Best Installation Pipe in Columbus OH

I have been using this company for all my drain needs, I have a maintenance crew and when they tell me they can't clear it or stop it from leaking I know I can trust them to give me a fair price. The only call I ever get from them is job is completed. Great bunch of guys doing what they're great at.

Affordable and effective

Sorry for the long post, but it was a long night to get our heater replaced.We had our 16-year-old 40 gal water heater leak (not fixable) one evening this past week. Roto-rooter gave us a 2-hr window in which someone would come to assess the issue and discuss estimate for work. Sure enough, I was contacted by our repairman about 30 minutes before arrival, which was on time. Our repairman was friendly and appeared knowledgeable about the work to be performed.However, he was inconsistent in providing his estimates, which he appeared to guess. Over the course of the night he provided 4-5 different numbers (spanning at least $200 difference). We discussed 40 gal vs a new 60 gal (we are going to add a shower to our home), but decided the 60 was too expensive, and to be fair we almost didn’t complete the repair so we could get other estimates, but he did offer us a discount. Our repairman left and when he returned with a replacement water heater, it was 50 gal, not what we discussed. The price he offered for the larger water heater was very similar in price to what we expected to pay for the 40 gal, so we proceeded with install. The repairman did admit that he had confused electric vs gas (ours) cost when giving us a verbal quote. All in all, we believe we paid a reasonable price, but the process felt haphazard and it was stressful. We feel we paid more for convenience of quickly getting our water heater replacement, which had several features we were unfamiliar with. We didn’t get a great run-through of how it functioned (it was past midnight at the time install was complete), and relied on paper instructions that came with the product. So far, so good, it seems. We’re really just grateful to have a water heater again, and in the end, Roto-rooter got the job done.

Our sump quit working 12/24/15. We called them out urgently as we were going out of town 12/26. They sent out a dufus who put in a new sump but could not get the lid on. All for $2200. We could hear the sump from our bedroom and it seemed to run all the time. We called the dufus back out and he said it was working fine. He could not explain why it was running all the time and loud. Fortunately, the Basement Guy, found a leak in the pipe, put in a quieter high capacity sump, closed the lid for $600 and we are sleeping soundly again. Do not use these rip-off artists.

We had what we thought was a leaking hot water tank and realized it was just a leaky pipe. Either way, they were super responsive and were able to come out quickly and repair the issue. They were professional and honest from beginning to end. Thank you!

Brandyn Wallace at Apex Plumbing was the most professional, competent and best technician we could have asked for to take care of our newly purchased home. After our inspection company had failed us, Brandyn fixed multiple gas leaks in our home and replaced our sump pump that was not functioning properly. Brandyn worked with my husbands work schedule to be able to do repairs in our home at times that worked best for us. Brandyn was informative about every step of the process and made sure to communicate thoroughly with my husband and I regarding the problems we were having with our home. Brandyn completed our repairs in a timely manner and was able to put my husband and I at ease, knowing we would be moving into a safe home without gas leaks. I had a plumbing issue and Roto Rooter was extremely responsive and came out the same day. Bobby was the plumber who came out and he was excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication skills, and performed high quality work while keeping me informed during the entire process.

The only negative is the service was extremely expensive and a lot more than I had anticipated. The final total was almost $300 more than what I was told when he surveyed the situation.

The work was excellent as was the quality and communication. I will likely look for another plumbing company in the future only because of the cost.

Saved me lots of money compare to another place I called. Honest and friendly. Will definitely recommend to others. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Young man removed old refrig ice maker pipes. He told me what he was doing, did a check list, and made me feel that I got my moneys worth because it was very expensive. I will definately call them for all my plumbing.

A friend recommended me to use The Service People to inspect my condo for leaks. The condo association was trying to charge me $400 for the water bill that was combined and divided between 4 units in the building. I thought there was no way possible for me to use that much water being to only person in my unit, doing 2-3 loads of laundry per week, I ran the dishwasher 2-3 times per week and took very short showers.

He found zero leaks in my unit, I submitted the inspection report and they reduced my bill in half. Still too much but it helped convince the condo association to get individual meters.

Great service and very reasonable price. I called them back 2 more times. Once for a toilet replacement and then a garbage disposal replacement.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! Thank you guys for all you help, great customer service !!!

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

More like ‘inaccurate’ plumbing.
Outdoor spigot fix. First guy that came out, Jim, was the rudest,most unprofessional repairman I’ve ever been around.
Refused to take his shoes off to come in the house bc he wears ‘arch supports.’
Fine just throw ur boot covers on.
‘I don’t have any.’
So apparently he thinks it’s ok to track mud and dirt and the outdoors all through one’s house.
Owner did call and apologize. Which was nice.
Different plumber came out and installed new spigot.
Great. Except the next day come to find out it’s been dripping.
All night.
And it sounds like someone is breaking rocks into gravel each time I turn it on.
A truly awful experience.
