and accurate. Second time I’ve used atlas butler and although they are over priced for repair work their maintenance people are honest and helpful. I feel respected and not belittled by them when they discuss repairs and quotes. The 89 dollar visit is worth the cost because of their expertise and honesty.

Have used Atlas Butler for years and recently just had a detached garage build and used Atlas for adding Gas & Plumbing. They gave me a good price and were on site quickly. Mica and the team (Mark Tyler, Andre, Nick and James) were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Had my first experience with Atlas Butler and could not have asked for it to have gone any better. Service tech came to my house on Monday, noticed that my 20 year old furnace has many holes in the heat exchanger and carbon monoxide can be emitted at any point. Within hours, Mark the sales guy came over and talked through options and costs. After negotiations back and forth, received a very good deal and decided to move forward at 6pm at night. 14 hours later Atlas Butler was at my house installing a new furnace and AC unit. Timothy the installer was an unbelievable installer. He explained the unit to me very clearly. He ran pipes and tubes neatly like it was his own home. Cleaned up after himself and left the place exactly how he found it.Thank you Timothy, Mark and the entire Atlas Butler staff!

Technician, James Williams came to do a plumbing inspection and repair/replaced copper pipe that was leaking. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful and has a terrific demeanor. We would love to have him come for all of our service calls! We also use Atlas Butler for HVAC and they performed an annual AC check last week. We are really happy to be a club member and we think that it’s a great value.

Technician, Nick, was very knowledgeable and ready to share information with us so we could understand how the system works. He found something the previous company installed incorrectly. Once our repair was complete, he made sure we had all our questions answered before leaving. We will definitely use Atlas again.

I called for a clogged drain in my kitchen which was backing up our dishwasher and sink. I was told they would have a technician out between 2p-4p.Chris arrived right on time at 2p and we received text notifications ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Chris was extremely friendly and was able to diagnose the issue and the measures he needed to fix it right away. Our issues was fixed in roughly an hour which I believe was extremely quick. I felt our service was above and beyond and I strongly recommend giving them your business.

Atlas was on time and fixed my heating issue. I typically use another vendor; however, they were not responsive to my heating needs. When I called Atlas, I was provided a guaranteed time commitment and they met their commitment. The price was affordable, as well. I would also like to thank the Service Technician, Hunter Hardy, for being so professional and knowledgeable. I will never go back to the vendor that I previously used. I will be using Atlas from now on!!!

My heat went out on New Year's Eve. Atlas Butler was very responsive to coming that day within an hour. Unfortunately they couldn't fix the blown circuit board that day because it was a specialty part needing ordered. They showed up on Monday and had to repair within 30 minutes. The repairman was very friendly, courteous, and skilled at what he was doing. I am very pleased with the entire process.

We had a water leak in our hot water tank which was 18yrs old. We had new ones installed in less than 24hrs! Reliable, informative, trustworthy and professional are just a few ways to describe our experience. I have already recommended them to a friend!

Brian did a great job helping us get our new AC. He was responsive and very helpful through the entire process. Phillip did a great job installing the new AC. He played great music and had everything done in a timely manner. Nate did a great job when he came out to do a diagnostic as well. He spent time explaining the issues and was very thorough.

I've called this company for multiple issues I have had at my home. First one was my HVAC system and just recently my hot water tank. Long story short the hot water tank needed replaced and they were able to have a new one installed the next morning. Quick and professional. They took the time to do the job correctly the first time, cleaned up after themselves, and all interactions with them have been respectful. I appreciate this company.

My technician, Michael, was very knowledgeable, and thoroughly answered all of my questions so that I could make the best decision regarding the repair or replacement of my water heater. I also appreciate his friendly personality and respectfulness while he was in my home. In the evening on the day Christmas was being observed (Mon Dec 26) we noticed our heat wasn’t working. I tried the company with we had had a maintenance agreement and couldn’t reach them. I then called Atlas Butler got right through and set an appointment for that evening. They explained pricing, technician Connor arrived early was super professional explained the repair and was done in 30 minutes. I was very happy to have heat back on quickly and thankfully for around $200.

I am extremely grateful to Atlas Butler. On 12/21/22, I was in the airport in OKC about to head back to Columbus and got a call from my wife that the system wasn't working - no heat, no nothing. I had already dealt with my home warranty company about a furnace leak to no avail and I believe that led to the final breakdown. So, I refused to call them again and pay the service fee. Based on ads that I have seen, I immediately called Atlas Butler and purchased the club membership. A service person was sent to my house while I was in the air on the way back to Columbus. By the time I got home at 8 pm, we had paid for the new HVAC system and were scheduled for installation on the next morning, 12/22/22 at 8 am. Sam and his partner arrived at 8 am and finished at 6 pm. They worked through lunch. Everything was professionally done and they carefully explained the new system and and smart thermostat to me. They were awesome. It was all done right before the arctic weather came in early this morning. Looking forward to a lifetime relationship with Atlas Butler.

Had a broken water shut off valve so had Atlas Butler come out (Alex) was just great. Fixed the valve and had to wait on city to inspect. He even fixed my toilet. I would recommend 100%! I even signed up for comfort club since I will use them again!

Less than 24 hours from the time I discovered my water heater had died to the time a new one was installed. The technicians were professional, timely and thorough. I really appreciate the quick turn around on getting a new tank. Thanks!

Atlas Butler Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater after our previous tankless of 12 years had deteriorated to a point where it could not be trusted. The tech providing the estimate, and the installers were great. Very professional and meticulous. I highly recommend.

Atlas Butler came to my 95 year old mother’s home to repair her heat. Matthew Adesso was professional and very nice. He had mom’s heat up and running in no time. From the moment I made the call until Matthew left my mom’s home I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with. They arrived in a timely manner, Matthew phoned to report he was on his way and the follow up was also good. I have used Atlas Butler before and will again.

I was estimated a time much later in the evening but was pleasantly surprised to have someone come out 7 hours earlier than expected, even with the high demand. My technician was very thorough and did a wonderful job explaining everything!

Donnie Branham came out on time to complete a severe drain unclogging. He immediately noticed an issue with a pipe that I had not seen and quickly diagnosed the issue. In addition to promptly repairing the unforeseen issue, Donnie cleared a clog 25-feet deep into the lines. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Atlas was great. Came on time, flushed my tankless water heater. The sales guy quoted the tech a different price, but the on-site tech handled it well and honored my originally understood price. I’d use them again for future maintenance.

Donnie was able to diagnose and fix a plumbing issue that 2 other plumbers told us didn’t exist. He showed up on time, was organized, clean and respectful of our home. He even interacted with our curious 2 year old
who was eager to help. Can’t recommend him enough.

Our furnace stopped working and within 24 hours we have a new furnace. It was a seamless process and everyone we encountered were knowledgeable and kind. I always have the best experience with Atlas Butler.

We have used Atlas Butler for several years and they are prompt and knowledgeable. Really like the Comfort Club as it covers both fall and spring tune ups. Have replaced both of our mechanicals, furnace and air conditioner and the equipment and are happy with the way the perform.

This was related to a plumbing service request. On Monday 12/26 I scheduled service for Wednesday 12/28 from 12-2pm. When they didn’t arrive or communicate I called and there was no record of a service being scheduled. They sent out two technicians a few hours later. They determined that the problem was related to our appliance and it was not something they could address. However, there was still water running to the appliance, through our kitchen floor and into the basement when they left. The technician took a video recording and emailed it to me to show the appliance repair. They charged us for the service call and diagnosis but despite my explanation that we had turned off the water and the leak was still occurring, they did not assist with stopping the water from going to the dishwasher. So ultimately, we spent $173 to then spend the evening ourselves trying to get water to stop going to the appliance. It seems unprofessional to determine the problem, have water still pouring through the floor to the lower level of our house when they left, and make no attempt to stop that water stating that it was only an appliance issue.

Noah and his crew were very professional, friendly and efficient. I appreciated all of their hard work. My old AC had to be removed and a new one installed. My home sure feels good to be cool again. Thanks for everything!

We had our air duct and vents cleaned by Fred South with Atlas Butler on 3/11/2023. Let me start by saying how professional & customer friendly Fred was at the start of the service. Our air ducts and vents were in bad shape, and Fred did an exceptional job of cleaning our vents and air ducts of the debris and dust that we immediately notice the air quality that very same day. His work was fast and efficient the cleaning was completed within an hour. Everything from start to finish was great!!!! Zack analyzed our exterior drainage problems and was polite and very professional.He made several suggestions and his final price was fair. Then Andrew came today and he was also polite, professional and efficient. He answered all my questions and completed each repair very thoroughly. Now I am waiting to have my exterior lines jetted. My experience plumbing, heating and air condition has always exceeded my expectations.

Atlas Butler provided great and informative service for fixing a pin hole leak on a pipe. Having the service plan is a huge savings with free service calls to understand the actual issue. I felt very well attended to by staff professionals that came to my home. My particular needs were water heater maintenance and restroom sink fixture faucet replacement. The service needs were attended to in two separate times in one day. One of the services was contractual maintenance and the other was a need upon request in the same day as requested. Spent a day and a half interacting with this company. Estimate was $1500 after all was said and done. Got all set up. Decided to get second opinion. Didn't discuss previous estimate with new company. The plumber was on time, responsive, professional and detail-oriented. He was able to fix our issue after doing a comprehensive diagnostic and followed up with a rigorous testing of his installation. Will definitely go with Atlas again!

I had a furnace fail on the Friday 12/23 - during the recent polar vortex that came through. Called Atlas Butler and to their credit they had someone come out same day. The technician, Spencer Schmitt, after a pretty cursory inspection, declared that the heat exchange needed to be replaced, and that it was more cost effective to replace. The sales rep was here an hour later and offered some quotes that subjectively seemed high, and also was hesitant to disclose the model number of the furnace he was proposing to install. The sales rep was also warning me about potentially having to do some duct work because of insufficient cold air return.The whole episode felt very choreographed and very salesy. Wanting another opinion, through word of mouth, we found a small HVAC company called Controlled Air Systems. Their tech, Bill Helms, came out and diagnosed a blocked exhaust vent. He checked everything else out and gave the furnace a clean bill of health. Didn't even need parts, just a service call and now the furnace is up and running.I don't leave reviews often, but the fact that Atlas Butler tried to take advantage of the weather situation to get a sale needs to be known. Shame on Spencer for not just getting it back up and running. If Atlas Butler tries to pitch you on a replacement, get other estimates. If you are in a pinch and NEED a trustworthy company to not rip you off from the start, go elsewhere.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and Chris came out and had it fixed in no time. He was friendly and professional and everything I could have wanted in a plumber. Keep up the great work Chris! Hope I don't see you again for any plumbing issues but wouldn't mind as much if I did.

Please look at what is covered with $150 coupon. It clearly states items with the water heater. The technician did a great job and said it was handled by the plumbing side. I expect Atlas Butler to have the water heater checked per the coupon! You might review the coupon items in the future referencing the water heater. Please let me know when the water heater will be checked as advertised with the coupon?

We used Atlas Butler in the past for heating and air but this time we used them to replace our battery backup sump pump that was about to go out. Alex came and was very thorough in his explanation of the problem and went over our options without any pressure. He made the repairs, actually replaced the whole system, in a short amount of time. I didn't realize they did plumbing but I will use them again.

Bo was FANTASTIC. The first thing that came out of mouth when I opened the door was, “Wow, no one has ever been this on time to our house!”Aside from top notch professionalism, no doubt, Bo went the extra mile (or 5, haha) to make sure that our heat was up and running during the coldest days of the year right after Christmas. He tríela trouble shot every possible hang up, and gave us great anticipatory guidance. Very appreciative for all of his hard work, and for the wonderful woman (her name starts with a ‘D’, I apologize I forget the whole thing!) who was able to get us scheduled so quickly! As a household who has had different repair services in and out recently, this was the first to make us feel like all avenues had been explored and that the quality of work was the same, high quality Bo would have done in his own home. If you’re on the fence and need a nudge, 12/10 would recommend!

Justin Blair, my technician, came out and repaired a plumbing leak. He was personable and great. Scheduling was flawless. Affordable price for my plumbing repair.

Stay far far away. This company lies, cheats and steals. We had issues with a water heater and then our water main in the yard broke- they lied and said they could repair just the section- not the entire pipe like the other quotes said needed to be done. Well, when the city came out they would not approve just the section bc that was not up to code. Atlas acted as if this was news to them but somehow all the other companies knew this and I would think a reputable company would know what would be up to code. So they baited me with a lower price claiming they could do something they knew they couldn’t do that they could start the job and then demand 14k more!! Then they never filled the hole they dug and took months of me calling and asking to get them to replace the sidewalk that I had already paid for.On top of all of this, the owner called and harassed me for payment of this service before they finished half of the job. Which now I understand why, bc they never had it in their plan to actually come finish this job. They are unprofessional, rude to customers: esp women and they do shotty repair work.I have since switched to eco plumbers and I have had great service at a much lower price. My job is to run property rentals, never ever will I call or recommend atlas.Oh, almost forgot about the time they came out, said repair work needed to be done, gave me a quote. Then when they came to do the work the person who came to repair said nothing needed to be done. So he sent me a bill for $0. Well his boss didn’t like that and sent me a bill for $300 for work that wasn’t even done. Took many calls to get him to understand that I was not paying for work that was never done. Terrible people

Extremely thorough cleaning and dust removal from all ductwork throughout the entire house. Technician Mike was extremely knowledgeable and efficient while being very informative throughout the entirety of the service A+++++ Five star service. My 88 year old Mother was having issues with her HVAC system and called Atlas Butler. They came out, turned off the gas charged her $150 and said she needed an entire new system to the tune of $10,000! I called the guy who installed my system for a second opinion and he indicated the A/C needed 2lbs of freon and the furnace needed a new flue pipe but was safe to use as is. His cost = $2,000! This is the definition of elder abuse!

Seemed a bit excessive in price for a 20 second fix. Overall they got the job done but would have been better to just charge the $89 service fee instead of the $300 since it literally took 20 seconds to restart the pilot light.The guy was helpful though and showed me how to fix the water heater if it happens again.

We just started using Atlas-Butler and they were great. From initial contact to sales to installation clean-up, everything exceeded expectations. Wish we had started using them years ago.

Our heater needed to be replaced during the frigid winter storm of 12/22. Installers, Sam Blanke and his partners, Chris did an excellent job of installing both a new furnace and a new AC in one day. Throughout their work here they were professional, pleasant, obviously very skilled, clean, and great communicators. The chief technician, Mark Donatelli and the diagnostic technician, Naruda were equally helpful and knowledgable, explaining what needed to happen in a clear and timely way. We think they all deserve a Christmas bonus!

The only reason this gets one star is because I can’t give zero. Absolutely DO NOT USE Atlas Butler. They are a total scam. All the reps care about is up selling you for the most expensive fix and not doing what is right. Find a local handyman don’t use this company that is solely chasing profits. Now I am being billed repeatedly and unable to get a response from the team. 0/100 service.I have been trying to get ahold of Michelle M. a “customer service representative” for over a week now with the simple ask of an online payment platform but she is unable to reply.

I was having issue with my tankless water heater. Your tech (Mike) came out and charged me $800 to run a new gas line which ultimately didn’t end up fixing the issue. Called in to customer support and spoke to a manager that asked me to take a video of the new gas line and send it to his phone. I didn’t hear anything back from him and was told there probably wasn’t much he could do without charging me more. So now I feel like I spent $809 for no reason and your company won’t even send out a tech to make sure that the gas line pressure is adequate or if the installation of a new gas line was even necessary. I will be calling another company to investigate and I won’t be using Atlas Butler for any fixes in the future

Summary : Tried to scam us. We had to call Columbus Worthington Air to validate the furnace was fine.Full story: November 2022 we had them out to fix an issue with the furnace (unrelated to current issue). The responder was courteous, professional and fixed the problem without issue. Because he did a great job we signed up for their membership to keep our furnace and A/C tuned up during the year.Fast forward to last week (March 2023) and we schedule them to come out to do the free membership review of our AC. The guy comes over and starts checking our furnace instead of the AC. I’m on a work meeting in the house so he tells my wife that our six year old furnace has a cracked heat exchanger. He then tells her that it’s extremely dangerous and that we should replace the whole furnace because it will be the same price as replacing the part. She asks why the previous tech didn’t notice it and at first he said they didn’t catch it (but later said it could have just happened). My wife tells him she will discuss it with me.After then going out to check the AC he came back to once again try to hard sell that we need a new furnace now. After she tells him that she researched heat exchanger and it is half the price of a new furnace he then started to tell her how dangerous it was and that we should buy a new furnace now. She says no and he says he really should call the gas company to turn the gas off. She kicks him out for threatening her.After my call I schedule Columbus Worthington Air to come out and check the piece. After a thorough hour long check (vs the Atlas Butler ~10 minute review of the furnace), says he sees absolutely no sign of any cracks. He also confirmed there were fail safes on the furnace so carbon monoxide was very unlikely to be an issue if the piece did break in the future.I will be calling to cancel my Atlas Butler membership this coming week.

The technician did the inspection, maintenance and repair just fine. Unfortunately Atlas Butler’s policy of selling work with high-pressure / scare tactics sales techniques was evident. I was told I needed a $1000 (that turned out to be $1250) repair that might fix the problem or not. So I might as well get a whole new A/C unit because their Atlas Butler’s A/C units only have a 12-year life. (This is well below the average 15-20 year life for A/C units.) Of course, the $1250 repair didn’t completely fix the problem, and there was another problem ($2500 repair) that it could be. So I better get that new A/C unit this week because prices are going up in a week. I really felt like I was being “worked”. If our A/C unit does fail, I am not going to buy the new A/C unit from Atlas Butler.

Called atlas butler to come diagnose the issues I was having with my Atlas butler system, tech came said he could not diagnose the issue because the fan would not turn on, well that was the issue to begin with, fan not turning on all the time.Was not informative or knowledgeable about anything just said “whole system needs replaced” and could be up to 15kCall a smaller company that cares about the customer and giving correct information on how to get fixed.

Tyler from Atlas Butler plumbing did a terrific job of explaining our options and recommending the best fix for the job. He was on time, friendly, and kept us informed at each step of the job. I would recommend Atlas Butler for all plumbing needs.

The water pipe in the upstairs of our house burst on the Friday night before Christmas. We called and they sent a tech out on Christmas morning! Lance was wonderful!!! He installed shut off valves on the water lines so we could at least have water on the main floor and basement. We had to wait a few days for the pipes to thaw out before proceeding with the final repairs. Lance came back today and completed the repair. There were 3 holes in the pipe. The price was far below what we expected. We had signed up for their monthly maintenance plan earlier this year. The plan more than paid for itself with this episode. Wonderful service, price and response time.

I called at 1:50 pm for the furnace blowing a fuse (a recurring issue) and they gave me a repair window of 2-4 same day. The technician arrived around 3 and completed the repair. He was friendly and professional throughout explaining everything and letting me watch and help.

We have been Atlas Butler customers for the last 12 years. In our home they have installed heating, cooling, gas line and plumbing over the years. Today they responded immediately as I found a leaking pipe after returning home from vacation. Mike was great. He made it all easy. And the price was very, very reasonable. You may find another provider that is less expensive but in my experience, after dealing with other providers for decades, you most likely will not find higher quality, response time, professionalism, and ongoing care. In fact, I had Mike give me a quote on two other plumbing items in the house. I highly recommend Atlas Butler!

Yesterday's visit was for my annual furnace inspection. The technician, Jacob Clark, did the inspection thoroughly and efficiently, and gave me a report on his findings as the Atlas staff always does. I've been using Atlas Butler for all my HVAC and plumbing needs for several years, and plan to continue.

Atlas Butler came to evaluate a furnace issue identified by another company. The service tech confirmed the problem and identified additional issues that might have caused it. The tech was informative, professional and answered all questions. I was pleased with the service.

Plumbing in bathroom, call 1800furnace at 6pm. Advised tech would be out between 8-10pm same evening. Called again at 9:30pm. No return call that evening. Received call back next morning w waived service charge offer. Took the offer and canceled the other plumber.Our Tech was great

I called them for diagnostic visit for electric water heater burn out. This unit was installed in 2020. Technician did not take a look and asked us to replace it. We called another company and it was salvageable. We paid for their diagnostic visit for getting wrong information. The receptionist on call was extremely difficult to work with as well. I will not recommend their service to anyone!!

I called and they sent out a guy at noon to repair the fan motor and at 3 am it stopped working so a guy came back out 2 hours he fixed it again and the he wanted me sign a form saying I would pay an additional sum of money I refused and paid the additional money. So watch yourself when and if you decide to use them. I will never use or recommend this company.

Had both my AC maintenance and hot water heater. The plumbing technician found a small leak at one of couplings for the gas pipes. As a member received a discount to get it fixed. Both workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Almost team members. Regards Marc

James W. came from Atlas Butler to fix my shower that was leaking. James did a great job of repairing the broken piece and he cleaned up after the repair job. The shower head works better than ever!

Our friends furnace stopped working and they called AB. The tech came out and immediately condemned the furnace stating that the heat exchanger was cracked. He wanted to get the salesman out that night. They waited until the next day. When the salesman arrived he wanted to sell them a $20000 system. They asked me to look at it. When I got there I found that there was a loose wire on the tstat. (The W terminal) I tightened the wire, turned the gas on and the furnace started to work. I noticed that the flame sensor was dirty and acting up so I cleaned that and shut the furnace down until someone could look at it. Metro Air came out and inspected the heat exchanger and ran a CO test and everything was fine. It cost them $170 to have the furnace checked. Be very careful with this company if they want to sell you a new furnace or ac. I would get a second opinion first.

The repair guy, Shawn was great. He took pictures inside our unit and showed them to us. Unfortunately, our system is old and beyond repair. Nick came out, explained the options to us. We bought a new unit and it is being installed tomorrow. Speedy service which is very important in this cold weather. We are delighted with the customer service including Mikaela who answered all phone questions and set up the appointments.

I requested Atlas Butler (Heating/Cooling) inspect my HVAC system after my basement flooded. They were quick to schedule me during the busy holiday season. The tech notified me 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time.The gas company had not turned on the supply back to the home. The tech conducted his inspection and noted several concerns with the unit and recommended replacing parts. He advised me the replacement parts would cost about 7K and recommended I completely replace the 6 year old unit. The tech noted there could be additional issues identified when gas was supplied to the unit. He noted that the warranty on the unit could be void due to the flood.The gas was turned on later in the day. A different company inspected the unit the next day and did not identify any faults. They did recommend to continue spring and winter service calls and stated the unit still has a lot of life remaining.A 2nd opinion cost me an additional 100 bucks, but probably saved me 10K.A separate Atlas Butler (plumbing) tech arrived the same day to clean the main sewer line (up to 100' per the receipt). He recommended having the line camera'd and stated it was draining fine after completing his work. Two weeks later I had the main line inspected by a 2nd company. The video showed a major root blockage at 75' and another slightly beyond that. The 2nd company stated had the blockage not been removed I would have needed an additional cleaning later in the year.Overall: 2 StarsAtlas Butler was quick to respond during a holiday and following a major cold weather event. Their techs notified me 30 minutes prior to their arrival and were on time.However, I feel like they did not complete the job on the sewer line to standard and tried to up sale me on the HVAC vs giving me an honest opinion.

I called at 8:00 am had a service repair person show up by 10am give quote on water tank replacement and appointment made and installed all in one day. Couldn’t have been more professional with great service.

So this was a whole ordeal but im going to try to keep it short. I have used them in the past and had no problems, I originally left them a 5 rating, but this past experience has left me not really trusting them anymore.There were a couple issues, a part was installed incorrectly but they did replace it and eventually get it back up and running, it happens, it was inconvenient but im not mad about it. One of the technicians that was sent out was kind if rude at first (some manager or something) but I just requested a different tech be sent out the next time, no big deal.The thing that really made me lose all trust in them was that we had to order a part that would take one to two weeks to arrive (no big deal) and the cost was going to be around $1400. I didn't want to wait that long without heat in the winter so I called around. The company I called had the part and it would only cost around..... $400..... because the part was under warranty. They wanted to over charge me by $1000 because they couldn't be bothered to check if it was covered. That is inexcusable in my eyes and leaves me wondering what other parts I paid full price for that were under warranty.

I used their plumbing services, and I'm satisfied with the work they completed (though they couldn't complete it all as I ended my contract with them), I'm not a fan of their business tactics. As they were working on part of the job in my bathroom they decided to change the price on me by about an additional two thousand. The why is the funny part, they claimed they had to rework the wall to install the cabinet I showed them during the estimate process. They reviewed the IKEA cabinet, quoted a price, and said they could install it during the estimate, when they clearly couldn't without adding an additional few thousand dollars mid job. Their business practices are deceptive, and I would encourage you to look around for other plumbing options before selecting this company.

Mark came out and gave a price for new furnace and a/c. A 13 seer a/c which I finally looked on the internet and found out 13 seer a/c are being phased out and in 2023 (which is now), all companies can only sell 14 seer. He “convinced” me that 13 seer was still acceptable when I called him the next morning. Plus, when I asked him about a senior discount during his sales pitch, he shook his head and said there is none. However, a few minutes after he reaches me the form, there it is “senior discount”. He knew I seen it and just puts a check mark on it. I’m sure I’ve overpaid.

Called for a furnace replacement and repair estimate. Got the call with some rough numbers for the replacement, but never received an actual quote. Repair appointment was cancelled twice, including once without my knowledge, so I wasted my time waiting around. Was told I'd receive a phone call to explain the situation but that never came either. Not worth the headache to keep trying to get a straight answer from someone, so I just went elsewhere.

I am not happy about service. I asked to install bathroom faucet. I know it was my fault to say ok for the cat but it costed me around $400. This does not include faucet. It was for my rental property. Technician called it is done and left. Then my renter texted me with in 5 mins or so and told me it is leaking and has to put bucket under the sink. I called Atlas Butler back for appointment and told if they are going to charge me and they said they have to get back with me tomorrow. It’ll no response so far but it is little early. I hope they call me back or it will be disappointment.

We purchased a Navien tankless water heater a year ago and it has been a bit of a journey, but Atlas Butler has done a great job of troubleshooting issues with our navicirc recycle system. The tankless water heaters will give you endless hot water but how quickly really depends on distance in the pipes from the source of hot water to where it is being used. Thus the navicirc valves under those important sinks like kitchen and master bath. It is kind of confusing but Mica and team (also Navien engineer Carla) methodically adjusted settings and parts until we are now very pleased to be washing dishes in immediate warm water and not waiting minutes for the shower!

Step by step description of servicing procedure, asked if I was interested in the light system that dries and prevents build up on coils. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

The new tankless water heater install was quick and clean. The quality of work was very high and I'm happy to use Atlas Butler for many of my home updates.

Called to ask them about their availability and quote for a repair and got Michelle on 4/14. She was unbelievably rude and unhelpful in every way possible. I would NEVER use them after the way that she spoke to me and then just HUNG UP on me intentionally. I called back as I was shocked that she just hung up and asked to speak to a supervisor. She stated that she was the supervisor. If that is true your company is badly in need of some new leadership.

Atlas Butler was very responsive and arrived on time. The technician was very professional and assessed the problem with our clogged drain. He did not rush through the job and made sure that the drain was completely cleared.

Used their plumbing repair service so a small leak. They were able to come out same day and the plumber was very friendly and communicated exactly what he was doing.

In addition to new furnace, they installed a new heat pump and humidifier. The team worked well together and got the job done in the time the estimator said they would. The system looks good and is operating well.

The tech that came for maintenance on my heater was so kind informative and thorough.The next day I had abother tech, Kyle, that completed maintenance on the water heater. Even though it give him quite a bit of trouble he was professional, informative and kind.Could not recommend them more!

Bought their centennial promotion package around Thanksgiving 2021, and scheduled a furnace check-up appointment in late December 2021. Technician never showed up to the appointment, yet they said according to their record, they did come and service our furnace. How could it be? Total waste of $100. More ironically (but best for their interest), they called again just around Thanksgiving 2022, and tried to sell us another similar package. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on myself ...

They performed a yearly plumbing inspection of the hot water heater, water main, and pipes. They were professional and made good recommendations for repairs and improvements. I would highly recommend.

Lol they came out for a clogged drain in the sink in my bathroom and told me it was $365 for the cleaning that would probably take 10min at the most ? total ripoff and would most definitely not recommend them.

Recently we had them install all new furnace, A/C and hot water heater. Now we had them do a toilet, disposal and sink faucet. Great guys, professional work, done right! A good investment!

Explained the workings of our thermostat well and got it to work properly. There was a price discrepancy between what was originally told to us on the phone and at the end result, but it was resolved in our favor.

Having dealt with cheaper contractors and all their excuses, missed appointments and up charges, Atlas was well worth the small difference. I would choose them again and recommend to my family.

I scheduled plumbing repairs with Atlas Butler for today and asked for Michael as he had worked in my home before. Approximately one half hour before his arrival time AB was courteous enough to call and let me know Michael was running behind at the job before me. They would be glad to find a different plumber if I wanted. I didn't, so I just decided to wait for Michael. When Michael arrived, he quickly assessed how to repair my leaking issues, gave me an estimate and took care of those repairs. Thanks Atlas Butler for employee quality people.

The BEST plumber, Alex, provided multiple plumbing related services at our rental property today. He was adept at identifying and repairing various plumbing issues. He was professional, detailed, efficient and did excellent work….plus he was extremely pleasant! We will definitely request him should need arise.

I had Atlas Butler come out to unclog my kitchen sink drain. I participate in the preventative maintenance program so I never in a million years would have guessed my bill would be over $200 for less than 30 mins for the technician to vacuum out the clog. That was with the discount and no parts needed.I am very disappointed in the price gouging. After the fact, I called around to 3 other local reputable plumbers and all of their quotes were less without any preventative maintenance plans. Hindsight is 20:20 but I’d have to NOT recommend unless you want to pay over the going rate.

Do not use Atlas Butler unless you like aggressive sales and lazy technicians. I started using Atlas Butler last year after having troubles with my Heating System. The system was old and needed replaced, granted. So, nearly $5k later, I have a new heater. That's all fine. Then come the issues.Since my condo is almost 40 years old, I was convinced that the companies VIP service would be a wise choice. This service incurs a monthly fee and includes minor technician services (like winterizing and summerizing your equipment, and other similar minor services). It seemed like a good deal; sadly, it was NOT.The several times that I had technicians come out, all but one technician was clearly, and blatantly, trying to pry more money from me. I will list several of these below, so that everyone knows what it is like to be a VIP according to Atlas Butler.1) The first service call was in spring after the heater replacement. We wished to have our plumbing checked and our water heater flushed. The tech came to our home and said that he Couldn't do the flush because it wasn't ordered, even though we were very clear about wanting that done. He also checked the pipes for clogs and missed two drains that were indeed clogged. I shrugged and decided maybe it was just an isolated incident.2) The next service call was actually just fine. Credit where credit is due.3) The third visit upsets me to this day. The following Spring (from number 1) we wanted our AC serviced. The technician was extremely aggressive. After looking at my AC for a moment, he returned and literally told me to take a seat in my own home. I had my infant in my arms at the time so I complied. He then proceeded to tell me that the AC is on it's last leg and probably wont make it through the weekend (when temps in the '80's were expected). He insisted that it needed to be replaced immediately. I explained that I was not going to make a $5,000 purchase without discussing it with my wife and he then had the nerve to ask Can you call her? We can have the sales team here tonight. I shut the conversation down and sent him on his way. That was last spring, after a very hot summer. Our AC was on the entire time and is still running strong.4) Today is my latest experience. I called Atlas Butler on Thursday (today is Sunday) and said I wanted to cancel my VIP service. The representative asked why, I explained the above. She then said that she would put a request in for the cancellation. I still have not heard back from them.There are a lot of HVAC companies out there that run an honest business and would be appreciative of your business. Atlas Butler is a corporation that wants your money. Period.Also, please take notice that all of the positive reviews seem to be related to the installation of new AC and Heating units. Funny how they are so great while they are bilking you for your money. Atlas Butler is infested with crooks.Update: after posting this review, I received 2 calls from them canceling my membership the following morning. Coincidence?

Wonderful! Came out same day - Christmas Eve - and explained the problem, gave us choices and spoke in plain English so we could understand. Super respectful and helpful. We are dumping our old company who gave us a 4 day wait quote just to look at it!

Jacob was the best. Explained everything and did a great job looking over the entire furnace to ensure no other issues were present. The communication between the office and Jacob to us, the homeowner was fantastic. Wish all companies communicated like this.

Had a competitors (Trane) furnace stop working this week and service was 1 day out, however, Atlas Butler was available in 30 mins to get out and start the repair. Parts had to be ordered, but Jacob drove twice to competitors WH to pickup and install. He spent a lot of time with Trane on phone to troubleshoot and ensure the repair was under my parts warranty, saving me money as well. Great communication! Very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend. Great job Jacob!

Replaced old humidifier on furnace with a new model. Technicians are knowledgeable, clean, courteous, professional and do not hesitate to answer any questions regarding services, costs etc. You can probably find cheaper options but I believe you get what you pay for.

Had a technician come out on 11/14 /22 I requested to have a tech come out and see if my furnace can be relit ? He did the opposite he looked at it and told my son my furnace is old and needs replaced!! I asked to speak with him and said did you even try to light the pilot he said no “the wires are to old “ however I had another EXPERIENCED company come out did a FULL DIAGNOSTIC test and was ABLE to light the pilot! ATLAS BUTLER YALL good on telling people no refund. But I’m requesting my refund ! And I’m waiting on it!! $8911/30/2022 I’m STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND!! $89!!! I’m not going to have you keep $89 for a service that was not done I had to have another company come out to do what I had asked atlas in the first place to do.

Atlas Butler saved the day for me with my washing machine. I ordered a new one from Home Depot to deliver, install, and take away the old washer. However, they simply dropped off the new one and left. *Deep sigh*I called Atlas in a panic on a Saturday a little before 1:00, and they had someone out at my house by 2:00. Their technician (Kyle A.) was AMAZING! Not only did he take apart the old washing machine and take it to the curb for me, but he also had to switch the placement of the dryer and washer in my laundry area. He was kind enough to run to Home Depot and get the parts for the longer dryer vent hose and install it since I am about the least handy person when it comes to this stuff. After all that, he installed my new washer and made sure it was all working before he left. I am truly impressed with their promptness, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond. Worth every penny!

Technician was on time proceeded to check out my concerns regarding kitchen sink suspected leak but found nothing to be leaking because water had actually dripped off counter top into cabinet below over an unknown length of time, and had saturated the surface enough for it to drain onto floor in front of sink. He also checked out my downstairs toilet and found that the reason my toilet didn’t flush when flush was initiated was because fill valve had separated from it’s base part. He replaced it for 127.00, which included all labor and taxes and cost of the TOTO Flush Valve. He also made sure everything was situated in it’s proper place so that it would flush properly every time and you would only need to press the flush mechanism once and release.

Hoping this last longer than 8 years. Other one outside box started a fire but luckily electricity to it cut off. Still had a mess that had to be cleaned up and new siding. Not sure why this only lasted 8 years.

Our water heater went out on Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Atlas Butler made it so easy to set up an appointment and get someone out to our house as quickly as possible. Our usual plumber couldn't fit us in until Tuesday, but Atlas Butler was there within a couple hours. The technician was very knowledgeable, contacted me before he arrived and was able to clearly explain what the issue was. Within a few hours, our hot water tank was replaced and we were ready to go. Had a clogged pipe from the kitchen sink, draino wasn't working, using a hand snake wasn't working. After a day and of working on it and not making progress, I called around to various places. Atlas Butler could be out the next morning. Boom, perfect. Was told a professional would be between 8am and 9am. About 8:20 is when Carl showed up. I cannot speak highly enough of how personable and friendly he was. I showed him where the issues was and explained everything I had tried. By 8:55 he was finished and the sink was draining again. Highly recommend them

I was given an eta of earlier in the day Sunday but the text I received showed a eta of Sunday eveningI requested drain service and a technician that arrived said he was a faucet guy and we would need a drain guy. Another technician arrived within an hour and within original time window given.We have had this type of service performed in the past to unclog drain from kitchen sink to basement sink to sewage system. The cost was expensive for a clogged drain bur probably comparable to other service providers but given it was Sunday evening can understand cost

They put a new sump pump in, went straight to the job and got it done, very good job so far

Technician no showed after moving up my appointment and I had to rush to the location to be there to meet them. I called to verify, and their dispatch confirmed that he went to another job. Dispatch confirmed that this type of thing happens and they are constantly shuffling technicians around.

They did plumbing for us. Called them because they were able to come out that day. But it took three days for person to actually come in to do work. The plumbers were good and courteous. However, the estimate I believe was too high. They basically replaced about 10 ft of copper pipe and new connections. Charged $2500 and was finished in approximately 4 hours, including time to go to get parts. The replacement parts were schedule 40 pvc with 5 or 6 either 2 or 3 rubber boot connectors. Seems to me they they are getting about $400 per hour labor. Just seems very high to me.

We had a hot water tank installed 4/2022 by Atlas Butler and let me start by saying the professionalism is top notch, our hot water tank went out on a Friday and we called to schedule an installation for the very next morning at 8am. Atlas text & called the morning of to notify that that would be there promptly at 8am. Shiloh & another serviceman were there at the top of the hour 8am. The were very kind, professional and their work was great quality. They installed the tank in just a couple of hours, but the kicker is that they replace our old drain pipes and provided a drain pan and cleaned up the area perfectly! If you need any work completed please use this company! I hope you get Shiloh he is the BEST!!

I needed service for sump pump. I contacted the company via chat initially. Later I spoke with someone on the phone. I am very impressed with the positive customer service I received. In addition I received a call from the technician that he could come before the scheduled time frame which was great. Atlas was able to respond to our leaking ceiling right away, and easily determined that it was a plumbing issue. The updated technicians got to our house quickly, and quickly assessed the situation to determine a cause. The installation of a new hot water tank will take place tomorrow. I used Atlas Butler for some repairs on my natural gas water heater. It was super easy to use their online appointment system and they were able to quickly schedule a tech to come out within 12 hours of submitting a request. Mike (the tech) was a whole hour early and came over promptly after ensuring that the early time was ok. He quickly diagnosed the issue, worked directly with the manufacturer for parts that were still under warranty, and then let me know what I needed to do to get a hold of him once the parts arrived. Atlas Butler continues to impress me with their professionalism, high quality work, and responsive techs.

I was EXCEPTIONALLY pleased with Atlas Butler! No one likes it when an unexpected big expense like a furnace and Heat Pump go out and have to be replaced but they eased it a bit!They got with me quickly when I found my system had gone out over night (8am tech assessment and sales call at 1030am). I knew the 17 yo system was having problems and was due for replacement. I did some preliminary checking on pricing and they were comparable. By noon I was signed up for a new system to be installed the following morning at 8am! All parts in stock!They showed up with a crew of 4 and had the old system out by 930am. The new system was very professionally installed (VERY CLEAN INSTALL!), and they were out of there by 200pm...They laid down runners to protect the floor, and answered all my technical questions well (I'm technical so I had a lot!) Also walked me through set up and configuration, and PM of the new system!I was amazingly impressed! Would recommend them to anyone!Jim

Our AC went out last weekend. Monday morning I called Atlas Butler and by noon a technician was at our door. He evaluated our system inside and out showing me everything along the way. The technicians replaced the water heater and found 2 gas leaks. They fixed the leaks and checked everything else to make nothing was leaking and the water heated. They followed up with a concern with the furnace. An appointment was made for a HVAC technician to come out the same day. Michael and Chris were great.

Only reason I am giving them such a poor review is because of something said by the individual who I talked to about an estimate. I understand and appreciate his honesty I suppose but being told that if I was to use Atlas Butler it wouldn’t be as cheap as their competitors really made me feel like he though I was too poor to use their services, which is not true in the slightest. I kind of felt stereotyped solely because of where we lived which is right outside of a rougher area of Columbus. It got brought up about 2-3 times and I literally had to tell my estimator money wasn’t an issue for us. I honestly should have just told him on the phone when he called the first time and mentioned that to cancel our estimate appointment. I will never recommend Atlas to anyone

Swapped out a tankless water heater under warranty. Scheduling was super easy, just sent some photos through a text exchange and they were able to estimate the cost. Price was way less than what ecoplumber quoted. They showed up next day with Navien factory replacement and did a really nice job with the install.

The tech arrived earlier than expected but called to make sure that was OK. When he arrived he got right to work and quickly diagnosed my issues and provided pics and an explanation on how to prevent these issues in the future. Then instead of scheduling a day to do the repair he left to find the parts then returned the sane day to install them. My mother, who is 81, and I greatly appreciate this level of professionalism. He didnt try to upsell. He offered items that would assist the system but was not pushy in any way.I would definitely recommend them to others.

Hvac tuneup. Technician arrived on time. He indicated blower motor was functioning but was running hot and would likely need to be replaced in 3-4 months. He quoted $1550 to replace. I originally agreed but then reviewed warranty materials. Those materials stated 10 years on parts. I confirmed that with original installer of system. I called Atlas today. First call rep said he would call me back in 10-15 mins. No callback so I called again; same story--they would call me back in 15 mins. An hour later no callback so called them again. Finally was told it was 3-5 years for parts and labor and thus outside warranty. I explained system is 9 years old and all my material says 10 years. Not sure where there are getting their info. Furnace is clearly labeled with original install date and warranty info found on the unit. I am now doubting what the technician told me as he provided no report of what he found or a breakdown of charges. The original installer says part covered under warranty so all we would pay is labor of $550. My biggest frustration is today's all afternoon runaround to get an answer. I have original installer coming tomorrow to confirm if we even need this replaced. If so, will save $1000 from Atlas quote. UPDATE: got 2nd opinion today. Technician showed me as he tested amps for blower motor. He also showed me on the unit panel the standards for amps. He tested repeatedly and highest amps was 2.8. Standard max is 20 so unit was far, far below max. He documented all his test results in report he gave me. So the unit is functioning well and no need to replace anything. So Atlas Butler was basically trying to sell me something I didn't need at a cost of $1550. Technician was Nate but I suspect that is not his real name. BBB website had numerous complaints with Nate referenced. Stay away from Atlas!

Endless hot water on demand, so no more waiting on hot water if people want to take back to back showers! We've had 3 tank heaters go bad since 2007, and we're looking forward to a reliable solution with this gem. Reliable, efficient, eco friendly, AND endless hot water!If you're considering a tankless unit, you should talk to Mica and have Atlas Butler install it. They installed it like they were installing in their own home.

Atlas Butler has always provided superior service and quality for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs. I had a new furnace and AC installed and everything was delivered professionally and on time. I've been a returning customer.

I called about an emergency plumbing issue (active water leak). After spending 10 minutes on the phone and answering questions I was told they could not do any emergency services and a dispatcher would contact me with the first available appointment. 48 hours later and I’m still waiting for a call. Doesn’t matter now. I called another company and within 3 hours they had come to my home and fixed my leaking pipe. While I understand a company being busy, it is inexcusable to tell a customer in need someone will call them back and a call is never received. Terrible customer service. Hard to believe this company is rated so highly.

Nathan Smith from Atlas Butler really helped me out today! I had 2 issues with my ac. Number one my fan wire was not installed in my thermostat and my cold air return on my second floor was not working. Nathan came in and found the issues immediately and even gave me suggestions on how I could get it taken care of. He was on time, polite, and extremely fast. Better service than I could have even hoped for. I should also mention I scheduled my appointment 4 hours ago!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air. With the temperatures in the high 80s this week and to add on having a week old baby in the house, the problem needed fixed fast. I went online at 10pm to see about scheduling service. They were able to get me on the schedule for an 8-10am window. Our technician, Doug, showed up at 8AM and had the problem fixed by 9AM. He was fast, courteous, showed me the problem, and gave me all my options. He understood how important it was to get us back up and running. If you are worried, like I was initially, about going with a big company like Atlas Butler because you won’t be treated with respect and priority, don’t, they really do treat you like your their only client. They’ve earned a customer for life in me!

Was having a TON of issues heating and cooling the house, called and they were able to come the same day and take a look at everything. Gave us all the information and set up appointments to get what we needed fixed. Very upfront and honest about everything. What we needed vs what we could wait on. I have been a long time customer of Atlas Butler and they really came to the rescue today. We had to have our water service turned off 5 days ago due to a leak in the service line from the street outside of our basement. This caused our sump pump to run constantly and a seeping leak through the block wall underneath the water main. Needless to say we were pretty panicked. We contacted Atlas Butler and the city had the water turned off that day and the problem diagnosed. They estimated a fair price for a site repair of the line and were able to be out by the end of the week once utilities had been marked. The two plumbers were professional, friendly, and very understanding of the stress we had been under without water the last few days. They took every effort possible to protect our landscaping and our paver wall that was clearly in the way of the 3 ft wide by 6 ft deep trench they needed to make to conduct the repair. We also had two bushes and a tree in the area that had to come up and they assisted in this process. Once the work had been done they took great time and effort to ensure that the dirt was backfilled properly and also help to clean up the area in which they had to put the dirt during the repair. I could not have been more pleased and cannot recommend them enough for not just the HVAC services but they're plumbing arm as well.

I woke up this morning and noticed the air coming through my vents wasn’t as cold as it should be and there was a hissing noise. I called around 8:30 am and was scheduled for the 2-4pm slot, but they called around 10 asking if I’d prefer to be bumped up. Spencer S went over what was wrong (ultimately, old unit needed replaced), was able to put a temporary patch on the unit to keep us comfortable for the next couple days, and scheduled our estimate for this evening. Mark D went over all options with us with very transparent pricing and our install is scheduled for tomorrow morning. This was something we should have been prepared for but weren’t, and both Mark and Spencer took great care of us and made a major headache much more bearable. We will be choosing Atlas Butler when it’s time to replace our furnace for sure.

Atlas Butler installed a complete HVAC system. Within a few days the A/C compressor became noisy. A tech was dispatched the day of my call and the problem was determined to be internal. BEWARE!!! Called Atlas Butler because I was having concerns about my furnace. They told me the motherboard is ruined, had corrosion throughout and needed a new furnace that is 4 years old. Got a second and third opinion and they both gave me the same outcome that I needed just a new coil and relocate my condensation line for under $1000.Will and Gary, bad Karma is coming your way, shame on you. I will be contacting the Attorney General today as well and recorded the entire conversation on my security camera I had with the technician when told I need an entire new furnace on my indoor security camera.

We have used the maintenance service for years and always call Atlas Butler when there is a problem. One time in 15 years we had trouble with the service and when I called to complain, the owner said let’s meet for lunch and discuss my concerns. We had 2 guys out here, 1 in the house installing new furnace, a/c, vents, brand new system and another guy outside doing the a/c unit and lines, then he came in and did thermostat and carbon monoxide detector. Both of these gentlemen were super professional, very nice, excellent work on both ends. Kept my home in clean condition protecting my floors as well. Appointment time was for 8, they were here at least 20 minutes early and were out of here before 1pm. My husband and I chatted with them both the entire time. I couldn't be happier with the technicians they sent out. Would definitely recommend this company. Also, Brian the guy that set up the installation was incredible. He really worked with us to get what we needed and get us taken care of quickly. Great experience with this company from start to finish.

Atlas Butler was able to get me scheduled same-day for an AC unit that was not blowing cold air. I contacted them for a repair on a weekend morning when my furnace stopped working. They were prompt and on time (<2 hrs from the call to the arrival of the technician), friendly, and professional.

Atlas Butler claims they don’t charge overtime or after hours which is so amazing but did you know that a small repair of $100 or less can lead up to a brand new AC system if you hire Atlas Butler that’s what happened to us we had a small issue of $100 fix but the technician said you need a brand new AC unit which wasn’t true (cost 5000 plus) considering they make commission selling product to costumers. Went for a second opinion and found out that my issue was 100 dollars fix and got it done. These people are liars be careful.

Our water heater failed 6 days after moving into our new house. I had atlas butler out on the same day to replace the corroded shutoff valve for the heater so I could have water to the rest of the house while we waited for the home warranty company to sort out a new water heater. After waiting for them to eventually deny our claim (which would have taken 1 full week to get a water heater installed anyway) I called atlas butler at 5pm, and r hey had scheduled someone to come out first thing the following morning. John Kirkman and Nick Skipper came out with the water heater I needed already in the truck, replaced the water heater and properly replaced some cheap thermal expansion job done during the previous install years ago for only a little bit more cost than the warranties contractor quoted me anyway. I have used atlas butler for years and will absolutely continue doing so indefinitely

Sunday morning in July, 90 degree day and my AC is not working. Suspect that it’s the thermostat, who to call who to call. Atlas Butler came out and quickly installed a new thermostat for $427. The technician then went down into the basement and took apart my 9 year old still under warranty furnace and determined that there is a serious problem and that the heat exchanger needs replaced due to a leak. The heat exchanger is covered under warranty but the labor would be $2,700. I mentioned that I would need to get a second opinion. He then red tagged my furnace and declared it inoperable and un-safe.In retrospect it is plausible that this is a real problem but also highly suspicious that such a small piece of now missing gasket is cause to replace the entire heat exchanger.We question why he went down there in the first place unsupervised to take our furnace apart and “find” a problem.Awaiting a visit by Care Heating & Cooling. “The Cat Toy in-the furnace experts”.

This was my first time using Atlas Butler. I was impressed by how quickly a tech was able to come look at my furnace. Same day service was imperative as the weather was in the teens. Tech was on time, knowledgeable and nice as could be. They are now my go-to repair company. Totally satisfied customer here!

I was very pleased with Atlas Butler. They were on time and very professional. Everyone was very knowledgeable and the price was fair.

We had Atlas clean out the ducts and vents in our home. I really liked that they sent someone out to give us a free estimate of the cost. The technician was professional and kind and the estimate didn’t take more than 15 minutes and they were then able to get our appointment for the work to be done a few days later. The technician who completed the duct cleaning was also very professional and friendly. The process took about 3 hours and they included before and after pictures of the vents with our invoice. We had an overall great experience and the pricing was very reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.

Our furnace turned off at 2:30 AM when the temperature was 10° outside. Will came out first thing the next day and was able to explain what had happened, how he was going to fix it, and provided options for future services Atlas Butler offers. We are very pleased and grateful this was all sorted out so quickly by such a professional technician and company.

We called Atlast Butler regarding akitchen faucet leak. Nathan R. Showed up the very next morning. It did not take him long to figure out the problem. While he was taking apart the old faucet, my husband dashed to the store to get the replacement. It was installed and we have had no water leak since. Nathan was great. I am so glad we called Atlas Butler and Nathan was the one that came to our house. He did a great job and should we have a need for their service, I hope they send Nathan to our home soon

Recommended. Available, timely, and efficient when we needed our AC unit replaced.Our previous company missed an obvious issue and our unit died. Atlas butler sent a tech over same day, and coordinated a sales person the same day as well when we decided to replace rather than repair. The sales experience was thorough and not high-pressure at all. The install team was very courteous and knowledgeable finishing ahead of schedule.Although not cheap, you do get the quality you pay for. Our new system is now correctly sized for our house, energy efficient, and comfortable.

TERRIBLE!! The only reason I deal with this company is because the previous homeowner made the mistake of buying from them. since moving in I have had multiple issues with an 2 year old under warranty ac system. Every time They arrive they question the warranty, question their own notes from past visits, and only make excuses about what could be wrong. This time they failed to tell me about extra fees and acted as though I should if expected them. When I questioned why they weren’t upfront, they claimed their CSR never talks about the extra cost details. If you really want to know this brand’s rep, look up their BBB rating and numerous past consumer protection violations. They are awful all the way around. After this review was posted, I called to speak with a supervisor. They did not return my call. Just because they’ve been around for a long time, it doesn’t mean they’re worth your time. Ask anyone in HVAC, AB has a bad reputation.

Where do we begin on how amazing this service was?!! They responded right away (within two hours of our call on Sunday afternoon) and sent Antonio, who diagnosed the problem. He was very professional, prompt, courteous, and kind and took time to explain what he was doing. We were so impressed! After deciding to replace all three of our HVAC systems (due to various issues with each), Steve, a ‘Comfort Advisor’, was sent out within another hour and he was, again, prompt, courteous and professional. He went through our options and was respectful of looking out for budgets and personal needs from the equipment we were purchasing. After choosing the units, two of our three new units were installed the next morning (Monday at 8am) by another amazing team of workers- Tim, Wyatt and Zack. The three of them worked tirelessly and were very conscientious, explaining how to work the new thermostats and cleaning up after the installation. It was more clean afterward than it was originally! We are thrilled with the discovery of Atlas Butler and amazed at their service. This team of workers, Antonio, Steve, Tim, Wyatt and Zack, made them proud. If we were choosing people to represent a company for us, they couldn’t have done a better job. Had kitchen sink drain pie leaking and needed replaced. Plumbing tech showed up at time I was told. Had to cut and replace old gavinized drain pipe with PVC. Tech was Donnie Branham. Did excellent job replacing and cleaning up. Was professional and courteous. He needs commended.

From the first time we called Atlas Butler when our furnace went out to coming and placing our new ac and furnace they were so nice and professional. They were here the next day at 8 AM with the new furnace I would highly recommend Atlas Butler. I feel bad for not remembering all their names but thank you Mike the first technician and Nick the sales man and to the 3 technician who was here all day you all were great!!This weekend we had them clean our air ducts and again did a great job. Do NOT use this company! They will try to sell you things you do not need and they will rip you off on repairs that you do need. They tried to sell me a humidifier for $3,000 when my air conditioner did need repair he told me it was $4,000 to repair it and tried to sell me a new air conditioner for $8,000! My system was not even 7 years old. I called another company they came in did the repairs for less than $400. I had been on there customer service plan for nearly 40 years and they repaid my loyal business by trying to rip me off

In November of last year I had a new furnace installed also by two very competent professionals. I have also had AC and Furnace maintenance performed in prior years. EVERY Atlas Butler technician that has come to our home has been professional, polite, friendly, competent and most of all ALWAYS RIGHT ON TIME. It might be important to note I had a city inspector out to check the gas furnace installation (a permit thing) and he even gave Atlas Butler a great plug or review. The come highly recommended from this party! A+++++

The techs were courteous and seemed more than competent.I decided against have the drains cleared when I was provided a quote of over $525 to clear 3 drains in my bathroom (2 sink & shower stall).The estimate was way beyond what I was willing to pay.

Atlas Butler was extremely professional. They provided multiple appointment confirmations, updates on when they would be arriving, and upfront diagnosis. We needed a plumber for a bad kitchen sink clog, and we needed one soon. With a bunch of teenagers hanging out at our house on Friday and an adult gathering expected on Saturday, we needed a functional kitchen fast! Donnie B came over on Friday night and stayed till the job was done. It was a particularly bad clog, far down the line. Donnie was great to work with, and I think I have found my new plumbing company! Hopefully we can have Donnie back when we need help again.

We were highly impressed with the responsiveness of the Service team from the moment of our call to this morning with installation of our furnace and air conditioner. I called around 6 PM on a Friday evening, the Service Tec arrived by 7:30 PM and diagnosed the problem. We agreed to install a new furnace and this morning Saturday the installers arrived at 7:00 AM. Atlas Butler installed and has done scheduled maintenance on two A/C units and has done a great job.Recently we signed up for plumbing inspecting and they did a great job with a sewer line clean out.

Technician was knowledgeable and professional. Although I have an older unit and he demonstrated some ares of wear and potential failure, I never felt pushed to purchase a new unit. He also explained the financial benefits of a new system but got my current one running for the cold day at hand. Very good service.
