I had an emergency and a friendly, professional tech came out right away. I had called a couple of the larger plumbing companies first and they didn't have anyone they could send out for at least 24 hours. P & D Professionals are locally owned and operated and that makes a big difference - your business really matters to them.

Pat arrived right on time. Fixed slow drain in bathroom sink and cleaned drain in basement to sewer line. Have used The Waterworks many times. Excellent service on every appointment.

The technician were on time and pleasant. They covered with me how they would replace current water heater. During installation an issue came up with the venting. They explained to me options and they ended up correctly the issue. Overall very please with the service from Fritz Baumann & Sons

Brandin (and James) were prompt and professional and explained everything that would be taking place including the need to access the outdoor spikets via need to cut drywall. Faucets were replaced, new pipe placed and all work well now. EXCEPT...
**** 1 - they didnt bother to reconnect my outdoor hoses. Now I'm dealing with trying to get my current setups reconnected & so far to no avail
2 - Having not been familiar with plumbing prices the price seemed higher than had been suggested by a private contractor who recommended Roto Rooter.
3 - Left drywall and remnants of their work on the floor where they made cuts i.e. didn't clean up after themselves. Also they didn't clean up after themselves. Having two outdoor faucets replaced cost $900

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable... He took the time to find the problem and fix it...

ARS came out to my house and without even checking anything said they were going to charge me $420 to unclog my drain. I asked them how do you know it is a simple clog and not roots or something else? I asked how do you even know where the supposed clog is? He said he didn't..he would charge $420 to snake it and if that didn't work charge me $189 an hour to diagnose it. I was in SHOCK. How about diagnose it first, then tell me how much it is going to be and perform the service... not a hit or miss type of thin. That's a lot of money for not being sure of something. When I told him NO and thanked him for coming and for his time... he told me we could discuss the price. No. I'm not about to negotiate prices back and forth. I ended up calling Eco Plumbers who diagnosed FIRST, quoted a price and then performed the service perfectly.

I called saying that water had poured down through my ceiling when shower was being used, and was with out use of my bathroom. Person answering the phone seemed disinterested in my issue, and somewhat annoyed that I even called. She said that it would be a week until they could fit me in, unless I paid after hour rates. Guess I will be moving on to the next number on my list.

Though they performed the jet cleaning of my foundation drains and inspected with a camera, I felt the whole service was rushed. Like not giving water a chance to clear the pipe before inspecting with camera. Estimate for sump pump was $1000 higher than a competitive estimate and included less installation work than the competitor.

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

A small, local company that does great work with reasonable prices! Donn walked me through the entire process of replacing the main water pipe in the front yard as well as stayed in communications with me throughout the day. I was thrilled that not only did he fix the pipe properly but he also did it without disturbing my flowerbeds! I highly recommend Donn and his team!

Chuck and the whole team were amazing. We had our water line in the front year break on a Sunday. Chuck personally came over to make sure that we were in a good spot and took care of the immediate needs. He and the team were at my home on Monday morning to get to work and stayed late to ensure they fixed the problem.
