Update: Owner called shortly after my review to discuss his reasoning behind his practice of charging for estimates. While I still do not agree with his reasoning, I am going to update (for now) to 4 stars. Further updates may be made after our scheduled appointment tomorrow.

Not sure of other aspects of this business but 120 dollars to come out for an estimate? No thank you. Called for an estimate for a french drain and was told I'd have to pay. Doesn't seem very smart when I've now lined up 3 other contractors with just as good reviews and they're all free.

Replaced entire kitchen drain system. The office person was extremely nice and tried to work me in same day but my fault. They did show at appointed time and took time to explain and fix issue at same time. Have me a receipt for every part used and time was accurate.. they are now my go to folks

Attempted to get an estimate from Apex Plumbing Pros. First appointment: no show, office called hours later to tell me the plumber couldn't get to you.Next time slot was *four days* later, but they promised that I was a priority for the 8am-1pm slot. Surprise, another no show and a call at 4pm saying, are you available for our appointment now? Nah, bro.If I can't trust them to make an appointment, I can't trust them to do work on my home. Don't waste your time!

Brian from Roto Rooter was very professional and provided me all options that would work in the best of my interest. He thoroughly guided me through on what could be going on in my downspout drainage while cleaning. Although, there wasn’t much of a blockage but he was able to diagnose that there is water retention due to belly formation in drainage. Brian was very courteous and very informative. Thank you Brian.

We have used DrainMaster a few times now. Very professional and do a great job, explaining everything that they’ve found, make recommendations to remedy, etc. Zero pressure to perform any services. Very honest and great quality.

I was very pleased with the service provided by ARS. I called them at 7am on a Saturday morning and they were at my house by 8:45am. Jon was very professional and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend ARS.

Billy and Chris arrived at my house with in the hour of my initial call. They came prepared with shoe covers and they were very pleasant and courteous. Very friendly. I was thankful to have the come out on Christmas Eve my bathroom sink had a small leak that ended up with water all over the place, when the shut off valve failed to work. I was very distraught so very close to Christmas. I was so very glad to see them. There price was fair and there work is very professional. Our home warranty company contracted The Service People to fix our water heater. Tony came out and diagnosed that a burner assembly wasn't working, which was causing the heater not to heat. He went on vacation, and we spent a godawful four weeks waiting, contacting The Service People, being told the part wasn't there but would be by X day, waiting, contacting them, being told the part had been delayed or not shipped or no it would be there another day, waiting, rinse, repeat. Over the course of contacting them eight times, I was told seven separate dates that the part would *absolutely* be in, and three different and clashing excuses as to why it hadn't arrived (one was that the manufacturer sent the wrong part, so it had to be returned; another was that the original *correct* part had been sent to the wrong location; and the third was that the manufacturer had never run their credit card so had never shipped the part in the first place). I still have no idea what happened to the part. We would have gone to another company after the first week and a half if our warranty company had allowed it. The only bright spot in this story is that as soon as Tony got back from vacation, he worked with our warranty company to get us an entirely new water heater instead because--you guessed it-- they still didn't have the part. So, after a month of no hot water and a cumulative week's worth of lunch breaks wasted trying to figure out why, we finally can shower in comfort again. I would not recommend working with this company. I would recommend Tony as a contractor, but hire him on the side, not through The Service People.

Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

Our water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't relight. We had an appointment with another company and they didn't show - Accurate Plumbing was booked but they squeezed us in AND showed up in the promised time frame. So so happy to have a hot water after a few days without!

My water heater stopped working, the plumber knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part and came over quickly to install the new part on my water heater. The price was affordable, the service exceptional and the plumber was nice. I am thankful.

David gave me an honest assessment of my issue and recommended an inexpensive way for resolving my issue rather than a more expensive resolution. I really appreciate his honesty.

Water line was leaking in my bathroom, under the floor. They were professional, on time, fixed the leak and even installed my vanity at no extra charge. Highly recommend, great service!
