Chris was absolutely fantastic, and I will be using his plumbing service again in the future. He was in my home within an hour and a half of my call, was professional during the visit, and helped out on several issues and solved them.

This is a small business, but small means to talk directly to the owner when there are questions. Steve spent the time to explain the job, to over things with old plumbing that could go wrong. and how they would charge for the work.
Plumber was Tim—34 years experience, friendly and would answer any questions as the job proceeded. When he got into a little bit of unexpected work, there was no complaints—he just competently worked his way through it.
Job was started as scheduled; I got a call from Baumann at 7:30 am when the City of Columbus was on its way to shut off the water at the curb , and I got a call when their plumber was on his way.
I bid the job with another company, and Baumann was more than competitive.
This company provides great service, and live people answer their phone.
This is a A+ company that deserves its 5 star rating.

Showed up on time. Problem was deep in the plumbing, not in the toilet itself, they stayed with the repair until it was complete. Friendly, professional service.

Have used them twice now. Both times they have been fast to respond and the problem was resolved.

Office personal and plumber that showed up were professionaland friendly. I called in the morning and they were out here that day. Because I knew what was wrong(hopefully) I had the right part, it was installed and finished in just over an hour. Great job people!

Tech Nathan #5668 was really helpful. I had an emergency with a stopped up main drain. He was able to resolve the issue and even assisted me in learning on how to keep clear and health drains. Thank you Nathan for all your help. I am one satisfied customer.

Pretty satisfied. The tech was cordial, very informative, and thorough. However, very pricey. Got sticker shocked. Be prepared.

Seage has been out to my place a couple of times. He is always professional, courteous and personable.

Dave came and diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a repair. They came out the same day and where able to get to me the same week for the fix. Quick and cleaned up any mess made. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to others

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

I have never been more appalled by the service, or lack of service, by this entire company. In 5 minutes the plumber wanted to confirm the leak and charge me $125 before he would give me an estimate for work I would need!! What??? I know of no other company that charges to provide an estimate!! And, the google site states they give free inspections! Just crazy!
