This is my first time using roto-rooter. The serviceman was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem and completed the work quickly. I was surprised by the overall cost of the service in relation to the totality of the work done. However, I am grateful to have the work completed.

Fritz Baumann answered my call for help with a basement leak, arrived at my home quickly and investigated the problem thoroughly. I appreciate the service that their plumber Shaun and the company gave me.

Apex is truly the best! I called with my toilet issue and Rob Bruce came out right away. He is very knowledgeable and worked his butt off to make sure my plumbing situation was perfect.

Had to have sump pump replaced. Was previously installed pump by Roto Rooter, still under manufacture warranty. I was charged for a new pump (almost $400!). Was left the old pump and told I could call the manufacturer (Zoller) and I can exchange for a new one. Why should I have to do that?!!! It was YOUR company that should have done it. What would I do with another new pump?!

The technician originally quoted us for a 5-hour job, but ended up finding the main issue within the first 30 minutes. As a result, he had the problem fixed within 1 hour and ended up saving us $800 from the original estimate!

I had water dripping from my ceiling underneath my upstairs shower that had been recently remodeled. I called ARS because they had (much deserved) great ratings on google. Jake Z. came out first thing in the morning on a weekend and carefully explained everything he was doing to increase my understanding of the issue. My leak was a very confusing one, as the pipe system on my new shower was intact and fully functional, but the leak only occurred when the shower was on. He used his expert knowledge of plumbing to rule out every potential leak, eventually finding the culprit- a crack in the new shower basin. Jake stayed with me when the original shower company came to inspect the basin. He is a very personable individual who is well learned in his practice. Although I hope I never have plumbing issues again, I take comfort that I know an honest and expert who can help me out should any issues arise in the future.

Matt is outstanding at what he does! He answered all of our questions and gave us options so we could choose how we wanted to proceed with repairs or replacement. We had a slab leak that had already been repaired but had started leaking again so we opted for complete replacement of our copper pipes to PEX. We also decided to have the pipes relocated to inside the walls instead of back under the concrete slab, so there was a lot of work to be done. Matt gave us a really fair price for the project and guaranteed the work for a full year. Kyle was the technician that completed this project for us and he was awesome! We had a few minor issues during the project and had to make some late night phone calls, and Matt was always available to answer questions and calm us down, he's very good at that because there's nothing that rattles his cage or ruffles his feathers! I can't say enough good things about this company, their work is outstanding and their prices are extremely fair. The Service People is now our go to for plumbing issues, and it should be yours too!

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Both my wife and I called for a rather important plumbing issue. We were both told separately that we'd be called back to schedule it and it never happened. We ended up having to go with a different company. It is inexcusable to leave a customer hanging like that and I definitely would NOT recommend using this company for your plumbing needs...

Kitchen sink was filling up with water due to a clogged mainline in our building. Resident manager scheduled G-Tech Plumbing at 4 PM and they were here within an hour! They sent a text with the arrival time and the technicians picture, nice touch!

Shoutout to Audie! Friendly and professional service. Diagnosed the problem and took the time to check the other units. Great attention to detail.. wore shoe covers, cleaned the work space, and made sure the work fixed the issue.

Very satisfied with the service, and would recommend to others!

My water heater had been acting out on and off for the past month , and finally I called the company last week to fix the water heater. The technician came promptly . I asked if it needs new parts and why was it randomly turning off. He vaccumed the heater ( which I already did previously ) and charged $250 for the vacuuming .Today ,my water heater is still not working well , it still turns off randomly ... so I don’t think he did anything to help with the situation...

This business is fantastic. Brandon is an excellent professional plumber. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Logan was very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made my day. He came over to fix a leaky pipe. I happened to mention I needed a tap for my backyard. He ran a new water line and added a new tap so I can now have water from a hose in my backyard. I am tickled pink. I will use him and Eco plumbers again.

In all of my 15 plus years of facilities maintenance experience, Calhoun plumbing is easily the most unprofessional and poorly ran company I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with. For anyone who is looking for plumbing repair in Columbus, save yourself a lot of trouble & frustration and find another reputable plumbing company.
