Andy and Manny were both very personable and professional. They found an impossible to find leak and several others in the process. Quality work done quickly, I will be calling in the future when more work is needed.

Drain Masters is my go to plumber for drain related issues. They always answer the call when I'm in need whether it's after hours or on the weekend. Their professionalism is unmatched and they always take care of my issue. Can't say enough good things about drain masters service!

Unhappy with the results. Pipe still leaking. Repairman gave us a quote, worked on the pipes, then warned us it still could leak, and sure enough, it is. He left giving us a second quote that was higher than the first. My question is, why wasn’t this fixed with the initial quote and repaired right the first time? We’re left with a bucket full of water every time we take a shower. Will ARS step up and make this right for us without additional charge?

We had the Service People come to our home to fix various leaking faucets and a toilet through our home warranty. The faucets were not fixed, though the wax ring replacement for the toilet held (the only thing worth a one star rating). Plus with each service call that we had to make, because they didn't fix the initial problem properly, they over charged us on our deductible. So, in the end, we paid extra to get gypped.

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

They installed an exterior water faucet. They were on time, sent a reminder email, and finished the job in a timely fashion. Super polite and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire again.

Our sump pump died a smokey death right as a rain storm was headed into town. The Roto-Rooter came that same night and replaced it very quickly. Very professional and friendly service people.

I needed a snake for a clogged drain; they were very professional, thorough, and even asked permission to drill a pipe. The appeal of not hiring someone that uses contractors was important to me, too. I would definitely use this company again if /when I need it, and I highly recommend this company.

I did not use the business today but I am going to use it. I just have to put it in my budget so I know all my payments that come out when the friends are there. Dean was excellent. He has a wonderful personality!

I've used Calhoun twice now and each time they are on time and get the job done right. The first time was to install a gas line from my basement to the kitchen so that we could install a gas range. The second time was for a leak in our basement. John came out and was running ahead of schedule. He called before coming out to make sure we were available for the early arrival. He listened to our theories and found the very likely source of the leak without any damage to the house. He will be back to make sure it's correct and put the permanent fix into place. We feel very comfortable with the Calhoun plumbers in our home and they have been so nice and very reasonably priced.
