Previous experience were good. Most recent however could not get anyone to show up. After 24hrs of being told We'll have someone there in a couple hours called another company. That company was _done_ in a few hours.

While disconnecting outdoor hose for the winter I heard a snap and the sound of water rushing into the basement. I had to shut the water off to the house as there was no shut off valve. That was 2pm on a Saturday. I called several other plumbers and was put on a wait list for Monday.From the first interaction when they picked up the phone there was no doubt they understood going 2 days without water wasn’t really an option. They took all my information and said they’d send the next available technician out. I was expecting Saturday night. He was at my house at 430PM.He took a look gave me options to fix it. Explained in depth why it broke and within. A couple of hours had water back onIt’s been awhile since I’ve been able to leave a 5 star review. Found out the hard way (water all over my floor) that I had a drain issue while doing some laundry. Happened this past Sun. Mon morning I did a Google search for 'best plumbers in Reynoldsburg, Plumbing One had the best rating and great customer comments. Also looked them up on BBB website. They have an A+ rating! I called Mon morn and was set up with a Tues morn appointment. Tom came on time, introduced himself and then listened to me describe the issue I had. He got right to work and found the problem was from my washing machine drain line not draining properly. Turns out I had a very stubborn clog in the drain and a crazy 'older home' drain line set up so Tom had to use a few different methods to get the drain clear. He din't give up and really went the extra mile to be sure it was done right. Thank you soooo much Tom, I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Use Plumbing One (ask for Tom) you'll get the best!

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement.
